👤So far, so good. I was worried about phone holders after the last one broke and I had to catch my phone. I am starting to trust this one because it is metal. I am attaching a note to the holder. I can mount the phone in many different places. I mount it horizontally to be able to take video while riding at slow speeds, but feel confident in saying that video at higher speeds could be taken with the right phone case. It's at least good enough to get a liscence plate of a vehicle. The holder has an issue with the bottom clamp hitting the button on the note 8. I have a headset in my helmet. A short video of my first trip out with this holder was included. I need a new phone case and I need to change the holder. The plastic water proof cover is moving. The video would be shaky if the holder wasn't good.
👤The product is wonderful. It was exactly what I needed and it was better than I thought it would be. I don't want it to be any better. I always appreciate a good product, and this is one of them. The unit that holds my phone and the one that holds my handlebars are both made to hold my phone and handlebars securely. I use it for navigation on and off the road. Thanks again for the great product.
👤Great mount! Sturdy is made from steel and other rugged materials. It doesn't loosen itself even under continuous vibration. I replaced my shoddy McGuyver mount with my new Claw because it takes me about 90 minutes to cut my lawn. There is a safety warning. Do not do this. It is unsafe to use a power tool without proper training and your full attention, so obviously this is just for your rest breaks. There is a The elastic loops around the corners of the phone are holding it together, and the spring-loaded tension claws seem to hold well by themselves. If it works well on a dusty machine, it will be even better on a bike. There is a It has a simple, secure design and feels solid. I hate plastic from overseas markets, but burley is still sleek and functional.
👤I've had phone mounts for my vehicle. The mount pivot snapped because of 7 hours of constant vibration, but my last one remained attached. I came up with three criteria that needed to be met by my new phone mount, one of which was strong enough to not snap or break while holding a large phone. For 8 hours a day, stay fixed in position for navigation. It had to be able to mount onto a 1.7" roll bar to remain attached. I am happy to say that this mount accomplished all three with flying. There are colors. I spent 7 hours on a trail yesterday and we felt like we had spent the day riding a jack-hammer. The phone did not move. Any. Not the least bit. This is amazing, considering the large size of my Note 9. There is a The mount is sturdy. It has an extra pair of mounting bands. I was initially concerned about the stretch for my phone, but they worked well. Cawcar provides an extra pair that is stretchy and durable. I intend to use this mount for a long time, so I will add a few more sets.
SECURELY & FULL PROTECTION. The Aonkey bike phone mount has 4 corner claws and a rubber pad to hold the phone in place. They use a screw nut for easy installation and ensure cell phone stays securely on your bike even on a bumpy rocky road, it's good for both mountain and road bikes. Super stable and safe! When you put your phone on and press the centertrigger, the 4-corner arms shrink and catch it. When you want to take off the phone, press release bars are a good option. One hand operation is easy to use. ROTATION AND NO BUTTON BLOCK. Four corners catching claws will not block any button or touch control of smart phones, especially if they are perfect for the iPhone Xs Max/ Xs/ XR/ X. You can adjust your phone to any angle during riding, great for maps, navigation, recording or music. The Aonkey bicycle phone mount can hold all smart phones with screen sizes from 4.7” to 7” and thickness less than 12mm, including the Xs Max/X. If you have a round bar, you can use the bike phone holder to fix your phone on a stroller, treadmill, shopping cart, golfing cart, or any other place. If you don't like the bicycle phone mount, you can contact them and they will replace it for free.
👤This is a great product. I had a different one from another manufacturer. The first thing I noticed was that this one works with both my phone and my case. I had to remove it from the case in the past. The installation was easy to install. I put my bar on and it worked out great. I put it in my frame since I carry an extra water bottle on the aero bars. It worked well on the frame. It was sturdy and did not move. It is very easy to detach the phone from the holder. It would be important to be careful how you mount the negative. If you use aero bars, the excesstail could interfere with your hands. It was easy to change it. Very happy with the purchase.
