👤I will never buy a bike online only at a bike store where they assemble it and take it if there is a problem.

👤My nephew is fond of this bike. He is doing well in his first one. If you don't have tools around the house, you need an arsenal of tools. Get someone to build it.

👤My son got a bike. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can get my little guy outside. A quality bike and solid material.

👤My grandson, Thomas, just turned 3 years old. This was his gift from me. He answered "riding my bike" when he was asked what his favorite activity was at home. My daughter said that Thomas loves it. I'm a happy grandma.

👤We bought this bike for our young child. It is a perfect size for her. The alignment of the wheels is off, the wheel frame is bent, and the training wheels are wobbly. We try to keep our daughter from driving off the path due to all the issues. I was very disappointed in the bike from the brand.

👤You will need some tools to complete it, but it is easy to assemble. The front break system is not as trustable as the rear one, but it's a safe, simple, easy-riding and entry-level bike for toddlers. I think it will be useful for the next 3 years. This product is recommended by me.

👤The tires were easy to assemble, but they were missing the tire valve stems. Will have to go to the local store. The bike appears to be of good quality. I bought it for my grandson's birthday. Time will tell.

👤Our 3 year old bike came without pedals, but we love it. I think this was a packaging error. I tried to call the company's contact number many times but got no response. We like the bike, but it needs to arrive complete and be handled with care.

We can offer a life time warranty on the training wheels, other than tire and tubes, because they are so confident in the quality of the products. Also, note: The pedals are in a cardboard box. 👤I bought the red version from Amazon Warehouse. The bike was not put together before the box was opened. The number plate was missing a screw and the sticker on the front was scratched. Not a big deal. There is a The bike went together quickly. I backed off the top nut because the steering tube was not feeling well. The chain and rear wheel were very tight. I was able to loosen that up a bit. I didn't need the manual for the rest of the assembly, it's a bicycle, not a rocket engine. There is a I think the ergonomics and the SmartStart system are great. The bicycle looks like it was made for a child. The proportions are perfect for my son and it's not all folded up like most children's bikes. Really impressed. There is a My son is tall and has a small inseam. He has room to grow and the 14" bike is perfect for it. He's able to put his toes down which gives him confidence and he still has enough room to pedal. I was very happy with the purchase. The price is the best on the market for a child's pedal bike. Highly recommended.

👤I was very excited to give my son his first bike, but I am a little disappointed in it. There is a manual. The paint on the bike is high quality. It was well packaged. I will give them that. I was annoyed for the first 20 minutes, then realized that the instructions were hidden in the seat package. There is a The instructions were too general. I don't need to read through three different bike assembly instructions for three different bike styles and watch three videos to figure out what I need to do to assemble. It would have taken a 30 Min assembly to be done. Schwinn should have a video on proper assembly of the brakes since it says in the booklet that ”improper assembly can result in injury or death” Just give me the instructions. The front brake was garbage and it was pointless to add it to a kids bike. There is a The size chart should have been on this listing or on the Schwinn website. I bought a 14” bike for my son, who is 3 and 40 years old. I think I bought the correct size, but the instruction manual says he is at the max height for the bike. I believe he can get one season out of it. That is disappointing. The most popular bikes are 12” and 16” Function: The training wheels are falling off on the first ride out even though I thought the issue was me not tightening properly, and it keeps happening no matter how tight we make them. Maybe it was me. The cheap plastic seat is not very comfortable and I think it will break. The pedals are hard for a child to use. The front brake is useless. I had to take the break apart many times to get it to fit the wheel right, and I am sure my son will never use a backpedal as there is a front brake.

Brand: Joystar

👤My 5 year old son outgrew his 12 inch bike so we bought a 14 inch bike. The extra 2 inches in the wheels made a big difference. He tried to keep up with his big brother by riding a 12 inch bike without training wheels, but it hurt his legs. He can stay with his brother on his 14 inch bike now that he is fast. I wish we could have purchased a 16 inch bike for him because it was too big even with the seat all the way and he was shorter than average. Even for non-handy people, the bike is very sturdy and easy to put together. It's a good thing.

👤For our son's birthday, we got him a bike and he loved it! He thought it was a "Minecraft" bike because of the block-pattern stickers. That made it even better for him. The seat and handlebars are easy to change. We only had it for a few weeks, so I can't give it a full 5 stars yet. There is a The price of the bike was ok, but I think it would be a little more reasonable if it were priced under $100. Our son is anxious to get the training wheels off so he can ride a bike with his brother. It's a great bike for beginners.

