👤We needed a bike rack to get into mountain biking. The features that I have not seen before make this rack convenient to use. There is a Most of the metal was very thick and heavy duty. Sturdy and strong. The free hitch stabilizer means very little wiggle. When not in use, folds compactly. The tailgate can be adjusted to open without bikes. There is a There are rubber latches for attaching bikes. A very good deal. There is a The rubber is a bit stiff at first, but becomes easier to work with after a few uses.
👤Assembly was easy. The product is well made. We took four bikes on a trip and drove over 600 miles. The bikes weigh 95 lbs. This is rated at 140. There is a ThePivot function to utilize tailgate is nice and works as designed, the straps are easy to use, and it came with an extra replacement strap. The arms seemed to be too short. The brackets for the last bike were very close to the end of the tubes, meaning bikes were crowded on each other. If you care about the finish of your bikes, you should probably use tape or something similar to protect them from rubbing. The loop for the pivot pin retaining wire came loose after a few uses. See the photo. This was being used in a normal way. This shows a rush in the manufacturing process. It's easy to crimp this. I am confident I can fix it with a pair of pliers in about 10 seconds, but it was a small annoyance after so little use. It doesn't make the product non-functional as a bike rack. Attaching the bike rack to the hitch receiver requires a nut and bolt. There was not enough room for the bolt head to be tightened. I don't think most people will install a bike rack to their hitch, so a hitch pin is more appropriate and should be supplied. I bought a locking hitch pin. It's harder for someone to remove the rack. I was always aware of it when we went over speed bumps and rough roads with this type of rack. It was difficult to tell if there was flex in the rack or if it was just moving with the vehicle. I checked the welds when we got home. There is a This is a good product.
👤The entire top section bent downward when I traveled 65 miles. After several weeks, the company sent me a new top section. I took a 23 mile trip and the top broke, the rubber straps broke at 65 miles an hour, and the green wheels were smashed all over the interstate. If you don't have money to spend, don't buy this company. If you have to, throw the bills out the window so the people following you don't kill the family. I will never buy anything from this brand again. I don't want a free replacement, I threw it in the scrap metal pile. Trash is dangerous. The company contacted me and gave me a full refund after reading my review. The strings were attached to the bottom line. They sent me something and I copy and pasted it. There is a Jody, I'm here. Thanks for your reply, please check it in your account, I have full refunds for you. Can you help me revise your review? This is important for our store and I need your help. We will keep improving the product quality. I am so sorry for the situation again. This was next after the revised review. There is a Jody, I'm here. Sorry to bother you. Is it possible to change the review star to 4 or 5 stars? This is very important for our store and I would like to not talk about the refund or revise the review content. There is a I need your help. Thanks in advance. They need to pay for my son's bike. Guess what no more responses from them will be. You are the judge.
A corrosion-resistant. The hitch bike rack comes with a black powder coat finish to help protect it from the elements. 👤I own two e- bikes. The bike rack has no issues. Over 2000 miles, I have not had any issues with this rack. Solid construction. A good product.
👤The hold up in Yakima. The hitch-mounted rack, called the "Evo", is an excellent choice for mountain bikes that need to be transported over rough roads to the trail head. It's easy to fit my 29inch frame and a second bike. It is easy to use. Well-made of substantial materials.
👤The small plastic snap hinges are easy to fall out of. This is a design problem. A metal bolt would be more reliable. It was disappointing in a $550 rack.

There are a lot of mishaps covered by their Lifetime Warranty. It is against the law to use an RV or 5th wheel.
👤I got the rack 4 days late. All parts were present when the box was opened. The first problem was discovered when Began assembling per good written directions. The bike rack is locked with a key. This is a good feature of the carrier and it is over $200. The lock on the bike was not compatible with the bolt provided by the kit and would not turn. I might have had to call the company and get a replacement lock or bolt. I was able to identify the problem andTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkia, I filed down the tip of the bolt so it fit into the lock and the key turned. Most people wouldn't be able to do this. I put the rest of the carrier together. I discovered how heavy the bike was when I lifted it onto the carrier. I strained to get it onto the carrier. If you only plan to use one of the carriers, this would be a problem. Lifting your bike into the inner slot will be difficult if you don't use the outer one. There is a I tried to remove the carrier when not in use. There was another problem encountered. To remove the carrier, I had to lie down under my car and unlatch the hitch lock, use a sockets wrench and stand up and carry the carrier to a place of storage. The thing is heavy. 40 lbs is like a sack of grain. I'm 72 years old. It took me a long time to move it. I have used the carrier twice and it has been great. After removing the outer rack, I was able to maneuver my single Ebike onto the inner rack. The carrier is heavy and difficult to carry, you may have to lie under your car to get it on and off, and if the hitch lock doesn't turn, be prepared to call the company for a working replacement.