👤The item is cheap. It was not compatible with a standard bicycle handlebar. It was too big. Most of these units come with padding or buffer to help secure a snug fit. This one did not. There are better options for the same money. Customer service offered me a replacement model or a refund after they got in touch with me. The exchange was quick and painless. Customer service was great even though the initial product was bad.
👤The mount seems to work. The bike handle was easy to install. It was easy to put the phone in and remove it once I got to my destination. If you have an extended battery case, the phone might not fit in it's own case. There is a Why are the ratings low? I was biking on some trails when the phone fell off. We were able to locate the phone as my wife rang me and I was on the phone. The phone was still on the mount. The mount to the handle is secured by a large plastic nut. I don't know how it comes off, but I have to look at the base attached to the bike handle to see if there is a nut. I couldn't find a way to buy it on its own. This was either a defect or a bug from the mount. There is a I can't recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.
👤The mechanism to hold the phone is secure. Maybe it doesn't feel sturdy. I gained full confidence in the grabbing mechanism after using it for a day or two. It is a bit noisy when riding. There is a My complaint is how it mounts to the bike. It uses plastic to tighten the strap. The result is a piece of furniture that will spin loose. There is a It will hold your phone up if you tighten it. The mount will swing downwards at the first hump so that the phone is pointing at the floor. There is a You try to tighten it, and it loosens itself. Back to square 1. Will your phone fall off in the middle of a ride? Absolutely not. Will you be able to use, touch, or see your phone in the middle of the road? Absolutely not. There is a I don't recommend this phone mount.
The bike phone mount is easy to install. You can put the phone down with one hand. It's very convenient, and you don't have to worry about missing the perfect photo opportunity. The bicycle phone mount is sturdy and safe to use. You don't have to worry about your phone being damaged or falling on the bumpy road. Universal bike phone holder compatible phone with size less than 0.47 inches and a phone case. The motorcycle phone holder has a diameter of between 0.85 and 1.3 inches. The bike cell phone holder for bike and motorcycle Handlebar can provide adjustment of the phone screen. You can adjust the phone bike mount according to your viewing angle. The bicycle phone holder has built-in rubber that protects your phone from scratches and vibration. The motorcycle phone mount protects your phone while you ride. It's the perfect mountain bike accessory. The motorcycle cell phone mount for motorcycle and bicycle allows you to use your phone without having to use your face or finger. It's convenient to answer the phone, listen to music, and use the gps device during the ride.
👤This is the second one we have purchased.
👤My phone fell off as I was standing on the ground. It was locked up. This item will not be used anymore.
👤It feels like a cheap plastic.
👤This thing is huge. It's not necessary to be built so bulky.
👤I can't make any complaints. Good product.
The Dash Mount has a steel ball that articulates with the Steelie Magnetic Phone Socket or Free Mount that allows you to tilt your phone smoothly from landscape to portrait. The Claw is 17mm longer, it's perfect for all phones with a thick case and even some 4 to 7 inch phones. It is the strongest and most secure phone mount on the market because of the all aluminum frame. You can view your phone screen at any angle with the help of the rotation and tilt. It is easy to install on handlebars. Can be used on a mountain bike. The phone mount is lightweight and durable. It can fit almost all mobile phones. Double protection for your phone is provided by a Silicone rubber strap. Even when riding on bumpy roads, the two arch sides and two round corners keep your phone in the mount. Even when riding on bumpy roads, the two arch sides and two round corners keep your phone in the mount.
👤It was made by Gut. We've had a hard time finding a phone mount that will fit with a thick phone protective case. This is one of the best ones so far. The mounting arm is very secure. It allows for a lot of mounting options. We like that it's made of metal. Another thick case phone holder is made by the same company. It doesn't have as many adjustability's on the connecting arm. It works well. It is more rigid and stable.
👤The phone holder is easy to install. I trust this item to hold my phone while I ride my bike.
