👤I had a bike that didn't have bolts for a water bottle cage. We used to have aluminum or steel water bottle cages with ends that wrapped around the bike's downtube or seat tube bolted together. I can't find such things and bike tube sizes are all over the place. The Zonkie seems to be able to solve this problem. I've seen the Zefal take on this and it uses a piece of fabric to hold the cage to the tube. The Zonkie has rubber straps. I thought the rubber would hold up better. Don't over stretch the straps because the cage is mostly held in place by friction. The cage is nice. The cage has held the bottle well so far in our trial. Make sure you have enough space to pull the bottle out. You might try a side-entry cage if clearance is limited.
👤The strap unit can't hold a decent load because it can't get tight. It works on a bicycle seat tube, but on the down tube or off-vertical post, the weight of the full bottle or coffee cup causes the whole thing to go crooked after a short ride. I tried to clean everything with alcohol, but it didn't help. Silicone straps require you to pull past the attaching post and release it to hold in place, which is a problem. That means there will always be some give to the strap and the weight of the bottle/cup, amplified by its girth, can stretch the straps just enough to move the cage sideways. I don't want to Weld the mount, but it might work if I do.
👤I restored a motobecane that did not come with cage mounts. It won't be enough to keep the cage from wobbling and moving off to the side. It had to be adjusted 3 or 4 times to keep it centered on the tube, because it never moved far enough to interfere with peddling. I might put some double sided tape on the tube to help it stay put when I take it off.
👤The edges on this holder are very sharp. I bought a water bottle and it had holes in it.
👤It worked well for my bike. My frame was too small to hold 2 water bottles. I can put 2 bottles in the cage and not have to worry about it.
👤Great product! It was nicer than I anticipated. Quality materials hold my bottle well.
The small size fits the 18oz. A bottle. The bottle was sold separately. The bicycle bottle cage has the first double wall vacuum insulated water bottle. The full hammertone coating has excellent scratch resistance. The liquid stays hot or cold over 9 hours. No sweat or heat transfer can be prevented with seamless construction. The bottle and lid is made with the premium grade 18/8 food gradestainless steel.
👤I tried out my travel Kuppe on my bottle cage. It fits. There is a The bottle's dark gray finish began scratching off immediately after contact with the bottle cage. The texture hides this from the eye, but the scratched areas feel like they are sandpaper, so I don't see it as a plus. The item was designed for this specific purpose and it didn't perform well. My hydro flask has earned a lot of chips in its powder coat over the years, and they don't feel rough like this. There are other details. The straw lid on the travel kuppe feels the same as the one on my well. I loved the 18oz hydro flask. It's easy to drink from, water-tight when closed, and the opening/closing mechanism is the same. The lids are interchangeable. If you need a replacement lid, there are lots of generic ones available. I replace my hydro flask once a year or so because it gets chewed up over time. There is a The concept for this bottle is great, but the coating/finish is poor. I may try a different bottle cage first and see if it preserves the finish better than the one I have now. I switched to a side-loading plastic bottle cage. I've been using it for months and it hasn't changed the finish. It was easier to load and unload this tall bottle while riding. I added a star to my review because it works well.
👤The bottle was designed for a bicycle water bottle cage. I was tired of using plastic water bottles or sports bottles that rattled in my w/b cage and/or had lids that leaked when I rode my bike to work. The bottle works well and serves my needs very well. There were issues mentioned when I saw the two lids. I got the bottle on April 2, 2019. I could get most of the water out of the bottle. When I tested it, it performed great despite some concerns about the length. I use the other lid without the straw and the lock is TIGHT, so no leaking, and I like how firm it locks. The seal on the lids is great. There is a The bottle is made of metal. Which means there is no flexibility. I commute on an old beater mountain bike with a recycled carbon w/b cage and an alloy w/b cage. The bottle has zero flex and it scratches the bottle in my alloy style cage. If you have a heavy duty alloy cage, you will probably want to swap it out. I had some old lightweight alloy cages that worked fine with the bottle, and it slides in and out with my carbon cage. It keeps my coffee nice and warm in the morning. It wasn't cheap. If I needed a replacement, I would get one again.
👤I cycle all year long. I bought this in the summer because most bottles don't keep the fluids cold. I had to buy a coozie for it as it would rattle in the bottle cage, but it keeps them cold and also fits in the bottle cage. It was difficult to find one that would fit, but finally found a package of them. There is a pack.
