The aluminum alloy material and the cr-Mo spindle have durable pedals. Easy installation. R for right pedal and L for left pedal. The platform pedal for long ride is 9/16 inch. 👤These are a good product for a good price. The pedals shifted slightly in the plane. The platform slides on the shaft. When I installed a pair, I found that the pedals' shafts were cut undersized and that they wobbled in all planes until they were fully tightened. I have had many pedals over the past 6 decades, but none were as sloppy as these. I was concerned that I would have to remove my crank arms, or have them loosen, at some point. The shoulder of the pedals is the only thing holding them to the crank arms. The threads feel like they're barely holding on. There is a The little wrench they give to tighten the studs is junk. The wrench was barely able to grab the flats of the studs. I found that about 20% of the studs were loose on arrival and would likely fall out soon if I hadn't tightened them first. I am keeping the pair I used. I feel the need to check their tightness often. I don't have confidence in them. I will return the other pair since they are unused. Really disappointing.
👤The rounded pegs on the Rockbros pedals make them easy to install and prevent shoe slip. I have instant foot release. I wish there were two flats on the pedal axles for a 15mm pedal wrench. The only thing I like about the remove/replace system is that you can't get a lot of Torque on the wrench and wrench. There is a When the pedals arrive, I strongly advise you to check every stud. There are 32 of them and 6 of them are loose. I gave them a blue thread locker after taking every one out. You will lose a lot of pegs if you don't do that. The wrench is junk. I had a 3/16 wrench that I used. There is a The pedals are much wider than my standard pedals. I clipped the ground on a turn and launched myself off the bike. I am going back to narrower pedals. Hope that helps!
👤Order these if you want a pedal that looks great. There is a The pedal is poorly designed. The center hump of the pedal is higher than the sides, which causes your foot to ride on the center and not distribute the weight. Even for short distances, it's very uncomfortable. There is a I am returning my pedal. There is a They are sold together.
👤The stock pedals that came with my bike were not as good as the ones I purchased. I decided to look for something better because I have never been happy with the stock pedals. I chose these for their size and price, because they were all metal. I went to my local bike shop to have the pedals put on and the people at the shop were interested in where I got them. After a week of riding, I am very satisfied with the pedals. The pedals are bigger, it feels like I have a very stable platform to place my feet on, I don't have to be precise in my foot placement to feel secure when I am biking. The traction pegs give me a positive grip on the pedals. Not even a hint of a slip when the pedals are wet. It feels like my shoes are stuck to the pedals. These are platform pedals. I have used a variety of footwear to test the traction and feel of the pedals. I am not a fan of Mountain bike riding. I am not afraid to ride my bike down the local streets, or hit the muddy forest trails, because I am a 50 year old guy. I am very satisfied with this product and I will recommend it to others.
CR-L for left and CR-R for right are easy to install. The sturdy spindle was built to last. A limited one-year manufacturer's warranty is included. The Pedals are made of high strength material. It's suitable for mountain bikes, hybrid vehicles, old school, cruiser, off-road vehicles, off-road vehicles, folding bikes, road bikes, track and field bikes, unicycles, city bikes. The design of three bearing structure features stable and smooth. The platform pedal supports your feet more evenly, which makes riding more comfortable. The bicycle pedal protects the shaft from water and dust. It was easy to install and engraved with L and R. They have a variety of colors for your needs. Friends, team and family are the best choices. Feel free to contact if you have any questions. Their priority is your satisfaction.
👤My daughter is 100 lbs. She's put a lot of miles on them. The set nut at the end of the axle was unthreaded and the pedal slipped off the axle. If that had happened on a trail she would have been in serious trouble. There was no locktite on the threads. I don't recommend this pedal, spend the extra $20 and get the Chesters, don't risk injury to save $20, teeth are way more expensive than that. I contacted the seller to inquire about a replacement, but he didn't reply.
