The 5-year manufacturer's warranty is why the bike phone mount is built to last. Cyclists designed it. The design for small and large bike hadle bars is compatible with all phones with screen sizes between 4 and 6 inches. The soft silicone on your phone will not scratch or damage it. Silicone can absorb shocks, make your devices secure on a stroller or bike, and grip your devices firmly. There are 8 adjustment loops and it is easy to use. It's compatible with all of the devices, including the iPhone SE 2020 and the S9/S9+. It's compatible with all of the devices, including the iPhone SE 2020 and the S9/S9+.
👤The other bulky brittle plastic claw contraptions seem ridiculous when you set up this simple and elegant strap. It can hold a flashlight and a phone at the same time. You don't have to buy a special bike light.
👤My son needs an iPhone mount for his stroller. This one is perfect for my phone.
👤Some areas of my city don't follow a grid pattern and streets are winding or off-angles. I used to have to stop to pull my phone out and check where I was going as often as every two blocks, and stop again in a few blocks when I inevitably got lost again. The holder allows me to stay on my bike for a long time. This speed up my rides greatly. There is a The product is safe. I had a lot of doubts about trusting the phone holder to hold my phone, but it fits around the phone and bike very tightly. It's so firmly held in place that I sometimes have trouble taking it off. It's the best bike accessory I've bought in the last year, and I wish I hadn't resisted buying it for so long.
👤My husband and I both own a S8 and S8+. It doesn't fit either of our phones, even though it states that it does. It's lies! All lies! There is a I would never be able to get my phone back out of this. There is a The way this design works makes it impossible to remove the phone from the stroller if you want to make a call.
👤This product was very disappointing. Unlike many bike accessories that can be screwed or held to the handlebars, this is entirely silicone and you have to wrap a strap around the handlebars to make sure it grips. The weight of the phone pulled the whole thing down so that the phone was facing the ground instead of the rider. Adding in the amount of water and the fact that bikes are always bumping and tussling over the road makes it worse. I am not sure how anyone could leave a positive review for this product.
👤This isn't very different from other phone holders out there, in that it's just a piece of thick, molded silicone that straps to your handlebars. It seems inferior in two important ways. The backing support is the first thing. There is no extra material on the back that can be used as a bumper. The back of the phone is resting. The little stretchy straps that hold the phone in place are very small. The straps on my phone looked stretched out when it was installed, even though it was not an extra large model. I'm returning it because it didn't feel safe to carry my phone on the bike.
👤I use for mountain biking and road cycling a lot. There is a You won't lose your phone in a crash, and the Pro is easy to install, so you can move from bike to bike as needed. It is easy to adjust back to the desired viewing angle on bumpy downhill trails. Installation or removal of the holder takes less than a minute. It's a big plus when using different bikes. Less time is needed to get your phone out of the holder. Get a good hold of the strap when you tighten it. Pulling too hard on the last ring of the strap can tear it. You have less to hold onto when installing it.
You can mount a cell phone to any bike, motorcycle or ATV with tubular handlebars. There are no tools required for installation. The extra secure clip has silicone belts that grip the phone firmly. The phone will not fall if you make the most extreme ride. AJUSTABLE GRIP. Simply adjust and secure your phone to any angle and position that suits you, and enjoy the comfort of your ride! Full phone access includes screen, buttons and mic jack. You don't need to unmount your device. You should keep your hands on the handlebars. 100 to be safe! If you don't like your new bike phone mount, just contact them and they will make it right.
👤So far, so good. I was worried about phone holders after the last one broke and I had to catch my phone. I am starting to trust this one because it is metal. I am attaching a note to the holder. I can mount the phone in many different places. I mount it horizontally to be able to take video while riding at slow speeds, but feel confident in saying that video at higher speeds could be taken with the right phone case. It's at least good enough to get a liscence plate of a vehicle. The holder has an issue with the bottom clamp hitting the button on the note 8. I have a headset in my helmet. A short video of my first trip out with this holder was included. I need a new phone case and I need to change the holder. The plastic water proof cover is moving. The video would be shaky if the holder wasn't good.