Their bike cup holders are complete with a limited lifetime warranty, and are in a league of their own. Simply reach out with any questions, as they offer US-based customer support. You can easily mount it where you need it. Any size frame up to 250mm in circumference can be fit with the straps. It was designed to fit almost any common water bottles used in the bicycle industry. The package weight is 0.2 pounds.
👤This is the first review in June. My wife wanted the holder to be in the location you see in the photos. The tube is very thick and your standard style wouldn't work. I went with this one. There is a rubber gasket on the inside of the strap. I cleaned the bike to get the best grip. It can cause the rubber to slip if you install it on a dirty bike. I put it on and let it sit for two hours to allow the material to stretch a bit. I re-ightened it. She was able to remove and re-insert it after she used it with a full bottle. I tried to re-tightened it for a third time but I couldn't see any slack being removed. When the time comes, I will do a one-year follow-up. She is completely happy with the product.
👤I think it's as good as it's going to get. If you don't want to drill holes in your frame, your options are limited. There is a built in grip on the opposite side of the Velcro. It's strong enough to allow you to tighten it down. Any damage to your frame is mitigated by the contact points. I haven't had any issues with it.
👤I don't have bosses on my front suspension forks, so I was looking for an alternative to the Salsa Anything Cages. It worked great when I came across it. I used one on each fork for roughly 300 miles of the Arizona Trail and they fit my water bottles just fine. Adding two strips of electrical tape to the forks can easily fix the tendency to slip and turn inwards.
👤I have been riding a road bike in Seattle for thirty years. Life is great again after I got an ebike. There is no place for a water bottle as you do pedal. I leave the motor on for the first 30 miles. This works well. The top tube is flat on top. There is a non slip material that holds the supports in place.
👤The metal water bottle behind my seat was not accessible by this Topcage. When I read the positive reviews for this product, I was encouraged because my trike has limited options for mounting accessories. I didn't want to drill holes in my frame, so easy installation was what I wanted. I was not disappointed. I tried to mount the cage on my trike. Installation and removal were easy. The long straps made it easy to mount on different tube sizes. The Velcro holds up well. The cage has not moved since I installed it. I decided that the Topcage was on the trike post near the pedals. I can return the bottle securely to the Topcage without a problem. I like the cage design. It secures the bottle very well, compared to my original cage, which the bottle constantly wiggled loose regardless of adjustments. The bottle is secured by this SKS Topcage. I use a bottle. The plastic seems strong and I liked the 5-year warranty. I highly recommend the SKS Topcage. There was no discount, promotion or free merchandise offered for my review.
It's the same for different bikes. The distance between the holes on your bike is a good indicator of the cage's effectiveness. The bottle cage is made from top heat-treated bicycle bottle cages and is designed to hold water bottles and speakers of similar size in place. It is lightweight and very durable, so you don't have to worry about it falling off. The bottle cage is divided into two parts. The surface is smooth and won't scratch your bottle. Unlike other bicycle bottle cages, ENLEE bicycle bottle cages are very suitable for all the water bottles you own, and can hold the water bottle tightly even when riding on a bumpy road. The water bottle cover is multifunctional. It is suitable for a water bottle and a speaker of the same size. There is a bonus water bottle. It comes with a water bottle that can hold 24 ounces of liquid, and a cage that can hold 650 liters. Use a high-quality plastic. If you are looking for a high-quality bicycle bottle cage with a water bottle, please order immediately without any risk, because ENLEE comes with worry-free service and life-friendly customer service.
👤The bottle came with a black top.
👤I thought the bolts on the frame were for screw holes. I had to remove the bolts to install this. The stock bolt colors look better than the ones in this kit. The mount is perfect for the bike. There are reviews that say you never know what color the water bottle will be, but for me, nothing to complain about.
The Breakaway Surge Cap is easy to clean, simply twist and pull for complete access. It's dishwasher safe. They mean it when they say easy. It's easy to get your bike water bottle. It's ideal for road, mountain, hybrid, touring and electric bicycles. A strong and lightweight design is achieved by heated treatment of a CNC machined aluminum alloy. It is easy to wipe off and clean. It's easy to install, you just need to mount your bike frame. Oval mounting holes allow for fine tuning of position. Can hold most standard, smaller bottles and cups securely.