👤The screw cap on the end of the petals fell off on my first ride after installing them. The platform of the bike is not stable without this part. I have considered buying new petals because they are almost brand new for me. If there were instructions in the packaging that told me to tighten the aluminum caps, I wouldn't be stuck with a useless petal. I put the petals on my bike as they came in the box and made sure to tighten the caps on the end for future buyers.
👤I was impressed by the platform, balance, and felt solid, but these didn't hold up. The bearing on the right pedal started to give way after 3 months of moderate riding. They failed, but there is significant play. I am not sure if it is a design flaw or workmanship. I have bad luck looking at most reviews. They are history. They will be fine if you are a casual rider. If you plan to get more than 500 miles out of them, they might not be the best.
👤The unit has a smooth rotation of the Bearings, as I intended to wear boots on my ride to work, they do not slip. If you don't check the threads, you'll ruin my cranks, as I found a small dent on the side of the threads on one pedal. If you want to install Steel in aluminum, you need to get a die with the 9/16-20 thread pitch. The local bike shop or other resource may be able to help you if you're not so sure.
👤I bought this pedal less than 3 months ago. The pin at the end of my bike came out without me knowing it. I wouldn't recommend this pedal because the entire pedal broke before I could fix it.
👤I was impressed with the quality of these. The packaging was good for the price. These are pedals, I didn't buy packaging. The other pedals in this price range are made of bricks, but their height profile is pretty good. The weight of aluminum in this size and shape was the right weight to instill confidence and not slow you down. The finish of these is very good, and they look very slick. I hit about ten miles of riding after putting them on my bike. They hold something fierce. They took them through a variety of terrain. I'll update the review if these fall apart, but I don't think that will ever happen. These pedals are very strong and cost very little.
Attaching to almost any bicycle. The material is durable. The MTB pedals made of aluminum alloy have been strengthened and upgraded to achieve high quality and aging resistance. Each bike pedal has anti-slip pins. The cleats will not damage the soles. Smooth sealed bearings. A better riding experience is brought about by sealed bearings. The thrill of cycling can be enhanced by well-made bicycle pedals. Dust and rain can damage the sealed bearings and the water/dust proof cap can prevent that. Easy installation. There is a clear mark on the bicycle pedals. "L" is for the left pedal and "R" is for the right pedal. Being unable to distinguish the direction of pedals is no longer an issue. Universal. Most 9/16'' bikes have the bike pedals. There are many types of bikes, including mountain bikes, BMX, road bikes, kids' bikes, junior bikes, city bikes, etc.
👤I think you get what you pay for. That is the reason for the score. I don't think they could claim they are sealed because the ball bearings are clearly visible. The pins don't give me much grip on my shoes. greasing the pedals before installing got me a burr on one of them. I will beat them up until the break for fifteen dollars, that won't need to be long.
👤The width of the pedals makes them good candidates for people like me with wider running style shoes, and the studs offer just enough grip that they are functional, without impaling your sole. It will take a minute before they start rotating easy, and if you don't have your foot centered, you should be careful. There is a It takes a second to break in both yourself and the pedals, but they're great new pedals for a good price. There is a If you don't notice them or think about them, they're doing a perfect job.
👤The pedals on my mountain bike were not smooth. I ordered these and I could see that they have better grips, better bearings, and are lightweight. I installed them and am impressed. The purchase was a great price.
👤Don't let flats get away from your feet, I like flats with a good grip.
👤The pedals are large for adults who pedal with the center of their foot. If you use the ball of your foot to pedal, the center shaft digs into your sole and makes it very uncomfortable, as if there were no pedals at all. My feet were sore after a 16 mile ride on the mountain.
👤Not a good platform for riding on. Even when it's dry, it's slippery. If your feet get wet, forget it. Gum sole shoes were not helpful.
👤The platform is fairly inexpensive. Don't get them wet because they don't have bearing seals. The finish wears off quickly.
👤The feal on my shoe does not slip off. It's easy to install. The lite weight looks great. Quality for price is great for me. Have bought a new pair for another bike.