👤The product is wonderful. It was exactly what I needed and it was better than I thought it would be. I don't want it to be any better. I always appreciate a good product, and this is one of them. The unit that holds my phone and the one that holds my handlebars are both made to hold my phone and handlebars securely. I use it for navigation on and off the road. Thanks again for the great product.
👤Great mount! Sturdy is made from steel and other rugged materials. It doesn't loosen itself even under continuous vibration. I replaced my shoddy McGuyver mount with my new Claw because it takes me about 90 minutes to cut my lawn. There is a safety warning. Do not do this. It is unsafe to use a power tool without proper training and your full attention, so obviously this is just for your rest breaks. There is a The elastic loops around the corners of the phone are holding it together, and the spring-loaded tension claws seem to hold well by themselves. If it works well on a dusty machine, it will be even better on a bike. There is a It has a simple, secure design and feels solid. I hate plastic from overseas markets, but burley is still sleek and functional.
👤I've had phone mounts for my vehicle. The mount pivot snapped because of 7 hours of constant vibration, but my last one remained attached. I came up with three criteria that needed to be met by my new phone mount, one of which was strong enough to not snap or break while holding a large phone. For 8 hours a day, stay fixed in position for navigation. It had to be able to mount onto a 1.7" roll bar to remain attached. I am happy to say that this mount accomplished all three with flying. There are colors. I spent 7 hours on a trail yesterday and we felt like we had spent the day riding a jack-hammer. The phone did not move. Any. Not the least bit. This is amazing, considering the large size of my Note 9. There is a The mount is sturdy. It has an extra pair of mounting bands. I was initially concerned about the stretch for my phone, but they worked well. Cawcar provides an extra pair that is stretchy and durable. I intend to use this mount for a long time, so I will add a few more sets.
There is a phone mount on a scooter and bicycle. It's compatible with most bicycles, stationary bikes, motorized scooters, and motorcycles. The rubber loops hold the phone in place. It is possible to find optimal angle without having to unstrap the phone.
👤I have been using a phone holder for a while now. I ride several miles a week on our dirt road and on our ATV trails in our pasture. It works well. The phone is in place. I am not riding on concrete roads. I place it at the beginning of the ride because of all the bouncing. It's nice to have a phone holder that works with my popsocket, even though it's $30. It comes with attachment that you can use to fit it on to any bar you want. It has a measuring tool to help you find the right attachment. When I upgrade my bike, this will be handy. There is a I have not fallen with my phone attached to the bike. I don't know how well it would hold up if I fell. I will use my phone case to protect my phone if I fall. I would recommend this phone holder to anyone with a popsocket.
👤For 24 hours, I really liked this. It held my phone securely, the handlebars were well-designed, and the measuring guide was well-designed, until I hit a small hole on my bike. The small plastic stem that connects the phone holder to the handlebars snapped in half, as my phone stayed securely in the mount. I was able to grab my phone before it was run over, because it flew into the middle of a busy road. I'm not going to give any stars for this being the first time I hit a bump with fully open shocks.
👤This broke in half and flew across the road as I was 100 miles into the ride. I have a broken screen and a useless phone mount. The mount is $30 and the screen is $300.
👤I used this popsocket bike mount twice and the second time the plastic broke and my phone fell to the ground. My phone had an otterbox on it, so it wouldn't have been broken. This product was very disappointing. It was too late for me to return it and get a refund.
👤This is the next best thing to eat. Depending on the diameter, it has different sized pieces. It took me less than 5 minutes to get it on. I use it a lot on my bike.
👤I put this on my bike and it fit. This was a great solution for me to have a second screen while riding. I did not need to use any of the additional parts. I put in the two screws after it fit right in.