We mean out and out universal, which means mount any phone to any bike or motorcycle with tubular handlebars. The holder can fit any device up to 3.7" wide and all handlebars from 0.2" to 1.6" in diameter. There are no tools required for installation. AJUSTABLE GRIP. Simply adjust and secure your phone to any angle and position that suits you, and enjoy the comfort of your ride! Extra secure and soapy absorbent clip with silicone belts hold device firmly and securely. The bands wrap the corners of the phone. They hold tight, make your most extreme race to make the phone fall out, be sure it won't! While your device is mounted, you have full phone access. You can use your phone for music. You don't need to unmount your phone or ipod. You should keep your hands on the handlebars. 100 to be safe! If you don't like your new bike phone mount, just contact them and they will make it right.
👤My daughter uses her new power wheelchair with the Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount. The powerchair didn't have a place to attach a bag or basket to carry the phone. My daughter has cerebral palsy and is able to use her left arm and hand. She doesn't have much control of her right hand. In the third picture, you can see that the Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount doesn't affect her ability to reach the controls to drive her power chair while allowing her phone to be tilted and/or rotated so she can use it with her left hand. The Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount can be used to solve two phone problems: carrying the phone from place to place and being able to use it wherever she goes. 5 stars for easy to install, 5 stars for Sturdy, 5 stars for reasonable price, 5 stars for Adaptable to other uses, and 5 stars for Really Useful. Fifty stars is more or less.
👤It took me a while to find the best location on my motorcycle handlebars, but I think I have found it. The claw is very strong and easy to tighten. The hold down straps are mostly contained within the unit and pull out only when needed. I don't put a phone in it for short trips.
👤I have a rubber over plastic phone cover on my phone which makes it a bit bulky. The corners will not be wrapped. The phone has been on my motorcycle for the past 2 months, and I have attached the phone holder to the motorcycle. It is easy to remove. I would recommend it.
👤The construction is very high quality, it feels rugged, and I passed my rugged "shake it until you break it" even with the S9 attached. I was worried about putting on my motorcycle because I thought the rubber bands would break and I didn't know if the bar claws would work. All of the positive reviews are well deserved.
👤The number of positive reviews here is so high that I am astonished. There are 4 possible failure points in this product, but only 3 were initially visible. The claw that grabs the handlebars seems pretty good. 2. The ball/socket joint allows for tilt and rotation. 3. The elastic corners hold the phone. There is a I was a few minutes into my ride when I noticed the side brackets were too close to one of the buttons. I pushed the base of the phone up to make sure the button was clear. Turns out it was 4. The base has a plastic slide mount on it. If it fell off on a smooth road cycling ride with a gentle nudging on the phone, I can't see how it would last 5 minutes on a mountain bike, motorcycle, etc.
👤The rubber bands on the mount started to slip off after a month on my bike. They seem stretched and won't hold on anymore. I tried to clean them in case there was dust, but it didn't help. The top pin that holds the "claws" together fell out while I was riding. It was unnerving to have my phone fly off while I was riding. It was a good start, but not a long lasting product.
Out and out universal allows you to mount any phone to any bike or motorcycle with tubular handlebars. There are no tools required for installation. The extra secure clip has silicone belts that grip the phone firmly. The phone will not fall if it is made the most extreme ride. AJUSTABLE GRIP. You can adjust your phone to any position that suits you, and enjoy the comfort of your ride. Full phone access includes screen, buttons and mic jack. You don't need to unmount your phone. You should keep your hands on the handlebars. To safeness is 100. If you don't like your new bike phone mount, just contact them and they will make it right.
👤Quality purchase would purchase again or recommend it to anyone after being tested on the handlebars of my motorcycle at 90 miles per hour. It was on time. The bike phone and mount survived the wreck. I ordered another one because I forgot to remove the mount before the bike was totaled. Someone pulled out in front of me and totaled my motorcycle. The phone mount was left with the bike when the insurance company claimed it. The first thing I bought for my new bike was this. I bought 2 because I still stand by my original review.
