TREATED with the most effective anti-OXIDANTS for anti-wear and corrosion will help reduce wear on your drive-train. It is an excellent choice for all types of riding conditions. A perfect divider for a wide variety of cycling component applications.
👤It's so good with it. My bicycle is stored in my office during the day and in my studio apartment overnight because it has a very stinky burnt-plastic smell. Both places smell horrible. I have to burn candles at home because people have stopped coming into my office. If your bike is stored in a garage, you should not have any problems. I gave the bottle away to someone else because I was 5 feet away from my bike for most of the day.
👤Three bikes with the same setup. Each is ridden 10 miles per day by the same person. They have experienced a wide range of weather. Every 70 miles they were cleaned and lubed. I wiped the excess oil off after cleaning. I wiped the excess oil off before they were ridden. I rubbed my fingers together and ran my finger over each chain to get a feel for the amount of damage. I don't see a noticeable improvement in wear or grit. I can measure wear with an 8 inch caliper. It is a good lube, it is a little harder for me to apply, and it is more expensive than what I currently use.
👤I used the ECO-X Bio-Based Lube after cleaning my chain. I applied and did not have a problem. It is easy to apply on the chain. I didn't use it on any other components because I wanted to see how it works on the drive-train. The ride was 40 miles in the hills and flats. The drive-train was pretty quiet and I listened to see if there was any noise. I will try it again on the next ride.
👤The product is a bicycle chain Lub. The product was on its way. If I had issues, it gave me a link to contact. That's the way to go. The product is good. I put my chain on my bike. It held up well. I rode my bike on a dry, crushed-stone trail for 2.5 hours and on a wet, paved trail for 2.5 hours. The bike got dirty, but the chain is still clean. There is a The lub could have been thinner. It could have been placed in a bag and not in the box. Is it a good idea to buy it again? Yes.
👤There is a strong smell of burning rubber.
👤This is good. Highly recommended. After a few rides, I use a small amount on the chains of my bikes. I clean the chain to make sure the oil doesn't stick to the chain. This product is easy to use.
👤This is great. It's hot and humid here, and this stuff still powers through. Even though my bike is basic and a bit worn, this helps make the ride a lot smoother and keep me from having to maintain the bike so much.
👤The Bike Lube is green. Cyclists want the environment we live in to stay that way. This product is a great value and less toxic than traditional lubes. I would buy again.
The cleaning kit can be used as a daily household cleaning tool. The bike cleaner has an ease of use; it cleans dirt, Clay, and chain soils quickly. Two rust and oxidation inhibitors protect metal surfaces from flash rusting and five unique cleaning agents create high speed cleaning effect. The bio-cleaning material does not contain any of the chemicals that can damage the environment. Once exposed to common soil-bornebacteria, more than 60% of PRODUCT's base oils will degrade. The air regulatory board in California is carbon compliant and free of hazardous air pollutants.
👤I've been looking for a good bike wash for a long time. My bike was getting dirty with water spots all over the fenders and frame from riding in the rain and mud, but this bike wash made my bike shine like new after just one quick wash! There is a The bike wash was easy to apply, you just spray it all over, scrub it around, and rinse it off. I kept it off my handlebars and gear shift just in case, because the manufacturer says you can use it on everything. I focused on my chain, frame, and fender as they were the dirtiest. The soap made a difference, it washed away all the dirt on my chain, and the frame and fender sparkled in the sunlight after it dried. When my bike gets dirty, I will definitely use this bike wash again. My bike looked fresh from the assembly line after this wash. Make sure to care for your bike parts after you wash them, like putting a lubricating agent on the chain and cassette, and checking your brakes.
👤It's nice that this stuff foams up when sprayed on the bike. It doesn't really cut grease. It would be fine if it was just to loosen the dirt. If you're degreasing, cleaning, and re-lubing your chain, and riding your bike outside, you're going to end up with a lot of dust on the frame. My brother said that he uses furniture polish to clean and protect, and that it also cleans better. I tried it. He's correct.