You can adjust the width from 50mm to 100mm to fit a cell phone. Can hold up to 7 inch phones. The Sponge protects your cell phone and the metal phone mount will hold your phone tightly on the bicycle. The Bike Phone Mount does not obscure the screen, it is perfect for large screen phones. All screen phones include the iPhone 11/iPhone 11 Pro MAX/Xr/xs, the Note10 Note9 8 7 full screen, and the S20 S10+. The viewing angle can be changed at will. The bike phone holder can be installed on the handlebars. Can be used on motorcycles, mopeds, e-bike,Folding bike, scooter, etc.
👤This product is easy to use and set up. I have it on my motorcycle. I will get another one for my quad. My phone is attached and detached in two seconds. The only problem with this item is the security feature, do you need a specialty Allen wrench to attach it to your handlebars? You can't use a standard Allen wrench to install it, you need to use their specialty Allen wrench and the one they sent me didn't work so I needed to use my grinder and drill bit to make it work I have to make sure I don't lose the Allen wrench because I may need to make adjustments once in a while. Nobody will attempt to steal this off my bike. I am sure other people have the same problem that I did. The product is perfect.
👤Thankfully my plastic phone holder failed. I decided that my next mount should be metal. I found this mount and it looks great. The mounting hardware is rock solid and was clearly designed with longevity and quality in mind. The mount lacks the rough edges and poor alignment of many items sold on Amazon. The mount appears to be designed by an engineer. The phone body is tightened with a screw mount. I secured the Note 9 while it was still in its plastic case. It was large enough to fit in the room to spare. There is a The mount comes with one side that fits all and the other side that doesn't fit around a larger tube such as the stem tube or wider handlebars. There are mounts that can accommodate a wider tube. It would be a great improvement if this mount came with one of them. There is a The phone cannot be tilted back or forward. It is locked in place and in orientation once it is tight. When the screen is throwing glare into your eyes, you can't adjust the tilt to diffuse the light. This isn't a big deal, and I would rather have a very secure phone mount. There is a I give this mount 4 stars. It would be a 5/5 with a more versatile mounting hardware.
👤I bought this one because I wanted something that wouldn't snap in half at the first wreck. This is verydurable. There are negatives to the fact that the handlebars have a round connection. I don't like the idea of keeping a Unicorn tool in my bag if it gets lost, and the Allen wrench is a special one. My phone is in the carrier and it turns the volume down while I'm in it. There is a If you have an iPhone, round handle bars, and do not mind keeping a unique tool on you for adjustments, this is a good item.
👤I bought 3 of them, one is on my motorcycle, the other is my phone, and the last one was solid and secure on my first ride. I didn't worry about my phone when I took the expressway. Highly recommend.
We mean out and out universal, which means mount any phone to any bike or motorcycle with tubular handlebars. The holder can fit any device up to 3.7" wide and all handlebars from 0.6" to 1.4" in diameter. There are no tools required for installation. AJUSTABLE GRIP. You can adjust and secure your phone to any angle and position you please with the special ball and brackets. The clip has extra secure and soapyabsorbent that is firmly and securely held. The band wraps around four corners of a cellphone. Make your most extreme race to make the phone fall out, be sure it won't! While your device is mounted, you have full phone access. You can use your phone for music. You don't need to unmount your phone or ipod. You should keep your hands on the handlebars. 100 to be safe! If you don't love your new bike phone mount, just contact them and they will make it right.
👤I was involved in a hit and run with a Semi Truck who was running a red light. I broke more than two dozen bones when my bike flipped and I believe the phone had no damage when I brought it to me. There is a I believe the device did its job. There is a He was carrying railroad ties.
👤If you're expecting RAM mount quality, you're going to be disappointed. I have a backup mount on my motorcycle. It works well. It's very easy to install. It's about 5 to $8 overpriced. For what you get, $20 seems a little high. I paid $60 for my RAM mount. When I put my phone in the RAM mount holder, I don't look down to make sure it's secure, like I do with this one. If you have more money, get the RAM mount.