👤It was easy to install and comes with an extra set of corner grips. I haven't ridden it yet to see how it holds up. I will give it five stars if it does. The product has passed the test and I have given it five stars. The bike path is fairly smooth, but there are a few areas with serious bumps due to blunt edge covers over electrical hubs. When you pass over them, they are large enough to get you off your seat. I have been on a few rides and there has been no movement. It stays nice and secure when my phone is strapped in. The main reason I chose this product was that I have access to all the buttons on my phone while it is in the unit.
👤I attached my phone mount to my mountain bike and went around the neighborhood streets, sidewalks, and trails. The trails ranged from packed dirt to rocks and gravel, and my phone stayed secure the entire time. There are brackets on the sides of the phone that would be secure enough for riding on the street. I attached the bands to all corners and my phone wouldn't budge on the rocky trails. All the bands were on when I got home. There is a The handlebar clip is easy to install. The phone can be used to portrait or landscape. It takes some gentle force to click to each position which I appreciate because it adds to the security of the phone. The phone doesn't move forward or back when you mount it, so you just put it in the position you want. One of the main criteria I wanted was that the rubber straps did not block the cameras. Absolutely worth the price and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
👤I've purchased a CAW phone holder before. The plastic adjustment nut on the back side split apart after a year or so. To return late. I bought another CAW because I liked what I had. I use it on my mountain bike, Big Dog motorcycle, tripod and a selfie stick. I think this is a better design and more durab. It looks like CAW has added this design to their product line.
👤This is a great mount. This is the one to get if you want a phone mount for your motorcycle. Two mechanisms are used to secure the phone. I forgot to put the bands on the corners of the phone and the spring vice on the sides held the phone with out issue, and I was going 70 mph down the freeway. I think that the reliability of this mount was proved by the fact that the phone did not move. If you are in the market for a phone mount, I encourage you to buy this mount. The Bands are recommended by the manufacturer for maximum reliability and will help secure on bumps.
Touch ID andFACE ID are used. The phone holder is compatible with the Face ID sensor on the Apple phones. The Bike Stem Mount is designed to turn your phone into a professional cycling computer. Flexible silicone bands fit most phones and cases between 4 to 6.5 inches. Rugged cases might not fit larger phones. Soft-touch silicone material absorbs bumps and protects your devices and accessories. Buy with confidence with their 100% satisfaction policy. They can offer a replacement or refund for quality issues.
👤I was expecting this to work as well as it did. I mounted it on the stem of my bike after I used it with my S8 in an otterbox. Most of the 100 miles were on gravel roads and trails. The phone felt flimsy when I first put it in place. I rode it down the alley and it seemed to hold it in place. I kept it on for my tour. I was able to view my phone, which I used for navigation. When I went down a steep descent, my front wheel sank into the sand. The crash twisted my brake levers and put a big hole in my helmet, because I went flying over the bars. I was expecting to have to look for my phone after the impact, but it was completely undamaged.
👤I used it this morning on a 22 mile ride after buying it yesterday. The corner bands are so close to the edge of the phone that I was afraid it would go flying. Even when I reached around the back to use the fingerprints on my phone, it held up. I hit some substantial bumps as well as some repetitive vibrations and it held my V40 thinQ securely the whole time. I am happy with this case, it is better than my old one. There is a I have had this phone holder for about a year and a half. The corner bands just broke. The cycling season here is about 9 months long and I have probably ridden 7k miles since getting this phone holder. I feel like I got my money's worth even though it broke. I love the design of the one I am reordering. This one covers the finger print sensor on the back of my phone, so it works perfect for my phone. I can't switch to facial recognition because I have a bug shield on my bike helmet, which covers the top half of my face. I have a Pop Socket on the back of my phone case that fits on the holder without a problem. I am willing to pay a higher price for this one since it works better for my phone, even though I think it is overpriced.
👤I had a bar mount on my other bike. I have ridden about 100mi with this stem mount. It's great. It works great with my phone. It's easy to get the phone in and out, just practice. There is a The mount is quite secure, but the phone does move a little on the bumps. I like the new design of corners and can use a finger. This is a great bargain, works with any case, and seems like a far better solution than the "twist lock but you must use our case" option.