490g/1.86 lbs/pair, 4.14 x 4 x . The Big pedal weight is light and comfortable to ride. If you have any problems, please contact them. It isdurable: The nylon fiber surface has shock-proof and abrasion resistance. The big tread bicycle pedals provide a more comfortable ride experience. CR-L is for left and CR-R is for right. The bicycle pedals are sealed to protect them from water and dust which can cause noise and other problems. The anti-skid nail is strong. The anti-skid nails on each side give you more security on the pedals. Even if they are covered in mud after a muddy ride, you don't worry about your feet slipping off the pedals. The standard is 9/16" for BMX, MTB, Mountain Bike, hybrid bike, Old School, Cruiser, Cyclocross Bike, Dirt Jumper, Folding Bike, Road Bike- Touring, Track Bike, Unicycle, Urban Bike.
👤The pedals are a perfect copy of RaceFace's Chester pedals, with the logo molded into the plastic of the pedal itself, which has been poorly and only slightly modified to read "KP". The quality of these pedals appears to be good. There is a The design of the pedals is blatantly stolen from RaceFace by a Chinese company that is able to compete with RaceFace due to cheap overseas labor.
👤I rode clipless for 15 years. I like the way clipless allows me to use my legs to pull the pedals up with one leg. Horsepower. I can pop my cleat out of a clipless pedal as fast as I can move my shoe off a flat pedal. There is a Why change? I bought a mountain bike to train on in the morning. I rode with the pedals that came with it. The platform was nice. Control is really nice. I wanted to give them a try, so I ordered some for my mountain bike. I chose these Fookers because they were similar to RaceFace Chesters and had lots of reviews with a 4.5 star average. I opened the box and exclaimed "WOW!" when they arrived. They are very, very good looking and have an excellent heft. Tier 1 quality. There is a I took her for a 4 1/2 hour off-road evaluation after removing my SPD's. I rode down the most intimidating slope of my life yesterday, a slope that I would never have thought of riding clipless on. These pedals have lots of steep descents, fast switchbacks, damp trails and zero errors. Purchase a set of these if you are a clipless rider. You will love them, and I mean I M E D. I am. Take them to your favorite trails and get busy. You will be sore the next day. I was sore in my quad and rib cage from the lack of action in my hamstrings. The rib cage and quads were sore because I had to use them more to pull my bike around with my hamstrings, and the extra 1 1/2 hour I spent in the saddle probably made the rib cage and quads sore. There is a That's cool. You will love the control of my quads. My feet never fell off a pedal. When I needed to get my foot on a pedal quickly, the power can be applied instantly because you won't have to search for a grip. All you have to do is place your foot on the pedal. You have something. There is a There is a great pedal by Fooker, wonderful transition and top notch quality, with spare studs and a spare washer. The old was removed and the new installed in 60 seconds. 30 seconds is all it takes to put grease on the threads. I used a 2 or 3mm allen wrench to tighten every stud. I wanted some snug+, but all were snug. Love the pedals. Buy the needle bearings. Most pedals have spherical bearings. Needle bearings give better service. The Dark Side is a song by Jerry Davis.
The installation is easy with a long backing and a variety of plugs and tapes. The material isSOLID. The road bike pedals are made of aluminum. A sealed bearing, water-proof, and dust-proof are some of the benefits of a 100% cr-Mo spindle. The mountain bike pedals are covered in a colorful paint. The most cool bike in your town will be the one you install the mtb bike pedals on. The 9/16 bike pedals have a total of 12 steel hexagon head bolts. The non-slip platform maximizes your efficiency. The best pedals for adults and kids. The adult aluminum bike pedals are easy to install. Also fit mountain bike pedals, road bike pedals, bmx pedals, exercise bike pedals, fixie bike pedals, folding bike pedals. The dust cap was tight and the bike pedals had a good amount of grease on the inside. The retention nut on the inside is reverse threaded, which is nice to see and is a good attention to detail. The main spindle is sturdy and well made.