👤I've used this bike wash on both my bikes and it works great. The spray bottle version doesn't have a more diffuse "mist" setting, and the spray setting that is available doesn't spread the product out as well as it could, so I probably end up using more bike wash than necessary. Looking into replacing a spray bottle. If you keep the gallon jug upright, it's fine, but it's probably not going to ship the way you think. In my case, Amazon took a box marked "This Side Up" and put it into a larger box. The seal on the jug was partially torn apart by the cleaner when it was tipped on it's side in transit. The jug is sealed in a plastic bag to keep it from leaking. There was a little mess to deal with and a cup of cleaner wasted because of the leak or the cleaner eating through the bag.
👤Works like a champion. Was impressed. Normally I use soapy water, but this time I was wrong. It scrubs while you wait. Grab a rag and wipe it off. It's very easy to wipe it clean and rinse it with water. Small dents are taken off. Tired of bike lock scratches. This might work. There are a lot of uses. I was worried about how long this would last, but it seems to be holding up great, I have more than one bottle left. Good value. There is a I am not sure about the pink color, but I like it.
The bicycle cleaning brush tool has 8 pieces. Attach the cleaner to the chain and use the pedal to turn it. The bicycle has to be elevated or flipped over in order to work. Different brush fits for different parts of the bike, it can remove dirt from hard to reach areas. The chain cleaning process is very simple. Put the chain scrubber under the bike chain, hold the chain scrubber with the left hand, and turn the pedal in the counterclockwise direction for cleaning. The cleaning kit can be used as a daily household cleaning tool.
👤The bicycle chain cleaner is the only item I don't like. The internal parts fell out when I opened it. It worked when I reassembled it, but I would probably buy one from a park tool store.
👤The tools in this kit are pretty good, but they are hit or miss. I can get my tires looking brand new with some soapy water and the tire brush is excellent. The chain cleaner is very small compared to the Park Tool model, but it seems to be doing a good job. The cassette cleaners work well, but the Park Tool or Muc Off cleaners seem to be better for the body. The microfiber mitt, brushes, and pipe cleaner are what you can expect from the price. They are good, but over time they lose their structure, and the mitt has begun to fall from the inside out. Many of the items are great and exceed my expectations. If you are looking for a decent cleaning kit for your bike, I would recommend it to you.
👤The kit contains a lot of tools to clean your bike. The bike chain cleaning tool was the main reason I got it. It did not have instructions on how to assemble. I was able to figure it out but it kept falling apart and I didn't get the chain clean I wanted it to. There is a tool to clean every part of your bike.
👤I wanted to get a new set of brushes, but thought it would be better to get the kit instead of the one with only brushes, since it was only a couple bucks more. I'm happy I did because it works so well so far. The tire brush is something I like to use, I spin my bike on my maintenance stand and hold the brush against it. There is a The other brushes seem to last at this price point. There is a The thin tool used to clean leaves and debris from the cassette is very helpful for me to get stuck in there. I might try to thin it out by rubbing it on a sheet of sand paper. There is a The chain washer doesn't retain the inner mechanisms when you open it. If you need to clean gunk out of it, it's good, but it would have been nicer if they had some sort of deterrent to keep them. I wish the arrow pointing to which way the top sides off was larger and more prominent, but now that I know it is there, I know to look for it and see which way it slides off. There is a If a few simple gears that are easy to put back in don't scare you off from the gear washer, this kit is a great value. I'll report back if my views change, but I think I'll get my money's worth out of these tools before I break them.
👤I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tools I bought, even though I was hoping the chain cleaner would be effective. The nylon brushes in the kit proved to be effective, as the tools in the kit are made of hard plastic. The microfiber hand cloth is nice. The chain cleaner worked well. There is a If you bought these pieces separately, you will find them three times the cost. A kit to clean your bike. I don't usually write reviews, but this kit needed to be applauded.
