White Gloss aluminum is glossy. The X-Frame design folds to 18.1. The floor space is 18.1". When not used. The seat and handle are designed for long-lasting comfort and support. The window clearly displays speed, distance, time, calories, and pulse. The large manual dial can be used to quickly adjust up to 8 levels of resistance. Just below the console.
👤I was able to assemble it by myself, as shown in the photo in the box and in front of the TV. I read all the customer reviews before starting. Here are my suggestions for people who are not familiar with it. You should get large trash bags to remove styrofoam/cardboard packing materials as you unpack, and check that all the pieces are included before starting. Pay attention to the nuts/bolts as you tighten the pieces together. Use tools to tighten bolts, then do final, follow the instructions in order, page-by-page, picture in your mind what the front and back of the bike are. Remember the console wires mentioned in a customer review wrapped around the handle bars before attaching that piece. I will be able to exercise inside during the cold months and rainy months.
👤I don't know how to take this warning label. "Cancer and reproductive issues" is what it says. I assume it means the seat material. I will wear pants while riding this bike. California required this label. See the accompanying image. The bike went together without a hitch. The video shows it rolling easily without folding. The operation is easy. I leave the monitor on "Scan" so that it can go from pulse to speed, distance, calories burned, etc. The adjustment for resistance is something I like. It's easy to change how hard it is to pedal. I like it but it's labeled so I gave it four stars. I would like the distributor to explain the warning.
👤I was on the bike for four months. I was enjoying myself. There is a I was enjoying my bike ride when the right pedal snapped off. I was feeling good about doing something for my body and mind. The deadline for product help was April 23 and the bike broke on April 25. I hope someone sees this and contacts me. I can't afford a new bike because I'm not rich. I tried using duct tape. That was not useful. The bike is in need of help.
👤I was reluctant to buy this considering what it cost. After 10 minutes, I found that you can work up a good sweat and get a good cardio workout. There is a For those of us with limited space and funds, it is a good machine for a low impact workout. There is a I disagree with some of the reviews. I don't recommend this bike for tall people. There is a I used to be an avid biker. When the pedal is down, your knees should be bent. I have a seat that is as high as it can go. It is still slightly to low. There is a That is the only reason for 4 stars and I recommend this bike.
👤Love, love, love! I think the digital monitor is a little off, but overall, it's my favorite buy ever! It's quiet and perfect to keep you motivated. There are no more excuses as to why you can't cycle. Also! This fits me perfectly on the shortest day of the year. Even if I was an inch or two shorter, I would still be able to do it. That was the biggest concern when I bought it.
One touch multi function display. A large, easy to read screen displays calories burned, time, speed, distance, and time with a touch of a button that is easy to use while in use. A sliding desktop has tilt, forward, back, up and down options for sitting or standing. 3 angle adjustments (0, 16 and 33 degrees), 5 height adjustments (40" up to 45"). There is a storage drawer. Arm rest. The computer has a liquid crystal display. The XBike desk and bicycle are Patented. Extra comfort is provided by the large AirSoft seat. It is possible to fit 51 to 63 user height. The weight capacity is 300 lbs. The semi-recumbent design is good for effective workouts. The folds are for storage. The bike can be folded up with a foot print of 21.3" L x 25.5" W. An 8 level Magnetic Tension control system allows the user to adjust the tension level for an easier or more difficult workout. The work surface is 24 inches by 16 inches and can hold objects up to 44 pounds.
👤The problem of being sedentary while you work would be solved if you looked at the picture. I should have looked at the image more closely. A woman is sitting on a bike. There's a lot. She's probably around 5'10” if not taller. The average human is around 5'3". That's how tall I am. I have zero back support because I have to scoot all the way forward on the seat cushion. I have to raise my arms to reach the computer, which empties the blood from them. They made the platform so low that it won't go any lower because of your knees. I can't use it. I can see that it's a good construction, but only for someone who has enough height in their legs and midsection to get them up in the seat and keep the blood from leaving their hands and arms. When I purchased the bike, I didn't see any reviews mentioning this, but now that I have put the bike together, I can't return it. I wanted to warn other people that I have this issue. There is a Since posting this review, I've added a picture so that people can see how my frame fits. The seat is pushed forward as it goes, and the surface is as low as it will go, so I have adjusted it to the best of my ability. If you are going to work for a long period of time, you should have your hands/wrists lower than your elbows to keep the blood from draining from them, as this becomes very uncomfortable and isn't something you want to do.