👤I have a mount on my phone that holds it perfectly, and I can use the tap and glance to open it, it's ready to go. The phone is held in the mount to the stem cap on my bike. I have taken a lot of bumps, drops and bunny hops.
Stable and safe. The bike phone mount has a locking button on the side and four wear-resisting silicone claws on the corners, all of which will prevent your phone from being scratched. This design can hold your phone. The bike phone mount guarantees stability even when the road is bumpy. The degree of rotation is: The bike phone mount has a joint ball which allows it to be adjusted at almost any angle. The phone mount can be adjusted according to your perfect viewing angle. It's very convenient to meet with all of your needs. It is a great companion for your cycling journey. It is easy to fix this motorcycle phone mount by hand. Attach the base to the holder mount and tighten the nut cap. It's suitable for bicycles, motorcycles, babycar, electric scooter, etc. The handlebar diameter is 30mm. There is wide comparativebility. The bike/motorcycle phone mount is able to hold all smart phones with screen sizes of up to 6.8 inches. The mini/12/12 Pro Max is the same as the mini/12/12 Pro Max. Pro Max 11 is a Pro/XR/XS/XS MAX/X 8 Plus/7 Plus/7/6S Plus/6S. The phone holder can fit phones up to 15mm in thickness. A multi function holder. Don't think it's just a bicycle phone holder, it's really cool! You can use it as a phone stand, switch game holder, or even as a bike phone mount, which will make your life more convenient.
👤If you plan on using this mount on roads with bumps or potholes, steer clear. I used the mount on my electric scooter to hold my phone, but when I rode my phone suddenly popped out, and I was run over by 5 cars. The mount was installed properly and solid, but if your phone is heavy, it will cause it to unlatch. If you are actually using this on a bicycle, it is not a good idea to recommend this to anyone.
👤Even with a case, this mount works great. Your phone is locked up during riding. You can get it out with one hand once you unlocked it. Would buy again. I had one that used a plastic claw on each side of the phone and a rubber band on the bottom corners. That worked out well. I wondered if the rubber band would last in the sun and the elements and if it would break and send my phone flying. That won't be a problem with this mount.
👤My husband uses it on his road bike. His phone was put over a lot of things. My toddler knocked over the bike and the phone was stuck. We can see the map on an unfamiliar path with it.
👤This is a great phone holder for my phone even with my case. While riding a bike. The rubber inserts give a tighter fit around handle bars. Thank you for the great product.
👤I bought this one for the cheaper price, as there are other similar designs. It works for me. It seems a little awkward to install, maybe I need to practice. It holds the phone securely. No issues.
👤I use for my note. It's a tight fit with my phone case, but it's secure. It's easier to put the phone in the mount. A case-less Mote would be easier to use.
👤Huge disappointment. The plastic cap that holds the phone holder in place didn't thread when it arrived. After the first ride it wouldn't go on. After the second ride, the screw was coming off. I ride an electric scooter to work and the bike trail can get bumpy, but it was not functional from the beginning. Don't waste your money.
The 3rd generation design, the Pro version provides more shock absorption with a heightened base and elastic material to protect your phone. Most phone devices have a universal design that only covers the edge of the screen. You can mount your bike in 10 seconds. The material is stain- resistant. It can be fastened on a bicycle stem, handlebar or other bicycle accessories. Every product they sell comes with a one-year warranty. If you have a question about the product or your order, please contact them.
👤Holds your phone to your bike. The phone wouldn't fall off while I was riding. You can put it on the frame's top bar. Thanks for a great design. It's very easy to uninstall the bike. I have been using this product for a while. I have reached speeds of 30 to 40 mph and never have to worry about my phone being lost. My older Windows phone is in this picture. The holder is only designed for 6 inches, so I use my V20 in it, which is at the very limit. I don't worry about losing my phone as I ride.