👤I bought this bike in January and the little guy rode it a few times. I had to put the chain back on about 10 times, and I had to slide the wheel back to make the chain tighter. The chain fell off as the bike made clicking noises. What a waste of money.

👤It is a nice bike, but I wouldn't recommend buying it for the price. It was easy to put together but they wouldn't line up to the ground perfectly. My son would peddle the bike when he rode up the hill because the chain wouldn't give up and he wouldn't get resistance. My husband and I redid the chain many times because it seemed like the bike wasn't made for resistance but for flat surfaces. I bought the bike for my son because all the bikes were hard to come by. I wouldn't recommend this bike.

👤I was hesitant to purchase this bike because I was unfamiliar with the brand but after a week of my son riding it daily, I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the bike. It seems like a good bike. I think my son is too big for the frame even though he is within the posted size guidelines. It was easy to assemble. Don't dial in the brakes if you don't want to. The results are worth the tuning. Quality is as good as anything I have bought before.

👤The bicicleta is made of buen material. Ayudan a armarla conjunto con el manual. Trae stickers de letras. Is that a medio? El nico inconveniente es un importante, pero tiene una hijo de 4 aos. Est puesta! No alcanza poner pies en los pedales. Slo los topa. Mi hijo is normal. Simplemente the bicicleta is simple, para el grupo de edad. Amigos, aquelles le quide. hay de otra is not available.

4. Magna Major Damage 16 Bike

Magna Major Damage 16 Bike

A tool-free assembly. There are training wheels for learning riders. Boys are learning to ride a BMX bike with coaster brakes. The training wheels are changeable. The frame and fork are one year old. The bike has dimensions of 5 x 43. 75 x 22 25 inches. The weight is 3 pounds.

Brand: Dynacraft

👤I received a bike for my son. I put the whole thing together quickly, but when I added the training wheels they were not clear off the ground on the lowest setting. The manual says to start at a quarter of an inch. I need that for my son. I can't seem to get support for this issue. I don't need to return the whole item since I received the correct training wheels. I need someone to help me.

👤The bike has a cool look and I am happy that it comes with training wheels. We bought two of these and their back tires, but both got holes in them within a month of receiving them. The bike is ok but you should be buying new back tires very soon.

👤This bike is perfect for a young child. He loves to ride it. The training wheels are a little loud, but the smile on his face is priceless.

👤The front tire wouldn't fit in the fork.

👤This is the most disappointing purchase I have made in a long time. The training wheels were not put on the correct bike.

👤The product is easy to use.

👤The grandson outgrew his littler bike. He likes this bike. A lot of it was put together with easy assembly. There is a He has long legs and it was perfect. It seems like it will last until we have to size up again. The seat is very sturdy.

👤My son loved it.

5. Magna Gravel Blaster 12 Bike

Magna Gravel Blaster 12 Bike

Easy assembly. Your cyclist can start riding right away. The paint finish has cool graphics. The training wheels are replaceable.

Brand: Dynacraft

👤None of the tools you need to assemble the bike are included. I can't understand why the tires come deflated and no pump is included. It's difficult to put this bike together and have it ready to ride. Wouldn't recommend.

👤We bought this bicycle for our grandson. He likes riding because it fits him well. The bike is a great start.

👤The bike was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to understand. The bike is made of quality materials. We are very happy with the purchase.

👤It was perfect! My son is going to be 3 in 5 months and he loves the size and fit of the bike and it's awesome. The foot breaks work well, the tires are nice, the seat assembly is easy, and the colors are perfect.

👤The first bike we bought for our son was missing parts and completely damaged. The second one is missing parts and is also damaged. My 4 year old is happy.

👤I was in love with this bike immediately. It has lived up to it's expectations. My son can not stay off of this bike, it is the best buy of the year. I will buy the next size up, but he still has a while to go on the 12” It was perfect for a 3y/o boy, 36-38” tall. Would definitely recommend!

👤The bike did not last long. I could have gotten a decent bike from Walmart for that amount of money. It falls apart before 3 months when my 2 year old rides it hard. There is no one to contact after 30 days. Do not buy this bike.

👤The assembling of this bike has been a nightmare and the box was discarded. I can't return it. The peddles won't turn so my grandchild can't ride it. It was a total waste of money. Very disappointed. I am also. It was stuck with it.