👤I love this thing. It's easy to move around and out of the way. My only complaint would be that the desk area is too small for my MacBook and papers sitting next to it. If the padding on the bottom was straight instead of curved, it would work, but the curving makes it difficult to use, so the Mac has to sit about three inches in from the side. My kids made fun of me at first, but now I catch my teens on it all the time working online or even just watching. I got tagged and a video of me working on it was shared, and I have had at least three friends order the bike and they love it too. I was able to get it done in about an hour and a half while watching a movie. It would be a great recommendation, especially for the price.
👤I can't believe how much I like this thing. I spend a lot of time sitting and typing and it's easy. I tried a treadmill desk but it was too hard for me to type. I have arthritis in my knees and ankles but I can sit and ride for hours without a single complaint. I'm not going to compete in the Tour de France. I keep going. I'm on this thing more than I am on my couch. I sit and ride while I watch the soccer players run up and down the pitch. My husband and I are both big fans of video games and now I ride my bike whenever I play on the Xbox One. There is a I know what you want to know about weight loss and comfort. I can sit here for hours. I'm only 5'1 but can reach the pedals. I haven't weighed myself but I have noticed that my jeans are loose and have had comments from friends and family. There is a The most important thing for me is that I'm building resilience. I don't feel like I'm going to die when I walk up the stairs. I don't have to tell my dogs that I need a break. This is a big win for me. We're going to have to get my husband his own.
Over 3 million people have been helped reach their fitness goals by them over the last 14 years. This foldable bike has stood the test of time. The step-through design allows maximum mobility during training for quick mounting and dismounting that is created easier for the knees and back. This item requires assembly. There are eight resistance levels. The bike has a magnetic resistance mechanism. The tension knobs control the difficulty to ride on different terrains. An easy-to-read computer screen shows time, speed, distance, and calories burned in large numbers for easy reading. The equipment has a saddle with high density foam. It has handles that are foam-covered for extra support of the back and arms to help maintain proper form when exercising. Weighted pedals are designed to provide maximal foot support. The bike has foot straps that can be adjusted to fit your feet. Exercise and fitness are the type of sport. The components include the recumbent BIke. The item benefits from an extended window.
👤Does this bike have all the bells and whistles that you would find at a gym? Absolutely not. Does it get the job done? You will. There is a The bike is easy to assemble, holds my weight, and is quiet, but it's not worth the $80 assembly fee. The resistance setting doesn't have a lot of gradation, so this isn't a bike for someone training to be in a triathlon, but for something to sit in front of a TV and burn some calories, which is all I really wanted. After a month of heavy use by a big guy, it has stopped. The bike is holding up well. I'm more of a wuss than I thought, because the highest levels of resistance are pretty darn resistant. If you're looking for a cheap bike to get the job done, I recommend this bike.
👤A stationary bike is a great value. It is easy to assemble. My age is 61 and I managed it on my own. Short stature made it necessary to adjust to the last notch. You may have an issue if you are under 5 ft. Quality is great for the price, sturdy, a little heavy, seat is roomy, back rest is supportive, arm rests help stability while pedaling and give a good place to rest arms. Time passes very quickly when you sit and read or watch TV while exercising. Does not feel like you are torturing yourself exercising. I was able to raise my heart rate on the lower tension settings. It looks like it is made of good quality materials and can leave the living area without being cramped. It's nice to keep track of progress. There were no problems with assembly. Even though there are tools for assembly, I used another tool to tighten the screws. I would recommend this bike.