👤The oil slick looking pedals look interesting, but not much information is available. They were picked up for a bike. The pedals looked fine despite the box being pretty beat up. They are small and light at about 100mm x 90mm. The Q factor is not as narrow as it could be, but it is suitable for a smaller adult or larger child. There is a They do not spin very easily. I disassembled one pedal which was easy to do, it's pretty solidly built, but it's spinning on a greased up shaft, so resistance is high. This is a deal breaker for me, which is why it's only getting 3 stars. It might break in and spin easier over time. There is a The built quality is pretty good, but there are some sharp edges on the metal, it's not easy to tell if it's a good quality or not. The pins are smooth so they don't dig in hard. It's nice for kids that they don't scratch your leg up. Even if you could find replacement pins, it probably wouldn't be worth it at this price point. I am not sure if I can recommend these pedals because they are too slow and smooth.
👤The pedal on my new bike fell off after I stripped it. You can see the metal remnants on the pedal. Even though they are pretty, they are not worth what I paid for them because it will cost more to fix the stripped sockets on my bike. The pedal fell off and I was not hurt. Still dangerous. Get different pedals. There is an update. I lost weeks of summer biking time due to the damage caused to my bike by these pedals. Rockbros would provide reimbursement if they stood behind their product.
👤I bought these for a friend who liked the look on the "Amazon Website". When promised, they were delivered. Gave them to my friend, who loved their looks, until he put them on. The pedels wanted to cross thread, took the better part of trying for a long period and getting frustrated, finally getting them installed. My friend called me today and said that the peddles were starting to fall apart. I hope they are not a fluc. D. Jubb is a disabled veteran.
👤I use Race Face for most of my bikes, but I have installed several pairs of these and they rock. The coin is beautiful and light weight. Anyone with a nice bike with stock flat pedals should upgrade.
👤The pedals look good next to chainring, chain, and cassette. They fit well with my biking shoes. I don't know how long they will last, as I haven't hit any rocks with them yet.
👤I put them on my ebike just for the looks, but they work well in keeping my feet on the pedals when I go over bumps. The nylon cruiser pedals have spikes. They were easy to put on. It is worth the coin.
👤The pedals look really cool. These are the new black pedals that I bought to replace the boring ones on my bike. I haven't taken them on anything more than a light trail, but they are holding up.
The road bike pedals have 16 anti-skid nails on them. Long rides maintain comfort and pedaling efficiency. Only 450g/pair is lightweight. The material is wear resistant. The standard screw thread is 9/16 inch. The platform pedals have a size of 81 to 20mm. Fit for: road bicycles, mountain bicycles, BMX pedals, exercise bike pedals, junior bicycle, city bicycle, folding bike pedals etc.
👤When I received these, I immediately noticed a bad hang up while spinning one of the pedals. I reached out to the seller for a return after I didn't bother installing the pedals. I had to pay for return shipping even though the product was faulty. It's not worth the time and effort to return them. Very disappointed with the quality. Staying away from these is what I would recommend.
👤The pedals almost ripped the thread from my cranks after two rides. I bought them so I could have better grip and straps, but they only lasted 20 miles. If you are a peddler, I would not recommend you to get these. These would be good for a child or teenager. I weigh about 230 lbs. On average, I push my bike at 15mph. The left pedal lost all of its color and began ripping into the thread of my crank, as shown in the image I have attached. They were put in the right way as you can see from the label, and they were on the right side. That was just for the moment. If you want to use pedals in a way that will give them wear and tear, you may want to invest a bit more.
👤I can't rate them too low because they are cheap. They are functional. I'm worried that I might remove the cranks. They haven't so far after 40 hours of use. I don't expect much longevity out of the cheap bearings. Since I can't use clipless for a few months, I needed some platform pedals to keep riding. The nubbin things aren't very "grippy" into your shoes, they are a little slippery.
👤The pedal broke off in the middle of the intersection. Started bending an hour earlier. The installation took 2 months.
👤The things are a joke. The paint was terrible. The bearings leave the box. The brand was made with a stamp. Returned them right away.
👤The pedals came off when the bearings came loose. I had to use one full pedal and one little pedal-shaft to get to where I wanted to go, because the shaft of the pedal is still attached to my bike. There is a The broke after only 2 months of use.
