👤I used this pedal on my new Marin to see if I would like flats or clips better. I appreciated the stability once clipped in, I guess they served their purpose. It was a trick to get clipped in. I think there are some design flaws in the pedals that were made with my shoes in mind. The design of my shoes made finding the clips difficult. I put washers between my shoes and clips to make it easier to fit them out further, but it made me walk on the clips a lot. These pedals require a lot of force to clip in. I believe the spacing on the pedal is too tight. See the photo. There is a They never felt like they wanted to be clipped. I believe that part of this is my poor technique. Knowing what side of the pedal I was on was one of my biggest problems. It was difficult to set off because both sides of the pedal are black, and your shoe covers most of it. I put silver tape on one side to make sure I was on the right side. There is a I hit them on a few rocks and the flat has a good amount of grip. I wouldn't recommend them except for a short time to help with the transition to clips. It is a challenge to clip in. You can clip into anything if you can clip into these.
👤I want to be a great mountain bike rider. These didn't do anything for my skill level. I have to replace my shorts after I ride a trail, and my friends wait 45 minutes for me. I'm only doing one run. I joke with my friends that if I'm not bleeding at the end it's not a good ride. There is a The pedals are pretty good. I get good grip with the reverse side of the pedals when I wear my clip ins, they lock andunlock easily when I wear my regular shoes. It's not the best of both worlds. The clips on the pedals feel weird when wearing normal shoes. It's not a deal breaker, and if I kept my feet on the pedals, it wouldn't be an issue at all. Maybe I'm over thinking it when I'm on my bike. There is a They've done a good job. They've been smashed into rocks, trees, metal poles, stumps, roots, telephone poles, and a very dead armadillo with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to try clip ins but isn't ready for egg beaters.
👤I was looking for a cheap set of pedals. Several other members of my riding group have enjoyed using the Rockbros pedals. I was excited to try them. The platform side is fine. They have a good size and grip. There is a The clip side is not good. I don't like unclipping because it's too easy. I've fallen out of them because I shifted my weight outward to maintain balance. The only adjustment I have made is up and down the range. I slip out if I adjust them to where I can clip in easily. I think these are not designed well. I am comparing these to a set of pedals I own. The platform side of my mountain bike has no grip on it, which is the main reason for not installing these. They are not appropriate for a mountain bike. The clips are infinitely better. I feel secure while riding and the clip in is smooth. I have given them about 3 weeks of riding to see if I can find the right setting for them to work. I think I can't return them. I would look at a different brand.

It was made in Taiwan.
👤The NordicTrack s22i pedals have been working great. They're easy to put on. The cages are great for my wife who is just beginning to spin and then the clip-ins are what I was looking for to help get more aggressive with the various cycling workout programs that come with iFit. I haven't had any quality issues with the brand.
👤I bought the shoes so I could use them for cycling. Works well. It was installed in under 3 minutes. Great purchase!
👤The pedals on my car were replaced. I prefer to use running shoes. The pedals are much larger and work better than the ones with toe cages.
👤The reason I give this purchase a 1 star is because it was delivered without instructions. It was easy to install the pedals to my bike. I got a clear bag of bolts and parts and have no idea how to connect them and add them to the shoes, it is an extreme Inconvenience. If I knew I would have to figure out my own way to put the cleats together, I wouldn't purchase. They will not fit into the pedals. After watching 100 videos on the internet, I adjusted the tension but still won't fit into a pedal.
👤This is compatible with the Peloton+. It is silent with no sound. One of the pedals is threaded backwards. I suggest you watch a video on the subject so you don't tip the threading. I was frustrated when trying to remove my pedals. The wrench that came with your bike doesn't include tools.
👤I was done with the clip-shoe only pedals when I had my shoes lock. I want to be able to leave when I'm ready. These made a huge improvement. Many friends told me that shoe cages may restrict some movement, but they actually have provided us with more freedom and no issues. It's nice to not have to buy new shoes just to ride. Our daughter loves to use the bike too so we can all enjoy it without the restriction of the kind of shoes we use. If you're a fan of the clip-shoes, it also offers that as an option. The only thing I had to do after installing them was adjust the buckles. Very, very, very happy with these! Anyone who comes over to try the bike can also try it out without shoes.
👤I installed the pedals on the bike and cleats on the shoes. Everything is working well. The cleats have a solid connection. There is enough water for a ride. It's natural to clip out. The pedals are solid. I still prefer the two-sided pedals that come with cleats and toe clips, but for our BikeErg, we need a combo that supports both cleats and toe clips, because not everyone in my family likes cleats.