👤Quality issues plagued me. The materials seem to be high quality and durable, however the workmanship on my unit caused performance problems that I initially blamed on the design itself, this proved to be untrue and was totally fixable. I had been using this bike for about two weeks and was somewhat dissatisfied until today. The product had no resistance differences from settings 1 to 8. My problem was usually not being able to keep my heart rate up. I disassembled the front housing and found that one tabbed washer was installed backwards which allowed the main flywheel to be out of square with the rest of the unit. There is a limit set screw that limits how close the magnets can be to the flywheel, and it also designates the resistance for each setting. The set screw was set halfway out on my unit. The wheel was out of place when it was built, so I am assuming this was to compensate. I moved the set screw to make sure the magnets were as close to the flywheel as possible without contacting it. The highest resistance setting is like riding a bike up a hill through wet concrete, it's a brutal game. The old 8 is about as resistant as 4 is. I think the bike is closer to the way the manufacturer intended it to function now that there are 8 resistance levels. It is insane how a small adjustment can change a bike. If you are facing a lack of resistance from this bike, I highly recommend you to take a look at your setup and make some adjustments. The seat is not something to write about. I think it's common among these. It's worth getting some kind of padding for serious use.
The package contains all the tools and instructions. It is easy to assemble within 30 minutes. A small indoor exercise bike. You can place the machine on the floor or under the desk to burn calories. Circulation and tone arm muscles can be stimulated by placing the pedaling bike on a table. Feet pads and straps add stability. Users can view time, distance, calories, count, and total count on an electronic display. This exerciser has a screen that is easy to read. The low-tension setting is perfect for rehabilitative purposes, or you can switch to a higher intensity for strength training. The resistance dial is marked with either + or - to be easily changed. The dimensions are 16.5 L x 14 W x 13 H inches. The electronic display requires a battery. There is some assembly required.
👤Not worth a single star. The plastic housing is cheap and stable. There is a cheap alloy wheel with a cloth strap. It would wear out and break in no time. It was not a smooth oedal action. There is a A cheap Chinese product was pawned off on America. Don't buy...
👤widening the foot pedals could be done to improve this item. I have to use bare feet or compression socks because my shoes won't fit. My review would improve if this issue is corrected. I realized this is a piece of junk after using it for a few days. The item is so poor that it can't be found on the market.
👤The product is cheap. It would not be easy to assemble as the pedal threads are stripped or off center. I can't get the pedal to go in. I'm tired of buying things that don't work. I needed it right away so I had it sent for two days. I have a product that is useless now. I don't want to have to send things back and so I won't order again. You are losing my business. The display on the computer does not work. I wouldn't buy this item again. I don't want another one. This deserves no stars because I had to put a star rating on it.
👤I wouldn't buy this product because the left pedal fell off every time I tried to use it, and I had to replace it because I missed the return date.
👤I may be jumping the gun here, but it is easy to put together. I bought this for my mom, who has talked about something similar after her cardiac rehab. She has used it 3 times and it has only been in the house for 24 hours. She can put it on the table herself and take it from her room to the living room. There is a The directions state to screw the pedals in, but you really need to screw them in via the nut. It's all over. Great product. She is very happy with it.
👤This is very useful and easy to assemble. I don't know how this timer is supposed to work. The only thing that works is that my timer doesn't work, and the tension handle doesn't really do a lot of resistance, but it fits perfectly under my desk and does the trick. I just removed the battery and put it back in, and I think I just needed to be rebooted. I think.
👤The first product I received was poorly made and the brackets didn't fit. I returned it and had them send me a new one, but the brackets still weren't right. I told them to screw it and drill the holes on the stabilizer more, but they messed up the threads and I had to make it fit again. I cut new threads on my tap and die set to make it work, because I was tired of returning the piece of s**t. I got the peddles installed after a lot of work. It works well for what my mother needs it for. I wouldn't expect it to be a Cadillac for 40 dollars. There is a I would buy a different product if I wanted to work out long term. It only needs to be used for a couple of weeks. If you want something nice, you should pay more than $40.