👤The colors of these were perfect for the Trek Discovery Channel edition frame. They are very strong. There are no reservations about purchasing.
👤The cage is too large to hold a water bottle. It is very loose. I could lose the bottle.
👤The product is a little more expensive than your regular bottle holder, but so far it's been great.
👤The cage is light and easy to install, and it kept my bottle in place.
👤After two rides of light green trail riding, broke. Wouldn't recommend.
👤It's easy to access my water bottle. Looks sharp as well.
👤Functions well, super light, and looks good.
👤I chose this one for the blue accent to blend in with my Boardman hybrid and it almost matches, as you can see from the photo. I chose the metal one as it is lightweight and I was looking at plastic and carbon ones. It will take a little punishment in daily use. I would have liked to have seen a drop of threadlock on the screws to make sure they were secure when fitted, but it was easy to fit, just make sure you have a ball end allen key. All in all, very happy with the purchase.
👤Most bottles can be accommodated by this flexes. The amount of plastic packaging is a bug that I have to deal with. They could put this in a cardboard box. The screws have a cover. Why!
👤This is a good bottle holder for me. The bottle is snug, not sure if it's too big or not, or if it's just too small, try out a few bottles to find the right one. It is made out of metal and has a nice premium feel, which is a bonus. It is easy to mount, just two screws.
👤I got this because I liked the design. It was easy to install and hold my water bottle.
👤The bike doesn't make it look like nerds. Very happy.
The bike bottle cage is easy to install and comes with 2 screws per bottle cage that will give it a firm hold against the threaded holes on your bike. Access your bike water bottles when you need them the most. Each pack comes with 2 bottle cages and 4 industrial grade steel bolts to keep hydrated. Works on road, mountain, hybrid and e bikes. The cages are lightweight and durable, made with aluminum that gives them extra strength. You will not notice it. There! Universal fit for standard size water bottles. A flexible shape that can hold slightly smaller bottles. The cages can be installed in less than 60 seconds. Attach the bolt onto the bike frame with a 4mm allen key. There is an important note. threaded holes are required for bottle cage installation. The bike frame has a down tube and seat post tube. They stand behind the quality of their products and if you have a problem with them, they are happy to replace orRefund your item. They stand behind the quality of their products and if you have a problem with them, they are happy to replace orRefund your item.
👤It seems like quality is okay. I would expect a bottle holder. It's not cheap and feels like metal. It's nice that it comes with fresh mounting screws, but I wish they were a bit longer as I found that one of my bikes has a pump accessory mounted with the water bottle holder and it proved the included screws. The metal holders allow you to suite the type of bottle you are using.
👤I installed these on my bike. They kept my water bottles secured for a long ride and I had no issues installing them. Quality product and quick delivery. It's a good recommendation!
👤The bottle cage is strong. If you need two bottle cages, this is a good value. They have an odd screw head, but there were no tools or instructions. They are not the standard screws that come with other cages. I used the old bottle cage's head screws.
👤I use these on my off road bike. Plastic cages have failed me on my journeyman. The cages are a bit heavier but you're not looking to save a lot of money. When bouncing over roots for a couple hours, these hold my bottles and my repair kit in a byasi bottle firmly secured. Since I have so many bottle bosses on my bike, I'm getting more.
👤There are basic aluminum bottle cages. In my photo you can see that arch is not the right contor. Quality metal can't be bend easily because of bad quality control. Hit or miss, I had Amazon try again.
👤It seems as advertised. It was installed directly on my Cannondale factory mounting holes. What not to like?
👤A nice touch to your bike is a light weight water bottle cages.
👤I ordered 2. Bolted on to my trek. The bottle is held securely. It was thought to be quality parts. The tension is still the same after a couple hundred bottles are pulled.
It is recommended to wash your hands. The water bottle cage made of high quality PC material is lightweight and durable, making it easy to install. It's great for road, mountain, hybrid, touring and electric bicycles. The bottle retention system is strong and secure. It fits most bike water bottles. The screws are standard size for water bottle mounts to most of bikes, and washers are suggested for tight fixing. The water bottle holder has arms that wrap around the bottle for a secure hold so you don't have to worry about it falling out during your ride. It's easy to get your bike water bottle when you need it. You can go the distance if you buy bottle cages. It's easy to get your bike water bottle when you need it. You can go the distance if you buy bottle cages.