👤I needed a stem mount cell phone holder and this looked like it would do it. "Soft Silicone Material never scratch or damage your expensive devices" was advertised. I had a broken phone on my first bike ride. I ride a Trek road bike. I was on a ride that went down a hill with no speed bumps and the bounce destroyed my phone. The little bounce on the phone holder broke the phone. The pic was taken about 3 hours after my ride. I have no choice but to buy a new phone. I will be buying a better Stem phone holder. Think about how much your phone is worth. I have learned this the hard way. I hope this will encourage others to get a better phone holder. There isn't much to it, so I fault myself for not thinking through the design.
👤I have used on two rides and have no issues. There is no problem with the phone fit in the holder because it is a protective case.
👤I gained more confidence in the mount after a few months. I keep the bands from twisting when I put the phone in. In 650 miles of riding, I have not had any bands come loose. I think it's a good idea. Orig. I've used the phone mount on several rides. I do have proof that it did secure the phone in a fall, but I'm not completely confident that it will hold the S9. I am a little harsh in my criticism as I have proof that it did what it was intended to do, but I fell not being able to release from my pedals soon enough. There is a If the round bands on the corners of the phone have any twist, they will roll off the corner of the phone, and I had a feeling that only a small strap was keeping me from that. The phone was held by three straps. My concerns are not about a failure.
👤Love the mount. I would only use it for road biking. I did a number of rides with no problems. I only had a short 1 mile off road trail. It was bumpy the whole time. It's probably better to go with a locking mount. I put my phone over the car. The phone was still playing my music. I landed on my feet and the bike wasn't damaged. Good product.
The high-quality aluminum alloy makes it harder to break, and it extends the service life by 12 times. The bike holder is made from high quality materials, it's not easy to fade, and more beautiful, let's together become a stylish outdoor sportsman! The road bike mount could fit any phone from 2.2 to 3.6 in. The width of the material is adjusted. It will protect your phone from dropping. The phone mount comes with three elastic butterfly bands to protect phones from scratching. There is double security when using two bands together. Three butterfly bands in three different colors can be used. A bicycle cell phone mount has a rotating head that makes it easier to see your phone. The display should be adjusted to any position or direction to have a full-screen view. You will not have to remove the phone from the bike mount phone holder. The rubber silicone material is soft and won't hurt your bike. It is compatible for bicycle, motorcycle, strollers, shopping carts, treadmill, stationary bike and ATV. It is compatible for bicycle, motorcycle, strollers, shopping carts, treadmill, stationary bike and ATV.
👤I am excited to show you the video of the bike phone mounts after one mount. I got this mount to compare to another mount. I like the butterfly on this one. It's very strong. It is very simple to mount, just your fingers. There's infinite adjustability after the 3 preset settings, which is why there's a adjustability that's so high. It should fit most handlebars. This bike phone holder is very cheap.
👤It is a great value for the money and is as sturdy as you can ask for. I don't think there's a mount out there that can hold up to off-roading. This is perfect for cruising. I have hit some big bumps. It is help up just fine. It is a great mount, the price is unbeatable, and I would recommend it to friends. Overall, very pleased. I bought the two pack for my roomate and you get multiple color choices of the rubber bands that go on each of the 4 corners of your phone, as a backup in case one breaks. The bands are very stretchy and do not feel brittle. You can break the plastic frame that cups to the bike frame if you twist it too tight. The notch where the two mount pieces come together can be moved to make it fit for bike frame sizes. The directions are easy to follow.
👤Don't be involved in a bike accident. Holds great so you don't have to reach and break concentration from a falling phone. There is near unlimited angles for that perfect view. It has a tight grip on the bigger phone. It can be used for gps, maps or to listen to music. The bands are not puppy prof, I chewed my favorite color before I ever got to use it. It comes with three. Happy riding and be safe...
👤We like riding our bikes around the neighborhood. I like being able to keep my phone on me and this phone mount does that without the risk of damaging my phone. It is easy to put together. You don't need anything else to do it. Extra bands in different colors are a bonus.