The hand-pulse sensors on the handlebars help you stay in your target heart rate. Small and smart. Their quality under desk exercise machine burns more calories than a standing desk and keeps you focused. Home exercise equipment can fit under desks. The desk elliptical has 8 resistance settings so that you can control them, and it has more than twice the resistance range of other foot pedal exercisers. The pedals have straps that are adjusted to keep feet secure. Quiet and sound. Premium magnetic resistance is used for the desk bike. The desk cycle is great for your joints and quiet on the floor. Your coworkers won't notice if you're patched into a zoom meeting or working on site. The mini exercise bike is easy to use. Everything you need to know about your speed, time, distance, and calories can be found on the 6 functionremovableLCD display. The stationary bikes for seniors and adults are essential to help build strength as well as increasing mobility in occupational or physical therapy, and are great for getting in a cardio work out while you dig into office projects.
👤I have lost 30 lbs in 7 months and feel great! This helped me lose weight after a long illness. I couldn't do a lot of exercises. I got one for work and one for home. I make sure I use it when I am at home or working. I convinced many coworkers to buy these and now our gym is selling them on campus. If I can't have this at my desk, I will not accept any future jobs. I can't believe how different I feel. I have been able to increase the resistance. I notice that my quads are in great shape. I feel my hamstrings are developing more and more as I have switched to pedaling backwards. I have never liked my thighs, even when I was thinner and a dancer, but this thing has helped greatly. I am so happy! Everyone needs one. I know that I am getting paid to improve my health, even if it is awful work. There is a There is an edit. It has been almost 4 years. I own 3 of these because I have them in my office, home office and tv room. I still cycle 40-50 miles a day despite being down 60 lbs. I convinced many people to get one of these.
👤Life saver! A type 2 diabetes patient is a new best friend. I have had terrible A1C for several years. I went on a low-fat diet and lost 83 pounds, and dropped my injections from 200 units per day to 24. I was able to get off my diabetes with this deskcycle. A 20 minute session of interval cardio drops my blood sugar by 30 percent. I start at 105 and end up at 78. I only do 15 second all out burts to where I get to breathing hard, then cycle slowly for 45 seconds to recuperate. You must repeat. I can use the sofa with this desk cycle. There is no buttock, tailbone, hip pain when I lay back in it. My back is supported by the sofa. There is no impact to the joints. Sometimes it's hard to walk because I have bad joints. Hips, knees, back, etc. It's saved me with this deskcycle and sofa. No pain at all. I feel better after exercising. I have better mental clarity and I feel more calm. There is a I really liked this deskcycle and my low fat diet.
👤I bought these for my own good because I no longer have excuses for not moving. I bought this and the other one. The first two that came up were when I searched for "desk cycle". I did a lot of research to see if this was worth it. The price difference between a walking treadmill desk and an under desk bike is huge and each setup has its own pros and cons. The under desk cycle is great if you can't afford a treadmill desk. There is a I work full time and I use the deskcycle for home and the exercise bike at work. There is a Things to think about. If you're setting up a bike for the first time, it's important to make sure you have a comfortable desk and chair because your back can get strained over long periods of time. The instructions in the DeskCycle give good recommendations and tips, and they have a support website that has great information. There is a I'm 5 feet tall. I compared it to my husband and he didn't like it. He likes the way his desk is currently setup, but he's picky about his desk setup. He had to raise the desk because his knees kept hitting it. If you can make desk adjustments to accommodate for this desk bike device, you can imagine how tall I would be. There is a The desk cycle. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. Sturdy pedal straps, straps are permanently attached to the pedal and can be adjusted via velcro, and the monitor can be extended to be placed on top of a desk for display. If I'm reading this correctly, my knees don't hit the desk when I use this, at least I did. The bike has a weird smell out of the box, but after a day or two, you get used to it. The DeskCycle has a handle for easy transportation, an easy setup, and a quiet place to sit. Walking into Harbor Freight was similar. The screen is not replaceable. - The pedal straps don't look as strong as the DeskCycle straps. Over time, they can detach from the pedal. It is a rubbery material. Similar to putting a watch tab in different holes, the straps adjust. There is a The desk cycle has a lower ground than the exercise bike, but the exercise bike pedals are higher off the ground. The DeskCycle has a more rigid construction than the Sunny does. The Sunny Bike has more detailed instructions. You should take a break after a long period of cycling nonstop every once in a while unless you want some slight lower back pain and sweat. I've had about a 1lb or two so far. Results will be different. Extra bonus stuff for fun.