7. NiceC 12 14 16 18 Training Wheels Yellow

NiceC 12 14 16 18 Training Wheels Yellow

The material is high quality. The Nice C BMX Kids Bike is made from high quality magnesium alloy metals that allow it to be both lightweight and heavy duty. The weight was only 14.2 lbs. The bike is one of the lightest on the market. You can better control the bike with the lightest weight. A single bicycle and dual brake system. The bike has a v-brake in the front and a disc brake in the rear. The setup makes the bike stop at a shorter distance and is more efficient than single-disc brakes. Their BMX bike has thick tires that grip the ground better and improves the overall stability while riding. The wear and tear of the tires can be delayed by multiple rubber layers. There is no need to spend more money on this bike because it has long lasting tires. Their bike comes with training wheels so kids can learn how to ride a bike. It is adjusted. Brand: Nice C

👤I spent a lot of time reading online about the proper size of bikes for a child who is learning to ride. I found lots of great sites explaining the key designs to the best beginner bikes. Woom, Guardian, Pello, and other brands have made learning to ride easier for little ones with their low weight, long wheel base, and narrow q factor bikes. The price of this bike is 3x what they cost. I am not an expert cyclist and I don't have personal experience with those brands. The following comparisons are based on published specifications. The NiceC bike isn't as good as those brands, but it does offer a bit more for its price. I was not able to find a new 16" bike in the price range that came with handbrakes or was less than 20 lbs, both of which are important factors in determining weight. I bought 2 of these bikes for the twins that will be turning 6 in a month. My son is tall and weighs 46 lbs. He has an inseam of 19 inches. His sister is 47.5 inches tall with an inseam of 20. Both my son and daughter are able to ride without training wheels. I was tempted to return my daughters NiceC to purchase a larger bike after learning more about size. I decided to keep them for this season since they still don't ride without training wheels and they are on the large size. If they don't use training wheels this year, they will be ready for 20 bikes next season. I plan to keep the boys bike for when he is big enough, even though I will be able to recover some of the cost of selling the NiceC next year. There is a There are a few reasons why I take a star away. The height ranges in the photo seem too wide based on research on how to size a bicycle. The NiceC is small for a 47" tall child and a rider that has skill in balance and pedaling at that size should have a larger bike. The wheel base and cockpit are not great. The bicycle length in the photos is reported to be 42.5", however in my measurements it is actually 44.5" The wheel base is comparable to other bikes. The Woom 3 is 28.03", the Royalbaby line lists a 28.5" wheel base, and my kids current 16" Huffy junk bikes are also similar lengths. The Woom 3 Top tube is 15.75" in length and I measured the NiceC at just 13" My daughter's legs will be a bit cramped, however this may seem insignificant. It is comparable to the bikes we currently have, even though it is not matching the top tube/cockpit space of the highest of the high end. Expect the Royal baby bikes to be similar to Huffy/NiceC here, because you can't find any specifications on them. My daughter's legs are close to the handle bars, so she can ride the bike without pedals, and then I will adjust the seat and bars to make more space for pedaling. The instructions were more confusing than just looking at pictures and putting it together. If I had no experience working on bikes, it would have been hard to complete the instructions as the bike comes 90% assembled. They did a great job and included all the tools. It's good to keep them for future projects. I needed pliars to make sure the seat wasn't slipping. The quick release works well now. There are 3 more Quality and brand are uncertain. If you search "magnesium alloy china bike frame", you can find the frame and components. These are both made by companies in China and don't appear to have any reliable information online about the quality or safety. I couldn't find anything about the Duoder rear disk brake. Since these are starting bikes and don't expect my 6 year old's to have extreme or even moderate riding conditions I don't have safety concerns. I wouldn't put my trust in these components for street riding at high speeds. They seem to function well. The brake levers are plastic and will be updated after the season is over. There are four Some of the photos have knobby tread while others have smooth tread. The knobby tread that I received was either from older versions or it was just random. The knobby tread would have been better for gravel and dirt. My daughter will be too small in a year for the cockpit to be small, so I will keep it and give it a try. I don't plan on using training wheels on these. It's important for a child that hasn't learned to ride without training wheels to be able to place both feet on the ground. It should work out for my kids. The inseam is more important than the height and should work out. If it were possible, I would have purchased an 18 NiceC for my daughter. Hopefully this will be offered in the future. If you want to learn to ride by balance first, watch some videos on the internet. The things. I like the bike. The magnesium alloy is light weight and the design looks cool. The champagne and pink look great. It seems strong and I think it will last. The frame looks like a lightning bolt, but I am not sure if we will add any other stickers ordecals. The light weight of this bike makes it stand out over other models in the price range. I did not have the training wheels so I measured 17.9 lbs. Our Huffy bikes are 22 lbs and 20.5 lbs, while the Royal baby freestyle is at least 24 lbs. The Woom 3 is only 11.7 lbs, but I couldn't find any other bike under 20 lbs. Most adults ride bikes that are 20% of their body weight. This isn't possible for kids, but 40% is ideal and this bike meets that requirement. There are two more Having hand breaks was mandatory after reading and knowing my kids experience with pedal braking when learning to pedal. There are legal reasons that most companies sell bikes with coaster breaks, but I think my kids will do better with hand breaks. I plan to teach them to balance and break before they put the pedals on the bikes. There are no new bikes with dual hand break in this price range. I think the disk brake is a cool upgrade. It seems to function well and offers fast breaking ability, although haven't been on the roads yet to verify. There is a This bike is better than the Huffy and Royalbaby bikes that are sold here. I would really like to see a 18" version. I think it will work with my daughter. She may be a little cramped but will update after she gets rid of some. This bike is in a weight class that is well above its sale price due to its light weight frame and lack of a coaster brake. The dual hand brakes and rear disk brake are included in this bike. It was easy to assemble, but the directions are not very clear if you are not handy. I am very excited for my kids to use these once it warms up. Kids took their first rides this weekend and did not have training wheels. They learned how to use the brakes and balance the bikes on the first day. On the second day, we added pedals and tried them. The brakes are not easy to adjust, still have pad rubbing on the disc, and were not fully eliminated after 2 hours of work. You need a number 5 allen wrench to adjust the disc brake. The part of the brake that is different will come apart if you adjust it. Only the 2 top and right side screws can be adjusted. Two people are on top of a disc. Fine tuning of the right pad is possible with the one on the right. I think the discs are not completely flat as there is still some rub, and will eventually take to a professional to see if they can tune it. The silver bike front tire is out of shape and causes wear on the front brake pads. pliers are required to tighten the tube for the seat. There is no way to replace the small plastic piece between the seat tube and clamp because it is non-standard. There is a I am very happy with the bikes, despite the few problems and concerns. If you want a low weight bike that doesn't have a coaster brake, you should read the original review. I intended the bike to be a good learning bike for 6 year olds using the NO training wheel and NO coaster brake method. My kids did this for less than two hours on the second day. If you are going to try, you need to spend some time reviewing the step to teach this and potential risks of not having a coaster brake, as well as teach how to use hand brake prior to learning to pedal. To use a balance bike without pedals, the child should be able to have both feet flat on the ground. You can watch the videos on the internet. My kids are too big for this bike, but I know that buying larger bikes next season is not as important to an experienced rider as learning to ride.