👤Everything I was looking for was what I was looking for. You tighten the threaded bolt, the hitch doesn't wobble again. The bolt has a key lock to prevent theft. It doesn't require wheel holders to be mounted, but I can put one bike or two. If you need to open the trunk, the rack folds up or down. The assembly is made of metal and it is very sturdy. I like the straps for the wheels. Also comes with a strap. The price is not the cheapest, but it is a great value. There were a lot of pictures and rack on Amazon. This one was the best.
👤It was great for the price. It's a little heavy when storing but it holds the bikes well. It tilts for easy bike removal. I don't have to tilt my trunk because it clears it.
👤I just bought a bike. It took a lot of searching to find a rack that could support the long wheelbase and 73 pounds and not cost a lot of money. So far, I love this rack. The bike was very secure and I only used it once over 10 miles. It is a challenge to life the big bike on the rack, but that is not the fault of the rack. The Hidden Hitch is tucked under the bumper of my Mazda 5. The hitch hit the bumper and was not long enough to fit in the bolts. I put a notch in the angle brackets to make it fit. The rack was not able to slide in far enough because of a bump inside the receiver. The rack shaft was cut off. It is still stable and solid. I probably won't carry a second bike. The mount is closest to the car. I don't see a way to post pictures. Overall, very happy.

👤There are a lot of bad reviews for this product. I think a lot of people didn't do anything to have amazing results when using this bike rack. I read the directions. I know, right? Weird. I read the directions and recommendations and the rack didn't break my window, it didn't scratch my car, and it didn't fall off while I was driving. It worked. And worked well. I hope the review helps others. The rack is awesome.
👤I put this bike rack on my 2012 Prius V. Amazon says it doesn't fit, but it is verified by the Allen fit guide on their website. It's been on several trips up and down the CA coast, from 70mph freeways to stop and go city traffic, and no problem. It's not easy to put on a car, so bring a friend to help you hold it up and do the straps. I found a few quick tips from other people that worked for me: 1) Wrap the metal strap clips in electrical tape or 2) put pieces of rubbery cabinet liner between the clip and the car. Protects your paint from scratches and helps the clips hold your car. There are two more To keep the wheels from spinning, use bungee cords to strap the bike to the rack. bungee cords never hurt anyone You can put your bikes on the rack. I saw people putting their bikes on. The bikes fit into each other better and the weight is distributed evenly across the rack if they are alternating them. There are four After putting the bikes on the rack, tighten your straps. The added weight on the bikes will change the distribution and forces on the rack so you need to give the straps more tugs. You should have your friend lift the rack while you tighten it. You can tuck away the excess straps in a variety of ways. If you have paint, I wrap the excess around the straps. After a long trip, take the rack off frequently and clean in between the pads. If you keep the rack on your car for long periods of time, dirt will get up in there and scratch or stain your paint and/or bumper, which is hard in the California climate. It's visible on my car, but it isn't bad. Enjoy your bike racks with those tips. I would love to hear about any additional tips you have.
👤I agree with those that say it's easy to open the box and install the rack. Take your time the first time and it will go on quickly. It took me 20 minutes the first time, including looking at the directions thoroughly. The next time I do it, it will take me less than 5 minutes and most of that time will be used to tighten the straps. I tried to use the rack today for the first time to take my son bike riding, but got the rack on the car and put his bike on the first spot, which was great. I tried to put on my ladies bike, but it was not good. I saw some pictures of other reviews that showed ladies bikes on there but it wouldn't work because I couldn't maneuver my bike on there. I was very tired and hot when I gave up. Sorry son, no bike riding today. The directions mention the stabilizer bar for ladies bikes, but this sheet is inside the box. I would have liked to know when I bought it. It's terrible that customers don't know that it's an issue before they buy it. I have to wait for a bar so I can take my son for a ride. If you are going to use this rack for a ladies style bike, you need to buy this thing. Just include the bar and update the price for the extra money. It's called the Men's 3 Bike Rack.