The Mini Leg Exercisers are used to increase circulation and relieve tension. The product has a dimensions of 13.6" x 16.1" There is an anti-skid mat. The base of the exercise pedal bike has anti-slip rubber. The foot band can be adjusted to meet different needs. The display has a variety of displays, including time, speed, distance and calories burned. Press the red button to reset. An extra strap is provided. It is easy to adjust the tension by rotating the knob. It's suitable for office workers who need sports as well as people who need exercise.
👤I started using it with my legs after I received it. I have a disease that destroys my nerves and weakens my muscles. This machine is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on a regular exercise bike seat because of balance issues. The tension knob on my arms seems to be malfunctioning. The tension doesn't seem to change regardless of which way I turn it. The seller immediately responded to my email with a full refund because of the broken tension knob. They were helpful and kind. The machine is very helpful even though it is light. I would recommend it to people with limited mobility.
👤If you are physically inclined, you will outgrow this piece of equipment very quickly. Get something with more resistance and a heavier base. This is a good first step if you are at the beginning of your exercise career and you want to get into physical therapy.
👤I got this for my mother, who is not very mobile. She has used it a few times and says it works well. She is using it on hardwood. It was easy to assemble.
👤I bought this for my dad. He doesn't like stationary bikes because they hurt his bottom. He can use it as he is sitting on the bed. 5 stars for the easy assembly.
👤For the money, this is a great device. It went together quickly. It works well. I don't have any complaints. The reason for 4 stars is that the written instructions and picture of the device don't match. The instructions say the short foot goes on the front and long on the back.
👤The machine does not stay on the floor while peddling. It was very upsetting. There is a I don't know why it was an Amazon choice item. One screw hole was too small for the screw.
👤We are clear. This is not an exercise machine. If you have injured your knee or other joint, this is it. There is a If you want to work out. Move on! This isn't what you want. It's too light to stay on the floor. It had a fabric belt that put pressure on the spinning disk. It will catch on fire if you put on too much resistance and peddle for too long. There is a This product is for people who love the smell of melted plastic and want to save money.

👤Thanks bezos, it's great for working at home in the bicyle, but please feed America or pay taxes.
👤If I had to put it together as an average joe, it would have taken me a long time. I put 4 stars for the ease of assembly. There is no sound. It's easy to move around my home. I gave it 4 stars because it was too tall for me, a 5' 0” woman. I didn't have to return it because my husband was messing around to find a solution, and he took out the "tall people brackets" between the adjustment rail and the seat. I can ride comfortably now that the seat has been lowered. A simple solution for short people. I can fix the seat with a small pillow, but it's still too hard for me. There is a The table is stable and I can put my laptop in front of me. The item is a great value.
👤I can't tell you how much I love this thing. I am a full time employee, doing internship hours, and have online classes. I didn't want to do a workout that was realistic with my schedule. I wanted to find a way to work out. The fit desk gave me that. I use it every day. Sometimes inside and sometimes outside, depending on the weather. I have been happy with a purchase before, but this one is better. Love it!
👤I got a bike at the beginning of COVID in order to stay active. I didn't know that biking and working bent over is a bad idea. I had the same set up as any stationary bike. I used the same settings as I would at the gym, and I know the proper height and knee-bend. I didn't know that using this bike while trying to work hurt me. After a few weeks, I noticed that the pain was back, even though I thought it was just a sore. I stopped. The pain went away. Sort of. I am thankful that I got my money back after the hassle of returning this beast. But, months later, the pain was still there. It got worse. It kept me up at night. I can't go on hikes anymore. Finally got an exam. I own a Torn Labrum from this stupid bike. Don't buy this bike. The concept is nice, but there are some real issues. I am looking at expensive therapy after months of therapy. If that doesn't work, you can have surgery for 3-6 months. I'm in pain.