👤I ride a hybrid bike for exercise and for fun. My wife wanted me to get a gps system that would let me know my location and she wanted me to press a button to alert the emergency services. I found this device that held my cell phone in place and only 2 feet away from my voice. I bought and rode in a field a few days later. I found the only hole and dumped the bike. A gash on my leg caused the dirt to be wiped off my ride. The phone never moved. This device is all they have to say. The cell is held firmly.
👤I used this mount to hold my phone while biking, it was only a year old. The terrain was mostly bike paths and roads. The mount broke off at the area where the stem connects with the base. The phone fell down and hit the spokes, causing the wheel to stop. If it weren't for my helmet, I could have suffered serious injuries when I was thrown from the bike. I had many injuries, including a few fractured bones. I thought the ball and brackets must have loosened, or something happened with the bar. The stem snapped away from the base of the clamp. The phone was not heavy and the straps were still intact. The stem snapped. The phone was seated correctly, the holder was installed correctly, and there was no human error involved. I am angry about this and would recommend you to consider my experience before purchasing. Again, my rides are not at all rugged or extreme, and there was nothing unusual or out of the ordinary with this particular ride. I was in the emergency room and I am thankful that it wasn't worse. I would give the product zero stars.
👤I bought this because I misplace my phone mount. When I am not actually looking for it, I expect to find an inexpensive replacement option. This mount works great. I don't know if I'll put my other mount back on. It is very sturdy. My phone did not vibrate very much in this mount, despite the fact that it vibrates with a Harley. I use a large protective case over the Note 5 and it has no issues fitting inside. The securing straps are a nice feature, but I don't think it would hold the phone well without them. It came with an extra set of straps in case they broke. They might get weaker with exposure to the sun. I would recommend this mount to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive mount. Well done!
Touch ID andFACE ID are used. The phone holder is compatible with the Face ID sensor on the Apple phones. The Bike Stem Mount is designed to turn your phone into a professional cycling computer. Flexible silicone bands fit most phones and cases between 4 to 6.5 inches. Rugged cases might not fit larger phones. Soft-touch silicone material absorbs bumps and protects your devices and accessories. Buy with confidence with their 100% satisfaction policy. They can offer a replacement or refund for quality issues.
👤I was expecting this to work as well as it did. I mounted it on the stem of my bike after I used it with my S8 in an otterbox. Most of the 100 miles were on gravel roads and trails. The phone felt flimsy when I first put it in place. I rode it down the alley and it seemed to hold it in place. I kept it on for my tour. I was able to view my phone, which I used for navigation. When I went down a steep descent, my front wheel sank into the sand. The crash twisted my brake levers and put a big hole in my helmet, because I went flying over the bars. I was expecting to have to look for my phone after the impact, but it was completely undamaged.
👤I used it this morning on a 22 mile ride after buying it yesterday. The corner bands are so close to the edge of the phone that I was afraid it would go flying. Even when I reached around the back to use the fingerprints on my phone, it held up. I hit some substantial bumps as well as some repetitive vibrations and it held my V40 thinQ securely the whole time. I am happy with this case, it is better than my old one. There is a I have had this phone holder for about a year and a half. The corner bands just broke. The cycling season here is about 9 months long and I have probably ridden 7k miles since getting this phone holder. I feel like I got my money's worth even though it broke. I love the design of the one I am reordering. This one covers the finger print sensor on the back of my phone, so it works perfect for my phone. I can't switch to facial recognition because I have a bug shield on my bike helmet, which covers the top half of my face. I have a Pop Socket on the back of my phone case that fits on the holder without a problem. I am willing to pay a higher price for this one since it works better for my phone, even though I think it is overpriced.
👤I had a bar mount on my other bike. I have ridden about 100mi with this stem mount. It's great. It works great with my phone. It's easy to get the phone in and out, just practice. There is a The mount is quite secure, but the phone does move a little on the bumps. I like the new design of corners and can use a finger. This is a great bargain, works with any case, and seems like a far better solution than the "twist lock but you must use our case" option.