The locking hitch insert is quick to install and includes 2 keys. When not in use, the quick set carry arms fold out of the way. Patented cradles with strap and buckle are individually secure and protect bicycles. Lift gate access can be made easy with the internal tilt away release. Accommodates a wide range of bicycle frame designs. Allen's warranty doesn't cover third-party sellers.
👤Do not let bad reviews keep you from ordering this bike rack. There are bike shops with bike rack costs. I read that the hitch sleeve was loose and that the rack didn't fit into it. Not true! Anyone with half a brain can do this. You just have to make sure the bolt is tight and you may have to use some muscle to get it through the hole. You would have a trailer hitch. The hitch doesn't just snap on. It would sway and be loose if it did. My wife and I use a bungie cord around the front wheel of our bikes to make sure it doesn't move, because we have used this rack to travel with both of our bikes. The rack is worth the money. I would recommend it. This is not an endorsed review, I bought this item myself. The bad reviews kept me from buying this. When I installed it, I thought that the people making bad reviews should not even be trying to drive a car. " Maybe I'm being too harsh, but the reviews are simply inaccurate.
👤Wait until they figure out the lock before buying this. It works great once you install it. I can't get the rack out of the receiver. There is a The button to push in for release was difficult but I got it after one of the keys snapped off. The rack is stuck in the hitch and the release button won't push in the second time. Not sure what to do next. I contacted Allen Sports because I need to get this off my car so I can return it. I received an email from Allen Sports in the morning after I wrote my first 2 star review. The first thing to do was to make the situation right. The night before, I had some family members look at it to figure out what we needed to do. The final solution was to have some WD40 around the hitch's release button. I think the button was too big for my hitch, and that there was not the right slip to get it out. They offered to cover the cost of the 2 stronger keys I had made, and will look into the keys and what may have been the issue with my rack. I am going to try it again to see if it works. They do a lot of product testing and were interesting in my problem since it never happened in their product testing. If this continues, they would replace the rack with another one from Allen Sports. There is a The quality and function of the rack is great and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good product.
Allen's warranty doesn't cover third-party sellers. 3 bike rack fits vehicles with either a trailer hitch or a 1.25 inch trailer hitch. Allen's patented tie down system secures bicycles with 16 inch long carry arms. When the rack is not in use, the folding carry arms fall out of the way. In less than 5 minutes, the rack is set up. Lifetime warranty on steel construction with black powder coat finish. Allen's warranty doesn't cover third-party sellers.
👤The warranty is not worth anything. I was told by a representative that my F-350 suspension system is too firm and they wouldn't cover it under warranty. There is no place in the description or PDF where they say anything about one-ton trucks voiding the warranty. They claim that it is not covered under the warranty, and that I used it on my camper. If you want to use this on a truck or camper, you need to know that it's not covered in writing.
👤I love it but only after the 3 problems are solved. I can now drive with 2 bicycles mounted without wobbling, with the bicycle's front wheel in place, and I can remove the post and its arms in 10 seconds when not needed. There is a I have used solutions for three issues. The post and carry arms obstruct the license plate when I don't carry bikes. It is illegal in my state to drive with a rack and no bikes around. It is a crime to obstruct the license plate. They also obstruct the backup camera. I replaced the single bolt that connects the elbow to the post with a new hitch, pin and handle. The cost is about $8.40 It takes me 15 seconds to remove the bike, remove the pin from the replaced bolt, and remove the post from the car. There is a Also: If you drive with an obstruction, the police have a reason to stop and lecture you. Why do you carry the bikes? I don't know. I drive most of the time without the bikes. 2. I have a hitch. I used the elbow. There is still some wobbling after the correct bolt is provided. I used the Hitch Tightener recommended by others. I used the provided bolts face up, otherwise they stick down too much in my car.
👤I wanted a bike rack for my scion xb so I bought a 3-bike rack and a 1.25 inch hitch. There is an issue with the 1.25 inch hitch after installing the rack. It seems very secure. I did some research and found a cheap solution - buy a U bar. The whole package was completed by this.