👤I have been logging over 31 miles since I received my FitDesk. I am typing this review on my bike. The assembly was easy for me, as it took about 1 to 1.5 hours from receiving the box to sitting on the machine. The unit is very sturdy and the packaging was great. The desk is perfect for my laptop, mouse, and phone. I need more space to have more things around me because I work from home and am behind my computer for a lot of time. The desktop expander will be here later this week. The laptop is very stable and doesn't move at all if I want to slip off the desktop while I am cycling. There is a rubber mat on the desktop. There is a The unit is very quiet and I don't hear anything. The laptop fan is louder than the mechanism is called. I think this would work in any office or cubicle, unless they actually see you on it. The seat is large and nice, but it will take some time to get used to. I would like to have a bench seat in place of the model that comes with the unit. I ordered a gel padded seat cover to try out instead of the fluffy towel I am currently using. I am sure it takes some getting used to, but I usually walk on the treadmill or elliptical at the gym. Some of the reviews complained that the back was not able to lean back. I find that my posture is perfect on this because before I was mostly working from the couch with my laptop on my lap, I was slumping over at the neck and shoulders causing a lot of strain and stress on my neck. I have no problem reaching my laptop with perfect posture with the FitDesk. If you want a different position, you can push the desktop away from you if you want to. You just pull the desktop back towards you. I was confused that this was possible before the unit was assembled, but maybe I missed that in the description and reviews. I haven't tried this with my Charge HR because the battery was dead, so I don't know how accurate the workout meter is. The fact that the meter is behind my computer screen is a plus for me, because I find myself staring at the distance, time, calories, etc., in the gym. When I decide to look at the FitDesk, I am shocked at how long I have been cycling. If I set the tension higher and cycle faster, I get winded and sweat a bit. It's not like a class. I couldn't get my work done on my computer in class. It still beats sitting on my rear on the sofa and doing nothing for my health. There is a I am very happy with the FitDesk, except for the sore derriere. Can't wait until the gel seat cover arrives. I never post reviews for anything and I was not paid to do so. A consumer is happy with a purchased product. You most likely will not be disappointed if you give it a try.
There are tips and dimensions. If you want to use the stationary peddler exerciser under the table, you need to make sure that the distance between your knee and the table is at least 14 inches. The expanded dimensions are 21*14.2*9.5 inch and the folded dimensions are 14.6*12.6* 7.9 inch. The MEETWARM mini pedal exerciser is the best elliptical for you. It can relieve stress and offer gentle exercise for medical physical therapy. It is SAFE and NON-SLIP. An extra strap and rubber can increase stability as it prevents the floor from getting wet from the pedal exerciser. The strap can be adjusted to fit different sizes of feet. The design of sponge sleeve can insulate heat to prevent burns from a high temperature. There is a Led Monument. The pedal exerciser has a monitor that can show time, count, calories burned and RPM. The red button can be used to switch data or reset the monitor. It shuts off after 4 minutes of being inactive. Adaptable resistance: The resistance level can be adjusted by the tension knob. The intensity level will be decreased or increased if you turn the knob left or right. It is a machine that can be used for the elderly, beginners, and sedentary workers. The pedal exerciser is foldable so it is easy to open and close. It's convenient to put it in home storage. It can be used in the office as well as at home.
👤I use this every day and get a 20 to 30 minute work out. If you are looking for a good tool for daily exercise, this is a very good choice. If you don't expect it to be used as a high end exercise bike to get some kind of intense robust workout, it's perfect for regular exercise, and it's not made for that.
👤Recovering from a total knee replacement, this is a good physical therapy device. For strictly range of motion, the resistance that you can dial in only goes so far. The foam covering over the pedal arms tore when I got my shoe too close to the inside of the pedal. These are supposed to last, but beware. I don't use the strap because it works great on the carpet. The instructions warn about the device getting too hot to touch. The internal bearings are low grade. I can't tell if this is serviced. I don't plan on using this for a long time, so for the price it's good for me. I didn't want to spend a lot on an exercise bike.