👤I like these. The color is correct and the grippers don't cut you like some pedals that use sharp screws. My hope is that the coating doesn't get damaged.
👤I rebuilt my 7 year-old's BMX bike with these. I didn't realize I needed 1/2 shafts instead of 9/16". The first time I did a 180 on them, they bent badly and I put them on my dirt bike. They are light-duty and would be fine for a cruiser or any bike that won't get any abuse.
👤I don't like white things, but these work with a small patch of white color blocking on my frame.
Packaging and quality A set of cleats and pedals. The product has a two-year warranty. The service plan will be formulated according to the situation of the customer. You don't have to worry about your feet slipping off the pedal, even on muddy, rugged roads, because the anti-skid nails on both sides of the pedals hold your feet on the pedal. It doesn't make you feel weak when climbing. It is stress-free to ride outdoors. The bicycle platform flat pedal is foldable, which saves space and is convenient for storage and use. It is suitable for traveling and commute. The bicycle pedal body is made of aluminum alloy material, which is more durable. There is no need to worry about pedal breakage with high-light bearings. The bicycle pedals are sealed to prevent water and dust from accumulating on the spindle. Each pair of bicycle pedals has a size of 0.78 inch. The wide pedals make riding more comfortable. Both sides of the pedal are designed with classic reflectors, which are beautiful and practical. The thread is suitable for most of the bikes mentioned. There are bicycles stored in small spaces.
👤The plastic, folding pedals I've used before are not as good as these pedals. They look better. After 100 or so miles they spin freely, even though they had a bit of rotational friction out of the box. There are no instructions in the box or the folding release, it was not obvious how to fold the pedals. I got these because it's easier to put the bike in the back of the SUV. The pedals are too loose on the spindle because of the badly worn bearings. I can't see how to adjust them. I will be buying new pedals from another brand because they feel floppy when I pedal. They are not of good quality.
👤The cheap plastic pedals on my fat folding ebike broke one day without warning. After searching for a decent replacement, I found these pedals to be a great improvement over what I had before. I slip off the pedals less frequently now, so I don't have to worry about hitting the pedal on my leg. These fold to be 888-282-0465, which makes it easier to get my bike out of the trunk of my car. I don't worry about the pedals breaking, they are very sturdy, and I don't feel any give when using them. There is a I lost the black cap which protects the internal ball bearings, but after contacting the seller I received a full replacement. If I hadn't received this, I would buy these again and glue the cap in place as no other design seems to match this price point and feature set.
👤I have over 6000 miles on my ebike. These are the best folding pedals I've tried. The bearings don't loosen up. It looks like they will go the long way. Good surface that gives footing. Love them.
👤The plastic pedals on the folding ebike were worn out. I grabbed the same amount of money. I hunted non folding peddles. Not folding for transport height was painful. The folding was better than expected. There is a Glue was the first thing I did. Goop or Silicone avoids that negative thing. There is a I like the fact that the finger pincher release is easier than the etal wiggle in and out, palm pop plastic bits that come with it. There is a If you have plastic folding pedals, you should work them now to avoid down time later. Cheap upgrade.
5.Durable: High Strength aluminum alloy have durable flat pedals for mountain bike pedals, road bike pedals, bmx pedals, exercise bike pedals, fixie bike pedals, folding bike pedals. STURDY & DURABLE. The nylon fiber surface has shock-proof and abrasion resistance. There are great grips. The anti-skid nails on each side give you more security on the pedals. Even if they are covered in mud after a muddy ride, you don't worry about your feet slipping off the pedals. The wide platform and lightest pedals with high speedDU bearings improve pedaling efficiency. CR-L for left and CR-R for right are easy to install. The bicycle pedals are sealed to protect them from water and dust which can cause noise and other problems. The standard 9/16" is 888-282-0465 for BMX, Mountain Bike, hybrid bike, Old School, cruiser, Cyclocross Bike, Dirt Jumper, Folding Bike, Road Bike- Touring, Track Bike, Unicycle, Urban Bike - Fixed gear.