👤The pedals are easy to use. There is a The package has no instructions. When I put them into my shoes they were hard to clip into the pedals and got stuck when I couldn't twist my foot out. This was my car. I got a pair of shoes for my road bike, but not for the Peloton, so I got the SPD pedals. I would have fallen if I had been on my road bike. There is a Other reviews are saying the same thing. The cleats are not the right ones. Don't buy cleats. There is a I use the cages on the pedals for my road bike, and I also use my SPD shoes for my road bike.
Fixie clips are compatible with standard pedal mounting holes and fit a range of bike styles. setup is hassle-free with hardware and customer support. The Pedals are made of high strength material. It's suitable for mountain bikes, hybrid vehicles, old school, cruiser, off-road vehicles, off-road vehicles, folding bikes, road bikes, track and field bikes, unicycles, city bikes. The design of three bearing structure features stable and smooth. The platform pedal supports your feet more evenly, which makes riding more comfortable. The bicycle pedal protects the shaft from water and dust. It was easy to install and engraved with L and R. They have a variety of colors for your needs. Friends, team and family are the best choices. Feel free to contact if you have any questions. Their priority is your satisfaction.
👤My daughter is 100 lbs. She's put a lot of miles on them. The set nut at the end of the axle was unthreaded and the pedal slipped off the axle. If that had happened on a trail she would have been in serious trouble. There was no locktite on the threads. I don't recommend this pedal, spend the extra $20 and get the Chesters, don't risk injury to save $20, teeth are way more expensive than that. I contacted the seller to inquire about a replacement, but he didn't reply.
👤The screw cap on the end of the petals fell off on my first ride after installing them. The platform of the bike is not stable without this part. I have considered buying new petals because they are almost brand new for me. If there were instructions in the packaging that told me to tighten the aluminum caps, I wouldn't be stuck with a useless petal. I put the petals on my bike as they came in the box and made sure to tighten the caps on the end for future buyers.
👤I was impressed by the platform, balance, and felt solid, but these didn't hold up. The bearing on the right pedal started to give way after 3 months of moderate riding. They failed, but there is significant play. I am not sure if it is a design flaw or workmanship. I have bad luck looking at most reviews. They are history. They will be fine if you are a casual rider. If you plan to get more than 500 miles out of them, they might not be the best.
👤The unit has a smooth rotation of the Bearings, as I intended to wear boots on my ride to work, they do not slip. If you don't check the threads, you'll ruin my cranks, as I found a small dent on the side of the threads on one pedal. If you want to install Steel in aluminum, you need to get a die with the 9/16-20 thread pitch. The local bike shop or other resource may be able to help you if you're not so sure.
👤I bought this pedal less than 3 months ago. The pin at the end of my bike came out without me knowing it. I wouldn't recommend this pedal because the entire pedal broke before I could fix it.
👤I was impressed with the quality of these. The packaging was good for the price. These are pedals, I didn't buy packaging. The other pedals in this price range are made of bricks, but their height profile is pretty good. The weight of aluminum in this size and shape was the right weight to instill confidence and not slow you down. The finish of these is very good, and they look very slick. I hit about ten miles of riding after putting them on my bike. They hold something fierce. They took them through a variety of terrain. I'll update the review if these fall apart, but I don't think that will ever happen. These pedals are very strong and cost very little.

👤These are a good product for a good price. The pedals shifted slightly in the plane. The platform slides on the shaft. When I installed a pair, I found that the pedals' shafts were cut undersized and that they wobbled in all planes until they were fully tightened. I have had many pedals over the past 6 decades, but none were as sloppy as these. I was concerned that I would have to remove my crank arms, or have them loosen, at some point. The shoulder of the pedals is the only thing holding them to the crank arms. The threads feel like they're barely holding on. There is a The little wrench they give to tighten the studs is junk. The wrench was barely able to grab the flats of the studs. I found that about 20% of the studs were loose on arrival and would likely fall out soon if I hadn't tightened them first. I am keeping the pair I used. I feel the need to check their tightness often. I don't have confidence in them. I will return the other pair since they are unused. Really disappointing.
👤The rounded pegs on the Rockbros pedals make them easy to install and prevent shoe slip. I have instant foot release. I wish there were two flats on the pedal axles for a 15mm pedal wrench. The only thing I like about the remove/replace system is that you can't get a lot of Torque on the wrench and wrench. There is a When the pedals arrive, I strongly advise you to check every stud. There are 32 of them and 6 of them are loose. I gave them a blue thread locker after taking every one out. You will lose a lot of pegs if you don't do that. The wrench is junk. I had a 3/16 wrench that I used. There is a The pedals are much wider than my standard pedals. I clipped the ground on a turn and launched myself off the bike. I am going back to narrower pedals. Hope that helps!