👤I got a set for my Cannondale. The bottle is very stiff and holds up well on the bumpy roads, so it won't fall out. It has a nice finish that doesn't scratch the bottle. The best option for a racing bike would be to return the bottle to the cage, since it requires some accuracy. If you're using a cage-mounted air pump, there are four bolts that won't work. If they last a few seasons, they were worth it.
👤One of the alloy aluminum ones I had had a broken weld and I bought these to replace it. I've tested them once before. I measured them myself because I can't find the size information in the item description, and I saw that a lot of people were having trouble putting their bottles in them. I don't think I would try a bottle larger than 20 ounces, because it fits tightly. It is difficult to insert the bottle from the side, but it works best if you put the bottle straight down. I used the existing screws because the screws that came with them weren't made of shirring material. They look nice and are good with the right bottle.
👤These are easy to install and look nice. They have been on my wife's bike for a while. I bought them for her. The cages are small and tight. We use insulated polar sports bottles on our bikes. It's difficult to get your bottles back in the cages while riding. My wife is trying to get bottles back in the cages. This would have been 5 stars if it was easier to put bottles away. I have replaced these cages with elite cages that are 4x the money.
👤It should only be used for very bumpy mtb trails where a vise-like grip on the bottle is required. It is not recommended for use at higher speeds because it is very difficult to extricate and reinsert the bottle. I've had multiple instances of wrestling to get the bottle out of the cage while still paying attention to the road, only to drop it onto the pavement in shock when it finally pops out.
👤I installed these on my road bike. They were easy to install, but I had to hold my water bottle the rest of the ride. I was really disappointed in the lack of quality. I am sorry, I wasted my money on these cages. The bottle cages are not "strong".
👤Exactly what I needed. It is easy to install and holds my water bottle securely. It didn't leave any scratches on my bottle, which was a fear of mines. I will keep you updated if something changes.
👤I bought these because they were light. I'm not sure what type of plastic they're made of, but they're made with something that's very brittle. It only took 7 bikes rides and one fall before it snapped open and caused my bottle to fall on the trail. There is a Find a bottle cage that is more flexible and will flex under impact.
The bag is attached to the handlebars with leather straps. There is a wide application. The left or right side of the handlebars could be easily adjusted with the 4 hook&loop straps. Like road bike, mountain bike, electric bike, folding bike, kid's bike, cruiser, wheelchair, scooter, etc. Free your hands. The bike drink cup holder has two mesh pockets that can hold small items. Fit most size of bottle. The bike water bottle holder has a design that can shrink to fit a bottle of water. It's perfect for holding soft drinks and coffee. Hold your water bottle. Even on rough mountain roads, the bike coffee cup holder will be firmly fixed on your bicycle. The design of sponge inside could provide some protection for your bottle or small items in the mesh pocket. The bicycle cup holder made of high-quality Oxford fabric is durable and can be washed. Don't worry about rusty and broken after a few months. The water bottle holder is a great present for anyone who loves bikes. The bicycle cup holder made of high-quality Oxford fabric is durable and can be washed. Don't worry about rusty and broken after a few months. The water bottle holder is a great present for anyone who loves bikes.
👤The cup holder was used for the first time. The holder fit perfectly on the handlebars and stem, and the straps worked as they should. I was able to get a container. Klean Kanteen is a test. There was room for a couple of energy bars in my Klean Kanteen. I only have four stars because I only have one ride, and I can't attest to its longevity. This cup holder held the cup without falling, unlike my previous purchase of a plastic cup holder. This was much better. I ordered two more on Sunday and they were delivered to me on Monday. How fast are these guys?
👤My son rides his bike to school and I bought this for him. It fits all of the thermal cups so he can drink water when thirsty. The material is strong and easy to install. My son suggests wrapping smaller bottles with a small towel to keep them from jumping out while biking.
👤This is larger so it takes up more space, but it is easy to fit in all size canteens. The pouch on the outside is large enough to hold my phone and keys. Very happy.
👤It's easy to hold my bottle. There is a Great purchase.
👤The product looked like it was built. The straps needed to connect it to the handlebars were not present.
👤I have a John Deere Gator. Holds water thermos. It is very easy to secure and remove.