👤I left the first Allen 3 bike tow hitch carrier at an RV park by accident, but this is the second one I have. I had the cheaper version for a long time and it worked well. I thought I would upgrade to the nicer version of my old one because of the rubber stretch straps instead of the nylon ones that were on my cheaper version. The Allen one is cheaper than most. The folding mechanisms in this one are easier than the ones in the other one and the holding cups are nicer. There is a A lot of people complain about how bad the bike rack is, but that is not the case. It is easy to fix, you can either do it in one of two ways. Most people who use a tow hitch bike carrier have a truck like mine. The bike carrier hole is smaller in your truck than it is in my truck because the pin hole is not as deep. The bad wobble was created by the tow hitch. The anti-wobble pin is the wrong size for most, so don't mess with it. You can get a 5/8" drill bit for drilling through metal at Home Depot. The bike carrier has a hole in it. If you want to make sure someone doesn't steal your bike and rack, you can get a 5/8" locking pin at Home Depot. The wobble will be taken out by this. There are a couple of good Hitch Tighteners on Amazon that are less than $20 if you want to purchase a Hitch Tightener. I use the Hitch Tightener for long trips, but for short trips I use a simple fix. Problem solved.
It installs in seconds. The insert fits either 1 1/2 or 2 inch receiver hitches. A quick install hitch secures and tightens a rack inside of a receiver hitch. When not in use, the arms fold out of the way and the rack tilts back. Individual tie downs are used to protect bicycles. Accommodates a wide range of bicycle frame designs. Allen's warranty doesn't cover third-party sellers.
👤I had a bike rack that failed on my first drive. I did not go over 60 mph on one of the bent down bars. They were not helpful when I contacted them. The won't help resolve the issue. They won't sell me replacement parts. They said it was a liability. Allen Sports customer service issues are similar to what other reviewers have said about them. Stay away from the bike rack. Adult bikes should not break a bike rack. I need your help to resolve this issue and turn this bad experience around. I would be happy to update this review.
👤I thought I should write a review for the Allen bike rack that we purchased 3 years ago. It's aging well and handling the constant sun exposure very well, so look at my pictures to see how well it's doing. We leave the bike rack on all year long. The red handle has finally succumbed to the sun and a piece broke off recently, but it hasn't affected the function of the item. We ride our bikes three times a week. The hatch door of the SUV is used a lot for loading groceries, gear, etc. During the snow season, we use the bike rack with the ski/board rack. Everything is holding up well. I like the simplicity of the bike rack. I like that it doesn't have seat-tube stabilizers, they always got in the way when I took my bikes off and on with previous racks. If you want to keep your bikes out of the air during the car's braking and acceleration, you can leave a bungee cord in the vehicle and use it to put the bikes on the rack. It's easy. The top swing arm has a little play on the down position so you can hear it clanking when you accelerate from a stop light. There is a This is an easy 5 star rating from me. Feel free to ask any questions you have.
👤I would like to give this a 5 star rating. But... The bike rack is of the highest quality. We can easily and securely haul two bikes. The lock broke when we locked the mount into place. The knob will not loosen or tighten. It's been stuck on the back of my SUV for a long time. Allen Sports has reached out to us. Allen Sports will return our calls. We haven't received any call backs. If you pay the extra money, you can get a Thule brand. I think they have better quality and customer service. I would have liked to have gotten a Thule.
👤If it weren't for the locking version, this would be a 5 star review. If you only need to remove one bolt to lock the hitch, you can take the bikes. You will still have the hitch receiver. The rest will be gone. I used the safety chain slots on the hitch after buying a chain and lock. You can run a chain through the bike.
It only takes a few minutes to assemble and the upright ratchet arms can be adjusted to different bike frame sizes. Keeps your bike stable. Sturdy design includes a built in anti-wobble hitch device. You can save yourself space. You can conveniently store it when it folds in to a compact mode. It'sTILE: It's compatible with 1-1/4" and 2-inch receiver Hitch. The maximum weight capacity is 35 Ibs per bike. There are separate accessory sales. The fat tire wheel trays have a Locking Hitch Pin or Security Cable.
👤I bought this rack 4 years ago. This is a capable and reliable carrier. It is light and well made. It looks like the picture. I won't be able to add anything new to the reviews, but I will give you better pictures so that you can make your own decision on the construction. I still use a strap to hold the wheels to the metal loops, even though I think it will probably not go anywhere once the top tube is pulled down. I only use the rack for one bike and it only weighs 21 pounds. It's easy to carry in one hand when it's not on the car.
👤I just bought this and broke it during assembly. I am hopeful that the company will replace the broken parts because the instructions were not clear and I used a magnifying glass to see them. If you purchase this, I've learned 3 things you might find helpful. The set screw on the 2" sleeve is difficult to remove, as well as several other reviewers. I needed a small pipe to slip over the allen wrench to turn it. The instructions don't say where the various washers and lock washers go. The lock washers go on the two large set screws, the 4 flat washers go on the quick adjust knobs, and the other washers go on the two large set screws. Match them up with the right size screws. If the "quick adjust" does not tighten easily, do not turn harder as that will strip them. They will tighten easily if you switch them to the other side of the tire holder rack. I stripped 2 of the quick change knobs before figuring out my mistake. I hope he replaces them.