👤Order these if you want a pedal that looks great. There is a The pedal is poorly designed. The center hump of the pedal is higher than the sides, which causes your foot to ride on the center and not distribute the weight. Even for short distances, it's very uncomfortable. There is a I am returning my pedal. There is a They are sold together.
👤The stock pedals that came with my bike were not as good as the ones I purchased. I decided to look for something better because I have never been happy with the stock pedals. I chose these for their size and price, because they were all metal. I went to my local bike shop to have the pedals put on and the people at the shop were interested in where I got them. After a week of riding, I am very satisfied with the pedals. The pedals are bigger, it feels like I have a very stable platform to place my feet on, I don't have to be precise in my foot placement to feel secure when I am biking. The traction pegs give me a positive grip on the pedals. Not even a hint of a slip when the pedals are wet. It feels like my shoes are stuck to the pedals. These are platform pedals. I have used a variety of footwear to test the traction and feel of the pedals. I am not a fan of Mountain bike riding. I am not afraid to ride my bike down the local streets, or hit the muddy forest trails, because I am a 50 year old guy. I am very satisfied with this product and I will recommend it to others.

👤The pedals had straps and toe clips. It was installed on my bike. There is a The pedal is harder to get your foot into. The Positz had a small tab. It was difficult to get your toe in the cage the first couple rides because the cage ends were warped down. The pedals are marked with letters L or R. I like them so far. The foot feels safe. I think the Unamucuo system is more secure than my bike was.
👤It was easy to clip the straps to my shoes. Smaller shoes might not fit. I only tried the product for a twenty-mile ride. Pulling up on Toe clips increases power. Pulling out of them at stops is not a problem.
👤It's better than a bike shop. It is easy to slip into.
👤The item was easy to install. It looks like it should work.
👤The most important thing is to get power.
👤The dimensions and weights of the general pedal are larger than I need.
👤The bike pedals are labeled to make it easy to see which side it is on. The plastic toe clip is not cheap and the strap can be adjusted for a specific foot size. The product is worth it for the price.
👤These were very easy to install and I am not a "Do it yourself" person. Work well.
👤The standard pedals that came with my bike were not up to par. My foot would slip off the pedal while I was biking. The pedals have done their job so far, and I have had them for over a month now. I have never installed the side straps because my foot always slipped forward. It's easier to get out of the clip with this. I put my second in its clip once I get going, and mount the bike with one foot. There is no problem using pedals with a foot outside clip. It took me a while to get used to how easy it is to insert my second foot.
👤Placer sur mon velo de spining. Robuste.
👤It was easy to install, just as the picture showed. The ones that came with my bike were all plastic, and I was surprised that these have a partly metal frame. It seems like quality is good.
It's suitable for commute, recreational riding, BMX, cruiser bicycle, kids' bikes, road, bicycles, mountain bicycles, junior bicycle, city bicycle, etc. The left and right fingers. Light weight and resilience are important. The mountain bike pedals weight only 0.66 lbs and are sealed to protect the spindles from water and dust. The chrome-molybdenum steel material is stronger than ordinary steel and has better load-bearing performance. It is more durable and anti-corrosion because of the carbon fiber outside of the spindle. The noise of the road bike pedals is mitigated by the gasket design. The outer surface of the bearing in the middle is protected by aluminum alloy. Rock Bros guarantees a risk-free purchase. They will give you a full money back if you have any questions. If their product doesn't live up to your expectations, you can get your money back. Their highest priority is your satisfaction.
👤I wanted to get some red blink for refreshing my bikes color scheme, and thought to give those a try, as I have used Rockbros pedals before. I was happy. I like the toned-down styling of the aluminum pedal designs. I think Rockbros did a better job of going for a simple design than most of the competition. The pedals came in a simple box, looked sleek and the anodizing was consistent, matching most red-accents already on my bike. I did not like the way the studs were made. The rounded e-torx head doesn't provide enough bite to the inverted tox bolts, which they used to thread through the pedal for the point of contact with your shoe. It's not as good as Rockbros' own pedals, or the Raceface Chesters they've "borrowed" from, or Cranbrothers' Stamps, all of which use the sharper, smaller in diameter. For casual riding, it might be good enough for most customers, but for more aggressive riding, tricks like bunny hops, endos, and other things where you need to pull up on your flat pedal are more slippery than the more conventional designs. The basis for a great pedal at an amazing price is there, should they choose to update their studs, or alternatively provide two sets in the box, one for those that wish for a more aggressive stud, and one as-is. Most people won't have an e-torx wrench to remove the "blunt" set.