👤This allows me to have some water. It's possible to fit on my trike with lots of attachments.
👤The product is sturdy and great.
ThoughtFUL LID DESIGN. ): You don't have to worry about ice getting into your mouth with the standard mouth steel water bottle. The attached PP material screw cap makes the vacuum water bottle great for travel and outdoor use. A straw whoch and a sport cap are great for gym activities. The original, 100%BPA-free bicycle water bottle is called the tri-layer INSULATED WATER BOTTLE. The insulated water bottle has triple wall insulation that keeps your liquid cooler longer than older models. The Breakaway Surge Cap maximizes flow rate and self-seals to eliminate spills. It is leakproof when open and closed. Designed for cyclists, the Breakaway series fits securely in a variety of bottle cages. The new shape of the polar bottle is easy to squeeze with a unique grip and wall design. The Breakaway Surge Cap is easy to clean, simply twist and pull for complete access. It's dishwasher safe. They mean it when they say easy.
👤I bought a bottle with a lock as well. I expected the bottle to be less secure than the one I use. Not at all! The bottle that I bought at the same size as the Camelbak bottle that I have to physically turn on lock is not as secure. I can squeeze water out of that bottle. There is a The locked bottle is hard to squeeze water out of. I think I might destroy the bottle. It is easy to not screw the lid on 100%. Water spills out of the lid if it isn't completely tightened because you have to squeeze the bottle to get water out. I've done it before. It's just a matter of learning to tighten the lid. I think my other bottles are a bit better than this one, it gets pretty firm but you have to keep going until it's on there.
👤The size is not accurate. We ordered a bottle that was 24 ounces because we thought it would hold that amount of liquid. It only holds 20 ounces of liquid. The "20 ounce" bottle only holds 16 ounces of liquid. To avoid confusion, I think the size of the bottle you order should reflect the amount of liquid that it holds.
👤It was hard to squeeze. I wanted to use it for cycling. I can only squeeze hard with one hand. Maybe a big guy can squeeze it that hard, but it won't work for me for cycling.
👤Not impressed with the bottles. They work better than a bottle but not much. The nozzle can be opened and still not leak. The inside of these bottles is very small. They turn to liquid fast if you freeze them. It doesn't take long for them to no longer be chilled after that. They are barely cold on a 40 minute ride. The bottle is hard to squeeze when it is cold. They are very soft once they warm up. Your water is warm as well.
👤I ride in the morning in the 90's and in the afternoon in the 90's. I fill the 24oz bottles completely with ice, then add half a bottle of sports drink in each bottle. The rest is topped with water. I carry a third 20oz bottle in my jersey pocket for anything over 2 hours. The contents are cool even after 2.5 hours, as the ice is still present. It's a tip. I discovered that taking a small sip out of each bottle during the ride improves the longevity of the ice. Before starting on the next bottle, you had to mark each bottle and drink it completely. The result was that ice melted more quickly in the untouched bottle. I think some endothermic process is slowed down. It's a good thing.
Your bike is perfect. Each bottle holder has a metal texture. A powder coated finish and high tumble polished to match your bike. The Aduro Sport Cycle H2O is part of the 2x Pack. The bicycle bottle holders have Allen keys and 4 bolts. Universal keeps the bottle firm in the cage during fast riding and bumpy trails. Simple installation after which you can easily access your water bottle at all times. It's great for road, mountain, hybrid, touring bicycles and electric bikes because of its flexible and sleek design. Aduro Lifetime 100% satisfaction guarantee covers these water bottle holders. Let them know if you have any issues. They can either replace them at no cost or give them a full refund.
👤First thing I usually read to see is the merits of low ratings. Education is the most important factor in determining the 1 and 2 stars. There is a difference between a "bottle of water" and a "water bottle", which is an empty bottle purchased for bike riding. This holds a bottle. There are two more If you didn't know that this screws into pre-threaded screw holes on your bike, you didn't look at the photos. A person from CA is licking these and is concerned about a cancer warning. Well... 4) Maybe bike riding isn't for you if 2 screws are a challenge. There is a They say they are light weight aluminum water bottle holders. You can't hang your bike from them. If you go with a bolder color, they add a nice color accent.