👤Just returned from the road trip and had a vintage Schwinn Hollywood women's bike. I bought a cross-bar accessory for the bike so that the hook on the rack could be tightened. I used straps on both wheels, but I don't think that's necessary, the bike rode solid as a rock. I think you're doing something wrong if your bike falls off the rack. I'm going to take this rack on a 4,000 mile road trip and will update this review after I'm sure there are no issues. I can't see how there will be problems with it. The assembly instructions are so bad that I'm going with four stars. If step 1 is meaningless, you're going to have trouble putting this together. If yours comes like mine, you will also have left-over parts. I called the helpful customer service people in Canada to make sure I had it right after figuring out where they should go. There is a You will probably have 4 washers. The sliding wheel trays are locked down by those under the knobs. When you put them on, they won't be left over. There is a You are likely to have two lock washers. The factory left the upright arm and the two side arms off if yours comes with them. The two nuts hold the two bolts on the brackets. You will have to disassemble and reassemble them. Make sure to get the bike back together if you want to avoid the risk of dumping it on the road.

👤I like this back rack. It came in a big box with well written instructions and assembly went with a hitch. That's right. There are three locks on this rack, one on each bike center tube hook and one on the hitch pin. If you don't have any bikes, it can be folded up on the car. I use a regular hitch pin that doesn't need to be screwed in and the rack feels really solid going down the road. Highly recommended.
👤It had everything I was looking for, and it didn't cost me more than $400, which was great. I wanted a rack for my bike. My E-bike is 60 lbs. and most rack couldn't carry it over 35 lbs. You would have to buy a tray just for 4 tires to get the $400 that the racks had. The price is unbeatable for what you get and everything about this carrier is exactly what I was looking for. Also works well. I'm confident that I'll be able to carring my bikes anywhere.
👤I needed a bike rack since the better trails and roads are an hour or so away from home. I was initially shocked by the high prices of bike Racks on the market such as the $750 Thule aluminum & plastic carrier. There is a All load bearing parts are steel and heavy duty. The bike is hanging from the top tube rather than sitting securely on the bike wheels. The bike frame is secured with a hook. There is a Lift gate access and easy loading are possible with the tilt feature. There is a The construction is well designed. There is a If you only have one bike, you don't need to use a lot of wheel carriers. There are pros and cons. There are straps on the wheel that are designed to prevent any bounce and the hook that holds the bike down. I already had better and heavier duty motorcycle wheel tie-down straps that would hold on to the bike in the event of a catastrophic failure of the hook, which is why they were a bit short for 4 tires. There is a This rack was very pleased with itself. I think it's the best for the price and features.
👤This is a let down. Everyone likes this rack. The issue I had with the stand was that it sits at a 100-115 degree angle towards the back of the car not allowing a second bike to fit without the handle bar edging the back window of my van. It's crazy. I was going to buy a 7 inch hitch extension to seat the bikes further out from the window. There is a But... On my second local outing with my bike, the turn knob broke free and I didn't turn the screw because I was spinning freely. I had to disassemble my bike to get it out from under the arm which held it. Why was it lucky? The second bike is locked into a lower point of contact because the knob that broke is on the upper arm. The lower arm is trapped by the upper arm. I would have to cut the metal to get the second bike out. There is a There is a problem with PLASTIC. It's never a good idea to make anything that requires tightening and securing plastic. The plastic being so open to the environment and in a vital point of usage will cause the racks to be stripped out or rotted within 2 years. Everyone will have an incident like this, and it will happen to them later on. The rack is smart and people are giving great reviews. They will not be happy later. There is a It was disappointing to say the least. The rack is poorly constructed and designed.