👤Do not buy this product. I put them on before going camping. I had no issues when I rode the bike at home. The left pedal starts wobbling after 30 minutes on the ride. The threads on my crank were chewed up by the pedal. I cross threaded it, but it was tight at first. I found the real problem after I got the pedal out. The L pedals threads are cut at an angle in the picture. The were made wrong. The pedals threads are straight. The threads on my crank were toast when I saw the problem after I put my weight on it, even though it appeared tight. I am on my trip and my bike is finished, it is very disappointing.
👤The pedals broke on the second ride. They stopped spinning on the spindle on the second ride, which made pedaling almost impossible on one side. Took off the predal on the side of the trail and couldn't see anything wrong. The pedals fell off when you put them back on. The bike was limp and I wouldn't recommend this pedal.
👤The quality of the pedals is decent. I put about 250 miles on them in just over a month and they have held up well. I like that they are very thin. The pedal can slide by about a quarter of an inch because the nut on the right pedal was removed recently. I think that this will allow dirt to get inside and wear down bears/seals. My rating is 2 stars, but I will reconsider if the seller can provide a replacement pedal or nut.
The package width is 1 Inches. The PD-R8000 is a professional-level road bike pedal. The carbon and steel body plates create a lightweight and hard-wearing pedal. The extra-wide platform and wide bearing placement of the Superior Power Transfer are important. The technology is trickle-down. Features from the top of the line Dura-Ace pedals. You can adjust the entry and release tension settings to make it easier or harder to clip in and out.
👤I worked as a shop mechanic for 3 years and raced Cat 3/2 in college and rode the early Look pedals in the 80's. These pedals are now on. I noticed the pedal body was wobbling as I threaded it in. The spindles are either bent or not made. Same thing, ordered a replacement pair. The two options are either poor quality or fakes. If someone can give a reasonable explanation, I am open minded. I have a 35 year old Look pedals in a box, I bet I spin them in with no wobble.
👤The pedals don't move when you start from a stop sign. clip in is easy if they stop at the correct position. No more being dropped because you can't find the clip.
👤After a decade of riding with the same old pair of Look pedals, I decided it was time to upgrade my pedals with my new bike. I already owned Time pedals and Speedplay pedals, so I was looking at the new looks with the Keo cleat or the SPD-SL pedals. It seemed like weight,Durability, and stack height were the same. Look has 9 degrees of float, whereas the Shimano has 6 degrees of float. I was annoyed by the side-to-side wobble on the Keo cleat, so I went with the company that did the best reviews. It was only $20 more than 105 pedals, so I decided on Ultegra. The improvement was worth it over the course of a decade or so. I have put a couple of hundred miles on these and am very satisfied. Losing 3 degrees of float doesn't bother me at all. I have not had any knee issues. I like that there is no wobble. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an upper-range pedal to do so.
👤I thought the move to the SL style would be little improvement over the SPD style. I was wrong. These shoes feel stable and connected on the road. The pedals are easy to clip back in when you unclip them. Walking with the cleats is better than walking with the cleats. I should have tried them a long time ago, I was happy with the quality. The new design has a lower stack height and lighter weight. The best pedal on the market.
👤The Ultegra pedals that I have on my road bike have been reliable, perform well and just do what they're supposed to do, so I bought a second set. I put a lot of stress on these guys, I do a few races a month, and I put about 12 hours a week on a bike. Great product.
👤After 12 years with older Shimano 105's, I upgraded to Shinano Ultegra PD-R8000 pedals. I really like this upgrade. These are about 50% lighter than my other pair from a decade ago. The pedals shafts were a bit stiff for the first few rides. I think I worked them out a bit. These pedals are very good. There is no place for a pedal wrench to be used. I think this is a way to save weight. I used my Torque wrench to install the 10Nm tightness. No issues after several rides.