👤I have ordered 3 sets of bottle cages. Most of them have broken. I don't think they are made for heavy use. The package has a California cancer warning on it, but it is not listed on Amazon. It wouldn't matter to some people. Next time, I will buy a cancer free water bottle holder.
👤I bought this lock for a few reasons. "Best bike lock" can be found in several articles about bike locks. 2. It has good reviews on Amazon. And 3. It is less expensive than a similar lock. I had to return the lock about five minutes after I opened the box. My roommate has a Kryptonite lock. I was able to compare them. The keyhole cover is difficult to operate and the shackle portion is very thick. The shackle doesn't always cooperate when you try to cover the hole. It's partly because the shackle is covered with less durable components. It's got a lot of plastic and feels cheap. There is a The mount is made of plastic and has pieces that you can change to fit your bike frame. They're just pieces of plastic and they have no way of attaching, they slide out of the brackets. The lock isn't going to be stable while you ride if you attach it and put it on. It moves a lot. I didn't bother riding with it, it was obvious that it was too big to ride comfortably with. I tried to tighten it. It was not more stable because of what I did. It was clear to me that I would be better off spending the extra money on the lock. If you really, really can't afford the extra money for the other lock, then this appears to be not well-suited for you.
A ring of aluminum is light and durable. The surface is not easy to scratch and paint. The edges are round and won't scratch. It's easy to install, tool free. The bottle holder is easy to assemble. It is mounted to a bike. If you needed to, you could quickly put on the bike. There are no screws required. There are a lot of options for attaching it. Keep your drink cold. They make the insulation thicker. Their bicycle cupholder keeps your beverages cold and hot. It's great for daily ride to class, home, road bike rides, bikepacking, off-road riding, etc. 2 in 1 bike cup and phone holder is flexible, allowing to holds a variety of bottle sizes. It is large and deep enough for a bottle of water. The Capacity is up to 32 ounces and can accommodate many sizes of bottles and cans. One hand gets a bottle. In and out. Their water bottle cages are easy to reach. You could slip bottle in and out with one hand. You don't need to reach down to grab your water bottle anymore. 5 secure three-point stationary design The attachment keeps the bike cup holder in place. This is very strong once it's on your handlebars. No flopping in the wind. The bottle doesn't bounce out on bumps even though you went over rugged terrain, it has a drawstring closure to tighten the opening.
👤My bike doesn't have a place to put a water bottle or bike pump. I like to have a water bottle with me on my bike. It's insulated and easy to use, unlike most bottle holders that are open and help to expose a bottle to the sun. There is a The bag I'm using to hold my bike pump is in the attached picture. I didn't intend for that to happen, but it is a nice bonus since I don't have a place to put the bikebump. There is a The straps were not long enough for my use. The straps on my ebike could not be securely fastened. I tried many different angles and couldn't find a solution that worked. I had another strap that I wasn't using, so it did the trick. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the short straps. There is a I fear that the keys will eventually tear the net, which is a minor critique. A pocket using durable fabric would be nice.
👤There was no place for the water bottle cage to be attached to the mountain bike. The water bag is secured to the inside of the handlebars. A 1 liter water bottle does not move. Happy with the purchase.
👤I don't take my back pack with me on my mountain bike so I needed a solution for short rides when I don't have a place for a water bottle. I put my phone, water bottle, and tissues in a convenient place. You need more for a 2 hour ride. Highly recommend.
👤I put the pair on both sides of my long stem in front of my handlebars. They are very safe. I haven't ridden with a full water bottle yet, that might be heavy and cause some shaking, but for granola bars, a couple bike tools, sunglasses, a phone, etc, these are perfect. I don't see why they won't last a decade. They are easy to install. The straps come with a soft lining. The bag has multiple attachment points which make it easy to modify. I'm very happy.
👤I bought a similar holder 888-739-5110 Well no. The difference is apparent when I compare them side by side. This holder is made out of cheap pleather material while the other has a backpack-like fabric. After a few months of use, the PVC one will crack and peel on you. There is a The attachment is different, it has 3 straps, one on a handlebar, one on the middle post and one on the front wheel fender. This cheap wonder of Chinese mass production only has 2 handlebar straps and a flimsy center post strap, there is no way to stable it, it rocks from side to side, especially with a heavier bottle, and my Revelate holder stays rock solid even on off-road rides. This one has a bad design and cheap material.