👤I have a mount on my phone that holds it perfectly, and I can use the tap and glance to open it, it's ready to go. The phone is held in the mount to the stem cap on my bike. I have taken a lot of bumps, drops and bunny hops.
Out and out universal allows you to mount any cell phone to any bike, motorcycle, scooter or ATV with tubular handlebars. There are no tools required for installation. Works with cases. Extra secure rubber sling reduces road vibrations and firmly holds your phone while keeping its sensors, ports, and buttons unobstructed. To enjoy the comfort of your ride, you can adjust and secure your phone to any angle and position that suits you. The bike phone mount is easy to use and reliable. You should keep your hands on the handlebars. 100 to be safe! If you don't like your new bike phone mount, just contact them and they will make it right.
👤Customer service responded quickly to my email about how to access the screw on the cradle that had come loose. It was fixed in a few minutes and made sure that the screw was snug. It's not possible to give a 5 star because the screw shouldn't have become loose after 6-7 rides, the screw isn't tight enough during assembly, and the instructions for fixing it aren't clear. They could put a paper insert in the box with a diagram about how to tighen that screw if it becomes loose so the customer's phone doesn't fall away. I was lucky that didn't happen. Original review 8/26... It's perfect for what I wanted, it's easy to install on the top tube and cradle is stable while riding. The cradle connected to the ball joint attachment on the underside was loosened. See the video of it. I couldn't jiggle that, but now it's loose. I will no longer use the cradle as I ride down the road at 15 mph because I don't think it will fall to the ground with my phone in it. The balljoint attached to the base is still good. During the past two rides, the cradle loosened on all of the rides. I have a bike with shocks. There is nothing I can do to tighten the cradle piece so it doesn't appear fixable. Will try to contact customer service to find out if they can get a replacement cradle. Will update the review with results.
👤The mount said it would work with a pop sockets. Finding a mount to fit the phone in a pop sockets wasn't easy. I was a bit skeptical that this mount would be as good as it says. My phone is extremely secure and it fits well with both the case and the pop sockets attached. It's easy to install and hold it to my bike. The rubber grips hold my phone securely with no bouncing around, even going over 20 mph on my e-bike. I have been using this mount for about a month. I don't worry about my phone coming loose or being shaken so hard that it breaks my screen. It is easy to put the phone in the mount. The mount on the handlebars has not loosened even during high speeds and rough roads. While mountain biking on rough terrain, I would not hesitate to use this mount. It is the best phone mount I have ever purchased.
👤I like to go for bicycle rides. I use an app on my phone to see my time and distance. I didn't have a good place to keep my phone. I couldn't see it while riding if it was in my pocket. The Cawcar handlebar mount is the best solution for me. The easy to use holder fits my phone well. The whole unit can be attached to the handlebars by turning the knob. That is it! As I ride, I can see my progress. Thanks for the product!
👤Within a few rides, I have used two of these mounts, and both had the mount completely separate from the clamp. The rubber part of the phone becomes loose very quickly and the little ball sockets that hold it in place are supposed to keep it steady. There is a screw that goes from the ball sockets to the rubber portion on top and both have failed within hours. I'm not sure how this is possible, given the number of reviews. I got a second one because I thought I had gotten one of the few faulty ones, but now that both have fallen apart, I am forced to look elsewhere.

👤During the time of COVID-19, I bought a bike so I could get some exercise. I was more than happy to review this mount when I was approached by this company. There is a The mount is made of rubber. It has an additional rubber phone holder to hold larger phones. Up to 7 in length and 4.5 in width. The device is very flexible. I can change my phone's orientation with ease. There is a The phone is secured to the bike. The amount of slip is limited by groves of rubber teeth. My daughter attached it to the baby stroller. She won't give it back.
👤The skyforce95 is very easy to install and mount, and it is secure and easy to change.