👤You get what you pay for. This is for my scooter. It spins very easily if you put it on. The screw had a plastic key turn on it. It was impossible to turn the screw without pliers. The rest is straight forward, but without rubber to go between the handlebar and the clamps, it's easy to spin. I wish the plastic on the bolt was not so cheap, it will be replaced later.
👤I love this phone holder. It's easy to hold the phone on the handlebars. The mount worked great on my 20 mile ride this weekend. When hitting bumps, it held the phone tight. The mount is easy to install. I can't believe the price... I was not expecting such good quality.
👤It took a while to test drive the phone mount. The mount to the bike was great and has 3 pivot points to fit on a variety of handle bars. I jumped a few curbs after putting in my phone. The screen moved from facing to the sky. The screw on the back cracked when I tried to adjust it. Maybe I put too much into it. Everything else was great. The elastic webbing held the phone in place, even though it was odd at first.
The Bicycle Phone Mount has 4 support corners to make sure your phone stays securely attached to your bike handlebars. Super stability and safety! The bike phone holder has a clockwork that is elastic and durable. You can either lock orunlock the clockwork. Ensure safety and stability. You can adjust your phone to any angle you want, thanks to the spherical universal joint that connects the phone holder and the handlebar. It's easy to install, just need to locate and lock nut, and the new handlebar is easier to install. This bicycle phone holder is compatible with all sizes of phones.
👤Another update is available. Over the course of the last few months, I have been sent 5 emails from various email addresses that offer me more and more to remove my review up to $40. I've been contacted by the seller twice, claiming to be Amazon Customer Service, and asking me to remove my review in exchange for an additional$15 and a $25 refund. The reviews for this product are unreliable. The 4.X rating average should not be believed because they are tampering with their reviews. You have been warned. The seller sent me an email. The email is from Amazon. Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our purchase. We are very sorry that the product had a problem. There is a I want you to help us remove your review and accept our compensation. We will change and improve its performance. We always think the item is good, and so many people like it. Accidents can cause happyness to reduce. It's not reasonable to ask you to remove it. We are just a small business and negative review hurts. It has a big impact on us. We all have a family. We can give you a gift card if you don't mind. Within 48 hours we caused troubles. You don't have to return it. Nice design, poor quality internals, previous review. It is unreliable and breaks easily. I tried to open the mount with the red switch, but it was locked. The arms were stuck and it took some strength to open it. I installed the mount on my phone. After that, I installed it on my bike. I tried to insert my phone again, but it was too late. The lower right arm pulled out without the others and now it won't move in sync with the other arms. The pic shows what this looks like. There is a The screws on the back are not straight. I took the screws out to look at the insides. You can see this in my photo as well. There's a spring on the plastic gear. I could re-sync the arm with the others, but I wouldn't trust this mount anymore. There is a The plastic gears can break easily, the cheap aluminum arms can slip. I'm pretty sure the internals wouldn't survive in the sun or the elements. I can't recommend this product as-is because it's the same design with some better metal internals. I am concerned about the accuracy of the reviews for this product. I wouldn't want to risk my phone on my bike with a mount that is cheap and unreliable.
👤I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found that it could be used in a motorcycle. Score! This thing is very new to me and I installed it on my HondaCTX700. I mean very strong. The holder works perfectly with the large Xs Max that I have. The lock mechanism is ingenious. The way to get your phone in is to extend the arms by pulling two opposite sides and letting the spring grab onto the phone. There is a red switch on the back of the phone that locks it into place. They won't go anywhere. The rubber gasket on the handle of the bike is very accommodating as it can fit many different diameters. The thumb screw used to attach the hand has a screw on it. This is great because it allows you to tight it very strong, which will help prevent someone from manually removing from the bike unless they have that size of key on hand. A very nice and affordable option for a sturdy phone holder. I went on about 8 rides without any issues and I would recommend this one. Please let me know if you found this helpful, and if you have questions or would like to see other pictures, I will do my best to answer them. Cheers. There is a person named Cass.