👤My bike was manufactured in 1994. There is a The original pedals were replaced with these. These pedals are very durable. There is a They broke while pedaling up a hill after only two months. I ride my bike to and from work about 20 miles a week. There were no crashes or crazy off-roading. There is a The Rock Bros website states that the warranty is only a month. I wish I'd invested the money in something better.
👤There is an update on November 6th, 2020. I snapped my left pedal after hitting a small drop onto a slope. I bruised my foot. I don't think I broke my foot. Oh boy, it does smart. I sent the manufacturer an e-mail. I'm not going to hold my breath and hope they provide some sort of support. I ride mostly cross country. Every 10 miles, my ride has 1 jump. I'm pretty disappointed that these broke like this after a long time of mellow use.
👤The product is a great price. It is almost impossible to slip off of your shoes when they bite into them. There is a If your pedals hit your shin during a mistake, you will know it. That is your fault. I will be buying more bikes from them.
👤The pedels are very sweet. The grip is very good out of the box. Time will tell how long the pegs will last. There are replacements in the box and I haven't experienced a slip even in muddy conditions. I saved money on a very similar pedal by purchasing these over the Chester's. There is an update. It's been 7 months since these pedal's were last used and they're still going strong with no problems and the awesome grip has held up with no missing pins. A friend of mine had problems with his flat pedals after only one season of riding, so I bought him a set. Highly recommended.
👤The pedals on my bike were plastic, and I do a lot of mountain biking off the beaten path. I destroyed them quickly. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a replacement. These are both functional and durable, and I took a chance on them. They are worth the money, will endure punishment, and will keep your feet on the pedals.
👤A friend of mine told me that he has less trouble with plastic than with metal in the cold. We will see how well they hold up in the cold Canadian winter. I was a little concerned about the bearing quality before purchase, but was pleasantly surprised when they got here. It was very nice, no play, no grab, and it was smooth. I was impressed by their light weight. These pedals are not much heavier than my spd's, and I'm a clipless guy in the summer. There is a The spikes on the pedal surfaces grab your shoes and don't let go. The pedals don't slip when I ride and I wear your basic hiking boots. I have to lift my foot off the pedal to get my footing back. They have a few extra spikes in case. There is a The pedals have been good for me. I can see how the bite will be worse than the bark with these puppies. See what I did there! There is a The RockBros pedals are great for the price. I don't know how they will hold up in the cold. It is a single word.
If you want to change your riding stance, you can use Pe Sandy bike pedal extenders. They will do just as well on long journeys. The reflective strips on the sides of the pedal help you stay visible. There are 1/2 and 9/16" adapters included. The pedal is lightweight and durable. Attaching to almost any bicycle.
👤One pedal was smooth and the other had rough bearings. I liked the look of the pedals. My bike is made of polished aluminum. I sent them back to see if I could get lucky with both pedals. They won't last long if they are out of the box. I'm not the only one who's discovered this issue. Let's see what happens with the replacement set. The replacement pedals were received today. The bearing was not perfect but I can live with them. I really like the red finish on this pedal, it's one of the few that I can modify to use my toe clips. If the pedal fails, I will replace the bearings. I can live with it even though it isn't perfect. The ratings are being upgraded to 2 stars instead of the initial one star rating.
👤They need to go back after getting these. They look great from the start. The quality of the product is not apparent until the beginning when the bearings are rough. They do not move. If they made the bearings like golf balls, it would feel like that. I added some lube to see if they break in. They have to go back if not. I don't understand why a company with such nice pedals would allow them to sell with terrible bearings. This is a weakness that can lead to early wear and failure.
👤The pedals are light and flat. They seem to have good bearings. I like them a lot. You need a narrow wrench to remove the old pedals. I use an inexpensive wrench that I ground down to reach. It works well for other things as well. There is a These might not be the ones for you if you like a lot of gripping surface on your pedals. They have small cast nubs that provide traction around town, but not for tough off-road riding. There is a The price was great. They are doing well for me. I would buy them again.