👤The Andobil holder broke off when I was riding on a bumpy road at 20 miles per hour. I contacted Andobil and asked if I could get a replacement. It took me a long time to use it because I was lucky to have my phone undamaged. I have been using the new unit for about 3 months and it has been the same thing. The Andobil piece holding my phone went flying and landed in the middle of a busy road when the unit broke in half. I was able to stop cars from riding over the phone after pivoting my bike. The phone was saved from damage by the protective case. It might be a freak event. Two times...no.
👤Delivery was on time. The packaging looks good. Assembly and instructions were easy to follow. The product is well placed on the handlebars. I haven't had any issues with the connections or the straps, it's plastic I think it is a good product. It is brand new. I would feel comfortable using this on a road or mountain bike. The bike can be moved to different bikes depending on my needs, and I like that it's quick. I love their proactive and responsive customer service. I would be very comfortable buying this again and working with this company.
👤I bought this for my new phone less than a month ago. It was easy to install. I only used it once, when I received an email from Andobil that another customer had complained about their mount breaking. Even though I had no problem with my original order, Andobil wanted to send me a new mount. The new mount is easy to install and I received it very quickly. It is easy to use. I highly recommend. Customer service is top notch and the product is high quality.
👤The mount works well for me. The rubber band holds my G5 in place. The side brackets are sturdy and l-shaped to provide additional safety. The handlebar is large, easy to tighten, and the soft rubber pads are attached to the brackets so it can't move, which was a problem with my old mount.
👤I've used a number of phone holders for my motorcycle, and this one is the best. It is low profile and blends in nicely with my ape hangers. It is easy to adjust the phone.

👤Awesome product! Two weeks after I bought this product, I had a car pull in front of me at a blind intersection. I was going to cross the street. The car was in front of me when I looked forward. I hit it with full force. I didn't get hurt very badly. My bike was totaled, my ear buds flew off, and my phone was undamaged. I put this product to the test and it was better than I expected. Be safe out there!
👤I use it on my motorcycle and road bike to keep my phone safe. The extra secure bands on the phone will keep it in place. The mount came with an extra long bolt. There is no movement at all. Great product!
👤The product is good. I rode it all week through Georgia and South Carolina, and it held up well. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the teeth that grab the phone when you push both sides closed. The fit of the otter box case is great but after a week of riding my teeh, the inner teeth get bent up and they are not grabbing the phone like when I pit the holder on the bike. I ride a vehicle. I was confident in the holder. The inner teeth need a better design because they bend up to easy. It's a great holder, other than that. I have told many people about it. I would continue to be a customer. I would like to see those teeth more durable.
👤I was skeptical because most of the phone holders I've used are wobbly, especially with my big iPhone 8 Plus. The TruActive mount is awesome. It's easy to install, adjust and hold my big phone without drama. I rode my bike a few miles over pavement, grass, gravel and dirt. Not a single adjustment or movement. The rubber gripping tool makes my phone easy to reach. There is a I can answer texts or get directions without drama.
👤I had a mount that didn't stay in one position and only held the phone in one place, but I never felt comfortable with it. The elastic band and grip on this Truactive holder are on both sides of the phone. The phone is in one place. The side grips hold the phone in place even if one corner slips off, unlike the prior holder. I feel very comfortable with my new phone. It's nice to have an easy to install phone mount that I don't have to worry about. Despite regular use, it is holding up well. I would recommend this mount.
👤We like to play Pokemon. We have a very bulky Note 8's case so it's hard to find anything that will fit the phone. The product fit perfectly and passed a number of tests. The phone was stable. It is easy to switch from bike to bike. We have full access to pokemon go because it doesn't obstruct the buttons or screen.

👤My daughter uses her new power wheelchair with the Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount. The powerchair didn't have a place to attach a bag or basket to carry the phone. My daughter has cerebral palsy and is able to use her left arm and hand. She doesn't have much control of her right hand. In the third picture, you can see that the Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount doesn't affect her ability to reach the controls to drive her power chair while allowing her phone to be tilted and/or rotated so she can use it with her left hand. The Bike & Motorcycle Phone Mount can be used to solve two phone problems: carrying the phone from place to place and being able to use it wherever she goes. 5 stars for easy to install, 5 stars for Sturdy, 5 stars for reasonable price, 5 stars for Adaptable to other uses, and 5 stars for Really Useful. Fifty stars is more or less.