The hitch tightener is equiped with heavy duty 0.4" U-bolt and 0.28" thick black powder coated plate anti-rattle stabilizer, it can undertake all weather condition, rust free. Reduce movement for hitch tray, cargo carrier, bike rack, trailer ball mount and other things. It can help to decrease noise when towing. It's perfect for a variety of trailers, rack, and carriers, including car/ auto, bike/bicycle, boat, motorcycle, cargo, luggage, dirt bike, platform, ATV, scooter, wheelchair, box, basket. Works with many of the companies that make ball mounts and rack from a wide variety of companies. Quality guarantee from Beneta. If you have a question, please contact them, they have updated the nuts and fixed the seized nuts issue. Quality guarantee from Beneta. 👤The Beneta bicycle car rack with 2'' hitch tightener is heavy-duty and can hold 4 bikes. The bike carrier rack is for cars, trucks, SUVs, and minivans. It has a pin, and safety knows to open the gate on the back of the SUV with a rack. The spacing between the mountain bikes and road bikes of different frame sizes and designs is accommodated by the design of this 4-bike dual carry arms. The bike rack is very sturdy and can carry up to 4 bikes max load to 220 lbs. There is a The nylon straps on the bikes keep them stable. The bike rack is powder-coated to prevent bicycle scratches and the straps are easy to release. There is a The most important feature to talk about again is the tilt-down system, which makes it very convenient to have complete vehicle access with tilt-down feature, even when your bikes are on the rack. The rack can be quickly released with locking pins. The hitch stabilizer and installation tool kit are included in the rack.
👤The best! This is the best bike rack I have ever owned. I used to have a bike rack that held 2 bikes, but it was hard to get them on and off. The rack is great and takes care of that problem. The rack is high quality and well made, and the assembly is very simple. You can't beat the price. It takes less than 60 seconds to put the bikes on this rack. The feature that allows the rack to lay down is my favorite. The tailgate can be put down all the way to make it easy to get in. If you are looking for the most secure, high quality and easiest to use bike rack, we recommend this one. You will love it.
👤The setup for this rack is very easy and holds my e bike perfectly. There is a I can put groceries on the rack if the arm swings down 45 degrees. There is a plate that bolts down to prevent the rack from vibrating. There is a The unit is sturdy and light. I use a locking pin to make sure the rack isn't stolen. A good investment for my bike.
👤This is a great product. It works better if your adapter sticks out a few inches. The photo of mine is only 1/2 inch. I had to put it on backwards. Not as suggested. This is not a fault of the product. I'm just making sure you know that it works better if you stick out a bit more.

👤The product was in good condition. Over the years, we've had several bike racks. The type that hangs your bike from the cross bar is all of them. There are only two frames we have to transport. The female bike was a pain with the extra bar. Not any more. We love this rack. It took about 15 minutes to get it together. It works well in our 2 inch receiver and is stable. They said it was rock solid when I used the clamps. The bikes are super secure and easy to load. Going down the freeway. Awesome. The name brand units are a great price if you check them out. The quality is very good. Highly recommend this product.
👤You can tell by the weight of the box that it is a large hunk of metal. Do not be deterred by the posts that say "too many parts" or that it's too confusing. The average person can figure this out in 20 minutes if they have pictures and instructions. There is a You will want to use the hitch lock piece. It is a deterrent to theft as someone will need a deep sockets or inc wrench before they can remove the carrier, and it keeps the carrier rock solid in the receiver. It will take more work to get your bikes to fit without touching each other. The bikes are reversed in the photos that come with the carrier. I couldn't make this work because the handlebars on one bike made contact with the seat on the other. There is a I have two bikes facing the same direction and the carrier works great. Everything was safe and sound because of a high speed run down the freeway and a drive all over Houston's crappy streets. The red arrow should be noted. As with all bike carriers, it is important that you put some kind of material between the bike and the carrier, as movement and vibration can wear paint.
👤I was worried about the price and the fact that it had no reviews, but it was easy to put together and it fits on the back of my jeep wrangler with the spare tire.
👤I read reviews. Know when I do... I took out the 5 stars. They have to own the company or stock. One star can't even see the pictures and this is easy to assemble. Period. I saw a lot of things. The husband and wife team. It's funny. Repacked and sent it back? You sent the bike rack back. Not a bolt or washer to assemble! The rubber tire straps would be difficult to push over the steel peg. The instructions were terrible. Agree! Take a look at the parts picture. It is easy if you use common sense. I adjusted the bike by shaking it. It is going to your destination. Oh yes... No common sense people... There is no off loading your bike pics. The bottom line. I look forward to my first trip with my bikes because of the inexpensive, sturdy, easy to assemble bike rack. The bike rack is very EXPENSIVE but at a fraction of the cost of a bike shop rack. Those of you that can't figure it out will get totally assembled bike racks. There are bike shops waiting for you. Enjoy your travels with your bikes.