👤The bike is 6 months old and has been to the shop twice for bearing falling apart. We paid a bike shop to install a new set of bearing. We have several bikes from them and they never have any issues. The bearing fell apart because of the poor threading for the retainer nut. We bought a new bike from the shop we use in town after throwing the bike away.

👤I tried to ride the pedals but he stopped a lot and I didn't know why. He was good at riding the bike.

👤It was a nice gift for kids, it was very heavy, my kids really like it, it is a nice exercise, and the bike is bright, so it can easily be found. When my kids are older, I would buy a 16 inch bike.

👤The bike was a good starter for our 5 year old. I took 1 star away because we had to use advanced tools to assemble the bike and the instructions were not even for it. You have to figure out which apples to use for your bike.

👤Didn't have pedals. The metric size is not found in town without spending $200.

👤The bikes that they have been selling at Walmart have plastic parts, which should be metal parts. I would buy this bike again if I needed it, it's easy to assemble and my son would love it.

👤My kid will get a bike. He loves it. It was easy to put together and looks good. The bike has bright colors.

👤The missing pieces and pedals wouldn't go on.

👤I bought this for my nephew. The bike was packed in a box with all the tools needed to assemble. The directions and pictures were easy to follow. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together. He likes it. He rides the paved paths with me. The bike is comfortable for him. He loves the bike.

👤The brake system is of low quality. It was very difficult to setup the brake system. It was even hard for me to be a handyman. Bolts turn to be round after a few turns. It's hard to align the brake pads to the wheel.