👤If you needed a basic pedal to beat up, the pedal would be fine. The pedal won't spin freely after unpackaging them because of the rough bearings on the lugs. I wanted to put toe cages on the front. The way the pedals are designed will not allow that. If you want to place toe cages there, the orange reflectors will not allow you to because the pedal metal protrudes beneath them.
👤These pedals are made of metal. These are a good replacement for the plastic pedals that my mongoose came with. I put these on after my plastic pedals broke and they seem to be holding up. I can't understand why they don't include these pedals on their bikes. The colored plastic Pedals don't hold up.
👤The mongoose fat tire bike had the 9/16” adapters.
👤These are great. If you want to upgrade the pedals on your mongoose bike, they have a good weight and feel strong. The other reviews put them in a bad light.
Feel free to contact if you have any questions. Their priority is your satisfaction. Hikenture mountain bike pedals are almost as lightweight as normal nylon pedals, and they are made of metal. Their biking pedals are made of high strength aluminum alloy and weigh only 0.75 lbs. SMOOTH RIDING: ADVANCED SEALING. Their road bike pedals are designed with sealed bearings that protect the spindles from water and dust, so you can enjoy cycling whenever you want. The feet are locked in with a wide platform with 16 anti-skid pins, which makes riding your bike easier. The spikes on their bike pedals allow them to grip your shoes nicely and prevent your feet from dropping even when you ride at a fast pace. L for left and R for right are easy to install. You need the 9/16 inch screw thread for BMX, MTB, Road Bike, hybrid bike, Old School, Cruiser, Commuter Bike, Dirt Jumper, Folding Bike, City Bike- Touring, Track Bike, Unicycle and Urban Bike. Adding more COMFORT with WIDE PLATFORM is needed. The bmx bike pedals are designed with anodic oxidation and unique CNC paint on the surface, which adds to their wear-resistance and will offer more riding comfort thanks to it's thin platform.
👤I bought these pedals to give my bike a better platform, grip and style. They have 6mm allen keys to help install them. I added a video about this. I like that they don't spin very quickly, which is fine for me, I prefer that, regardless of efficiency losses. I like that they have metal pins, but I don't think I'll replace them soon. I'm happy with the quality of them. The engraving and finish look good. This is advertised as a mountain pedal, which I don't agree with. The OneUp pedals have twice the number of pins and are wider. These pedals are not like that. They will be perfect for my commute. The pins won't ruin my shoes. Can't wait to get more biking time on them.
👤Nice pedals. I wanted them to look like my 1970s Schwinn. They look cool. There is a lot of detail, including graphics that are etched into the metal. The colors look nice from far away. These are a decent platform for my foot. I am a size 10 1/2. These are fine. The color and graphics are the best feature.
👤So far, I'm really impressed, they look amazing. I believe the same pair of bikes is owned by FITBIKECO. It sells for over $60. I would buy as many of these pedals as possible and sell them for a profit if I had more money. I like working on bikes. I've been focusing on my bike lately. A bike race in 2016 "oil slick" or "jet fuel" is the color I was attracted to. 2 issues were caused by this. The bikes stock color was not a good match. The issue was solved. I painted the bike. The parts that come in Oil Slick are very expensive. I've been able to get a few items because they are on sale. I was able to get these at a discounted price. I'm very happy that I killed them.
👤Better than expected. These exceeded our expectations, not that we were expecting a low quality pedal. My wife is not comfortable running clipless pedals while building a Gravel bike. All of our bikes are built to be light and efficient. My wife noticed on the first spin that the pedals were very lightweight, easy to install, and had a good grip. I have already recommended these to a few mountain bikers and gravel riders. Excellent value!
👤The pedals fit my bike perfectly. If you're used to installing pedals with a pedal wrench, these aren't for you. The spindles are round so they use a key. The only issue I have found is that the spikes are not as good as other mountain bike style pedals, you have to shift your feet a little to get the spikes to stay on. The rainbow oil slick look is what I love.