👤Since I don't get much exercise during the day, I got this pedal exerciser to use while I work. I should have listened to the reviews that said it wasn't right for me under the desk, but I'm short, 5'1'', and I figured my legs would fit. They didn't, and by a lot. I went ahead and did some things to make it easier for others to determine if it works for you. The pedal is 6. To use the pedals under the desk, I would need a taller desk, which is about 5 feet tall. You can see how much of my leg is over the desk by looking at the pictures. There is a It's not easy to use unless you have a place to tie the strap and the pedals are on the floor. The display works well and it's easy to adjust the resistance.
👤If you're a healthy, in-shape person, you won't feel resistance from this pedaler even if you set the resistance too high. It's not advertised for young students like me, so I gave it 4 stars. I still get something out of it because I can pedal under my desk, and being active is a big improvement. Good value for money. I'll probably shell out for a better. One. I know I'll use it.
👤My husband's physical therapist recommended a pedal exerciser. He was in the hospital for 75 days recovering from Covid. There is a The pedal exerciser works. It was hard to find a place to use it without it sliding all over the place. We have hardwood floors. It works on the carpet.

👤I ordered this because I wanted to lose some weight while I sit at a desk for eight hours a day. I can't afford a gym and don't have much spare time so just walking isn't much of an option. This was a reasonable alternative. I stopped and waited half an hour after smelling hot electronics. After less than 30 minutes of use, the display stopped showing motion. The display on the left side of the screen has a "stop" message on it. I had to cut the foot straps off to use it, so I'm not sure if I can return it. I can either use the bottom of the pedal or put my feet on the smooth rubber straps, which are small, so that the strap can be removed, or I can have the strap scraper the floor with every turn.

👤I had Osteoarthritis of both knees 7 months ago. I was able to get out of a chair after the sudden onset. I went to physical therapy after buying some books with exercises. The same exercises that I'd started doing from the book were shown to me. A reclining cycle for ten minutes at the beginning of each session is what is needed to loosen the joints. I was able to do most of the exercises at home after I finished my course. I saw this pedal and thought it would help me to build more muscles as well as loosen the joints. It arrived quickly after I ordered it. It is very sturdy and fully assembled. There are no bolts to loosen. Quiet operation. I sit in my recliner and watch TV. I have had it for almost three weeks, and it has made a huge difference in my improvement. I use it for 20-40 minutes at a time. Try to do it during the day. 👤I loved it, used it almost every day, but the pedal fell off. The metal broke. It's completely garbage now. The company reached out to me and offered a replacement. It's in perfect working order so far. If this one breaks again in 4 months, I'll update again. My rating went from 1 to 3 stars.
👤I need to exercise. I work 7 days a week and don't have time for anything else. I was tired of being overweight and out of shape. The pedals are worth it. They work the same as any $100 version. I use them all day long. I take them to work and bring them home. Even if you are not in shape, they are easy to use. They are light weight, quiet, and give you a workout without killing you. I would recommend it to everyone.

The display works as it should, and there is a timer option for those of us who need to work a certain amount of time. The construction of the unit seems to be solid, and it looks like it will last. 👤I was told by my doctor to get a mini bike to exercise after my hip surgeries. The bike helps strengthen the leg, core muscles, and regain balance. I am starting at the lowest level because the bike has different intensity levels. It has a monitor that provides useful info such as time spent on exercising, the distance covered, and calories burned. I placed the bike under my desk so I could use it while I worked on the computer. I can work and exercise at the same time. The bike seems to do what the doctor said it would do. I hope to be off the walker and cane soon with the use of this convenient exercise bike.
👤It fits under my desk perfectly. I peddle while I work. I had knee replacement surgery and it's convenient for me to keep my mobility great.
👤A friend of mine goes to the gym. I thought he might like it to use under his desk, but he didn't find it very practical. This item is a good source of exercise for people who are watching TV and just want to get exercise.