Their platform bike pedals are designed with anodic oxidation and unique colorful paint on the surface, which adds to its wear-resistance and will catch more eyes. You will be able to stand on large flat pedals without a binding. Sturdy and durable. Even under the toughest conditions, the hardened and tempered Cr-Mo axle and the sealed cartridge bearings of the CNC pedal body guarantee a long lasting durability. It's easy to install. This model pedal is suitable for most mountain bike, road bike, etc. The platform is wide. It is a bigger pedal, 4.13 LB, and only 0.4 LB in size. 100% money back guarantee. There is a quality guarantee for 12 months. They will take care of you if you are not completely satisfied with your bike pedals.
👤I decided that I didn't want to use clipless pedals anymore, and these pedals are working great. I rode a 27 mile ride today and had no problems with my feet slipping.
👤I replaced the pedals on the new Trek Verve 2. The Men's 9 are a bit wider so they don't go down towards the outside of the pedal. They are strong and strong. The Bearings are quiet and smooth. The tread on my trail sneakers are very comfortable with less foot adjustment. The color matches my bike. What's not to like? Make sure you have a set of Allen tools.
👤The Schwinn AXUM was installed with the CXWXC Road/MTB Bike Pedals. The swap was done in less than 5 minutes. I can now plant my size 11 boots on pedals that allow me a little more personal choice in my foot positioning. The pedals are well made, smooth acting, and the platform is beneficial to me. The bearings were properly adjusted out of the box, even though it is only a 2 bearing pedal. With minimal decrease in downward pressure, the foot can be moved and gripped again. I feel my runs are more enjoyable now that my pedaling effort has decreased. I highly recommend people to look at the pedals. I think they're great.
👤These were bought to replace a pair of pedals. The old ones had sharp edges on the screws and pegs. Multiple injuries and minor infections were caused by stopping on a hill to drink. There is a need for these pedals. They have a pin type interface with your shoes but don't tend to cut your legs. They are large enough to support the foot. I am happy with them so far. There is a Installation was not an issue. To tighten them, you have to use a large key. Not a chore at all. I like the pedal wrench type better. There is a On the whole decent pedals. They work well so far.
👤I wanted metal pedals. I don't like the way the plastic ones flex. Most of the options don't have a reflector built in. Since the bike is mostly written in the street, I wanted petals with a reflector. These are not only metal, but they have a reflector. Over 50 miles on them. So far, they still look like new.
👤I have been cycling for 20 years and have never experienced this before. The pedal is stuck on my crank. I put it on for 3 rides with my son. I soaked it in oil. The only thing happening is that I am slowly stripping the pedal. The bike shop wants to try it out. I can only attribute this to the new pedal I have been using for the past several months. Otherwise, they were very good. The rivet came off after a few more rides. I got a tool that I could use to remove them. Fortunately, my cranks were not damaged. The pedals were returned by me.
A limited one-year manufacturer's warranty is included. Both common sizes work with a single pedal. The nylon body is durable.
👤My ride is nothing fancy and I bike nearly every day. My bike is parked near the ocean. When I break a pedal, I'll usually order a 5/8". Not anymore. This product is both good and bad. At a moment's notice, I can fix a pedal on mine or my wife's. Many reviewers don't know that the left side pedal is reverse threaded and that there are two diameters. My guess is that they are trying to put the wrong diameter on the wrong thread. I have been using one of these on the right side for a month now and it doesn't get loose, the threads are fine, and it's on the right side. The lock-tite is what seals it for me. This is a great product at a great price.
👤Other reviewers have noted the same problems that I had. They were back on the truck before 5pm after arriving on Monday. There is a They were able to install the new pedals on the correct side of the bike. The pedals loosened up mid-ride. We knew they were going back after the second time the right pedal dropped. The threads were not fit for purpose when we reinstalled it, because of the pedal force on the loosened bolt. I had to thread the pedal with a pair of pliers so we could limp my 8 year olds bike home. The other pedal was almost loose with two miles left. I caught it before it got out of the bike. The pedals were installed to the correct side of the bike. The pedal was not connected to the kit. They applied a blue thread locker to make up for the sloppy thread cuts. The pedals didn't spin fast enough around the shaft, which caused some of the pedal force to be active. Bell products will be avoided in the future.
👤It works well and has two sizes for the thread size. The instructions for installing the adapters on the pedals are easy to follow. The "R" and "L" pedals have the same "R" and "L" pedals. You will need to make sure the pedals are locked up. You will need two tools to do this. The blue thread locker is on each of the threaded ends. It helps to make sure that the pedal doesn't loosen once it's tightened. The pedals should be screwed to the bike, right to the right side and left to the left side. The reverse thread on the left side is different to the rhyme for tightening. The left pedal is the opposite of the right pedal. There is a The quality of the pedals is good and they are well made.