👤We need a left pedal. I need help with this.

👤The product was damaged when it arrived. The seat is badly damaged and there are scratches on the frame and rust in places. It is a Christmas gift for my grandson.

Brand: Schwinn

👤I cannot recommend this bike as it broke after a few uses. There is a My husband put it together. It wasn't very difficult, but took a bit more time than we thought it would. The peddles lost after three uses. What? We made sure everything was secure so our five-year old didn't fall because something came apart. A piece fell off as she rode into the inside of the chain area after a ride or two. I don't know what to say. The chain seems to have slipped, but there's a piece that is irretrievable. I'm very disappointed. I thought buying a Schwinn would help us avoid issues like this. Guess not. I can't find a way to return the bike or exchange it, which is really upsetting as it's useless.

👤Thanks for ruining our daughter's birthday. The bike is not drivable because of the bent fork connecting to the steering wheel. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

👤I thought the bike was better quality than the store. It was easy for anyone with a mechanical know how. The quality of the hubs, bearings, and anything that rotates was terrible. My 4 year old daughter had a hard time riding this thing. I did everything I could, except disassemble the hubs. This thing would stop going downhill. Terrible work. There is a The brakes are worth $2. I would want to trust the quality of what I would get for my baby. There is a If you return for a refund, you will get something that rolls.

👤When I opened the box to assemble the bike, I noticed that the basket had a large crack on the side. Which made me question the quality of the purchase. I can't review how the bike feels when it's wrapped because it won't be ridden until Christmas morning. Once my niece rides this bike, I will review it again. It would be great if the company could send a replacement basket.

👤Exactly what we were looking for. For our daughter, we got this. She really wanted a bike that was teal and this was perfect. We had her try a lot of different bikes to make sure she would be comfortable on them. She's still getting used to riding bikes without training wheels, but it's difficult for me to keep an eye on her because we live in a rural area where there's a lot of dirt and the only place she can ride is in the street. She needs the foot breaks until she transitions to a hand break only bike. The only bike I could find that was all we needed was this one, and it had hand and foot breaks. The BMX style bikes were not comfortable for her because you have to lean farther forward to reach the handles. This one has a more comfortable seat than the BMX style bikes that we tried, and it gives you a more upright posture. She hasn't been able to ride it much but it looks like a very well made and sturdy bike that I expect to last for many years, and she hasn't been able to ride it much but it looks like a very well made and sturdy bike that she hasn't been She loves it and I love it. My husband put it together quickly. Definitely recommend. The price tag was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but for the quality and everything we were looking for, it was definitely worth it. Shipping was fast and painless.

Brand: Joystar

👤September 2021. Customer service support is good. Someone contacted me about the bent wheel. They offered to pay for the repair of wheel truing and a free helmet since they are out of the 16" bike. My child is 4 years old. I was excited to receive the bike. After putting it together, I was a bit disappointed because I noticed the front wheel was crooked and needed to be adjusted. The handbrakes were hard and my son needs to apply a lot of pressure to press on the handbrakes where he can easily press the handbrakes on my Specialized bike. He will be in his strider balance bike for another few months since it is too big for him. I didn't know that Strider has a pedal option for their bike. I might have gotten the 14 instead of the 12 if I'd known earlier, it would be a good transition from a balance bike to a pedal bike since it is the same bike they have been riding. I will try to get the wheel straightened with a spoke wrench.

👤I had some issues with the delivery but they fixed it quickly. The bicycle is easy to assemble and it is a looker. It looks very strong. My son is 5 years old. Adjusting the brakes are painless. Go for it.

👤It is impossible to adjust and operate the brakes. My kid would need to have the same strength and size as an adult to apply the brakes on this bike.

👤It was too heavy for children. I bought another brand that was eight pounds lighter. A child is much more active. It came with a kickstand and decent brakes.

👤The kids first bicycle was perfect. It was built in every aspect. My kids first balance bike with no pedals was very good and we were very happy with joystar.

👤The brakes are barely functional. It wouldn't be worth it for cheap price to me. It's not worth what I paid. I think foreign built junk.

👤My grandchild is a big fan of the color and can't wait for spring. It is very easy to assemble. I was very pleased with the product. Thank you very much.

👤It was the perfect size for the granddaughter. The kid loves it.

👤Me gust el producto, no son las llantas, por ser delgadas.