👤It took me a while to find the best location on my motorcycle handlebars, but I think I have found it. The claw is very strong and easy to tighten. The hold down straps are mostly contained within the unit and pull out only when needed. I don't put a phone in it for short trips.
👤I have a rubber over plastic phone cover on my phone which makes it a bit bulky. The corners will not be wrapped. The phone has been on my motorcycle for the past 2 months, and I have attached the phone holder to the motorcycle. It is easy to remove. I would recommend it.
👤The construction is very high quality, it feels rugged, and I passed my rugged "shake it until you break it" even with the S9 attached. I was worried about putting on my motorcycle because I thought the rubber bands would break and I didn't know if the bar claws would work. All of the positive reviews are well deserved.
👤The number of positive reviews here is so high that I am astonished. There are 4 possible failure points in this product, but only 3 were initially visible. The claw that grabs the handlebars seems pretty good. 2. The ball/socket joint allows for tilt and rotation. 3. The elastic corners hold the phone. There is a I was a few minutes into my ride when I noticed the side brackets were too close to one of the buttons. I pushed the base of the phone up to make sure the button was clear. Turns out it was 4. The base has a plastic slide mount on it. If it fell off on a smooth road cycling ride with a gentle nudging on the phone, I can't see how it would last 5 minutes on a mountain bike, motorcycle, etc.
👤The rubber bands on the mount started to slip off after a month on my bike. They seem stretched and won't hold on anymore. I tried to clean them in case there was dust, but it didn't help. The top pin that holds the "claws" together fell out while I was riding. It was unnerving to have my phone fly off while I was riding. It was a good start, but not a long lasting product.

👤I don't know how long this will hold up. The mount lost its hold on the angle setting after I lightly bumped it. I was retightened. It feels like a week. I'm afraid it won't be able to take the damage from the bike. We will see. There is an update... I screwed the plastic adjustment down tight after using some handlebar grip glue on the ball mount. It seems to stay where I put it. The rubber shims on the handlebars do not seem to have an issue with staying put. Don't make this mount hard, it will work now. The only thing holding it is a plastic shaft with a plastic ball that goes into the back of the phone mount. There is an update... The company contacted me after reading about my issues with the product. They have great customer service. The new version of the holder is much stronger than the original one. They took care of me.
👤I knew I was going to love it when I opened the box. Feels solid, looks sleek, easy to assemble and install, simple to insert phone, padding everywhere your phone makes contact to better hold, prevent damage, and absorb shock. The phone is locked when the lock switch is on the rear. Your phone is held securely even without a lock. When riding on bumpy surfaces, the holder pivots in all directions, but not so easily. The rear camera on the phone is partially obscured by a bar in the back, but a tiny zoom and the obstruction is gone. If you want to record your rides, this is great. If you want to use that option, the front facing camera is not obstruction. I have a slim case on my phone and it fit in the holder. I'm glad I took the risk with the item that didn't have many reviews on Amazon. Lamicall is a great product.
👤I've been looking for this product. When I mountain bike a lot, I end up stopping to bring my phone out of my pocket because I get lost. I wanted a phone that would hold up well on the trail. It works better than I thought. The video is attached. My phone is a small one with a large screen. I didn't lock it. It held it as well. It had rubber and Silicone things to adjust to the handlebars. The stem is a bit thicker than my handlebars. I removed 3 of them. It works well.
👤The first item I bought was never delivered. I received my second order and it works great. I have an iPhone 11 max pro with a pink defender case. A good protective case was necessary for me because I walked on concrete as a high school teacher. My phone is in my case and any way the gadget can hold it. It takes a little bit of wiggling to get it inside the holder. There is no sliding out. I like the fact that you can change the orientation of your phone. Great item.