👤The pedals look great with my bike. They are wide enough to pedal. You can't go wrong with this purchase.
👤Grease was yellow and dried up, regreased with synthetic park tool grease, no improvement in spinning freely. This is the highest friction pedal I have ever used, sealed bearings will not spin fast like loose ball bearings. They look nice, but you pay for it.
It's suitable for commute, recreational riding, BMX, cruiser bicycle, kids' bikes, road, bicycles, mountain bicycles, junior bicycle, city bicycle, etc. The left and right fingers. To make it easy to install, they divided the pedals on the left and right with signs. International standard 9/16 inch screw thread is used for BMX, Mountain Bike, hybrid bike, Old School, cruiser, Commuter Bike, Dirt Jumper, Folding Bike, Road Bike- Touring, Track Bike, Unicycle, Urban Bike. Light weight and resilience are important. The mountain bike pedals weight only 0.66 lbs and are sealed to protect the spindles from water and dust. The bike flat pedals were made with aluminum alloy material, giving you a sense of security, no matter how rough the terrain is. A wide form and a tight one. The platform pedals support the foot more evenly and provide a more comfortable riding experience. It's perfect for shoes under US 12. The anti-skids spikes on the mountain bike pedals give you a good grip, and the studs on the shoes prevent them from sliding off. Ultra spherical bearings. The chrome-molybdenum steel material is stronger than ordinary steel and has better load-bearing performance. It is more durable and anti-corrosion because of the carbon fiber outside of the spindle. The noise of the road bike pedals is mitigated by the gasket design. The outer surface of the bearing in the middle is protected by aluminum alloy. Rock Bros guarantees a risk-free purchase. They will give you a full money back if you have any questions. If their product doesn't live up to your expectations, you can get your money back. Their highest priority is your satisfaction.
👤I wanted to get some red blink for refreshing my bikes color scheme, and thought to give those a try, as I have used Rockbros pedals before. I was happy. I like the toned-down styling of the aluminum pedal designs. I think Rockbros did a better job of going for a simple design than most of the competition. The pedals came in a simple box, looked sleek and the anodizing was consistent, matching most red-accents already on my bike. I did not like the way the studs were made. The rounded e-torx head doesn't provide enough bite to the inverted tox bolts, which they used to thread through the pedal for the point of contact with your shoe. It's not as good as Rockbros' own pedals, or the Raceface Chesters they've "borrowed" from, or Cranbrothers' Stamps, all of which use the sharper, smaller in diameter. For casual riding, it might be good enough for most customers, but for more aggressive riding, tricks like bunny hops, endos, and other things where you need to pull up on your flat pedal are more slippery than the more conventional designs. The basis for a great pedal at an amazing price is there, should they choose to update their studs, or alternatively provide two sets in the box, one for those that wish for a more aggressive stud, and one as-is. Most people won't have an e-torx wrench to remove the "blunt" set.
👤Do not buy this product. I put them on before going camping. I had no issues when I rode the bike at home. The left pedal starts wobbling after 30 minutes on the ride. The threads on my crank were chewed up by the pedal. I cross threaded it, but it was tight at first. I found the real problem after I got the pedal out. The L pedals threads are cut at an angle in the picture. The were made wrong. The pedals threads are straight. The threads on my crank were toast when I saw the problem after I put my weight on it, even though it appeared tight. I am on my trip and my bike is finished, it is very disappointing.
👤The pedals broke on the second ride. They stopped spinning on the spindle on the second ride, which made pedaling almost impossible on one side. Took off the predal on the side of the trail and couldn't see anything wrong. The pedals fell off when you put them back on. The bike was limp and I wouldn't recommend this pedal.
👤The quality of the pedals is decent. I put about 250 miles on them in just over a month and they have held up well. I like that they are very thin. The pedal can slide by about a quarter of an inch because the nut on the right pedal was removed recently. I think that this will allow dirt to get inside and wear down bears/seals. My rating is 2 stars, but I will reconsider if the seller can provide a replacement pedal or nut.