Even in coastal salt-air conditions, it protects your bike's drive train. The package has dimensions of 2.0 cm L x 6.5 cm W and 14.5 cm H. OutDOOR regeneration product Canada is the country of origin. The package weight is 3.4 lbs.
👤I was skeptical of an 'e-bike' lube, but was having issues with our electric cargo bike and keeping the chain effectively lubed. The lube I use for my regular bikes would not last for two days before the cargo bike chain would begin to creak. It didn't handle the higher loads well. The chain is smooth and silent after I put this lube on. Absolutely worth it.
👤I use this for a 75lb e bike. I live in a mountainous area and have a lot of hills to climb which can cause more tension on the chain but this has performed well. You should clean your chain at regular intervals. I think this chain lube is a good value for the price. You can use it on any bike chain. I have put over 1,000 miles on the chain with this. It is still going strong with minimal wear. It's hard to beat that!
👤E bike oil is better than regular chain oil. This is rated for more strength. You will notice a difference in oil longevity. If you get an e bike, you probably won't regret it.
👤I thought I would try this on my Levo. The cost is comparable to non-ebike products. Even though I apply and wipe off the excess, it builds up a gummy layer on my other mountain bikes. There is a The thin coating on this ebike lube doesn't gunk up so much. It seems to hold up well, but for me it takes 30 miles to apply a maintenance drop to each link. I've been using it in both dry and wet conditions and it's quiet and smooth. It smells good too.
👤The ebike chain has higher stress due to the mid drive motor. My mechanic recommended this lube after I completely wore through a Brose (560w) drivetrain in 300 miles. Next chain lasted 1000 miles. The chain is still within tolerance after 1000 miles of use. It is almost dry and does not attract much dust.
👤I use the procedure in "Zen and the Art of MTB Maintenance" to keep my e-bike chain clean. I clean the chain every 100 miles. I've done it three times and the fourth is a few days away.
👤The Finish Line e-Bike Chain Lube is not a product that will provide smooth gear shifting on my ebike. I had never heard of a loud clunk with bike lubricants. I applied the lube to the chain and it was a mess. The product I used created a mess and much more than other lubes, even though I expected some drips on the floor. With the clunking noises, there's nothing that will convince me that this is a quality product for my ebike.
👤I didn't think I would like it. I do. It smells like orange oil. I clean my bike when I get back from the trail. I can use this stuff and a rag to clean my bike. It smells good. I keep my bike clean.
👤There is a dedicated lube for e bikes.
It's suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes, cycling bikes, mtb, etc. Delightful cleaner and tailer. You can keep your bike riding and looking new by using daily pre or post ride clean ups. 3 advanced formulas are in one bottle and can be sprayed on or wiped off. A layer of ceramic protection that sheds dirt, water, and contaminants for easier maintenance and regular deep-cleanings is what the ceramic Si02 technology is. There is a true waterless application. Keep lubricated components for a true waterless application. You can spray on the contaminated surfaces and wipe them off with a microfiber towel. It's a casserole comparable. Will extend the life of the PELLI Ceramic Protect coating.
Friction and wear are reduced. Wear and reduce Friction.
👤You need duct tape and dry lube. It goes on wet. It goes into cracks and crevices, but then it dries up and leaves a type of grease where it is needed to reduce friction. Does that explain it? I hope so. This stuff works like a light oil, but it doesn't. This stuff can be used on car door key locks, hinges, and front door key holes. It works great. Use a rubber band around the can to keep that red straw. To hold stuff together, use duct tape and dry lube.
👤I absolutely love this product. I used to work in the car business and we had a similar product for components that we didn't want to collect dust. Works great on patio door tracks. If you apply too much product, wipe it off. The carpenter tricks are spraying this on the table saw bottom plate. You will not believe how much better you will be. I do a lot of carpentry and use this all the time.
👤Can't recommend this. Can't speak to how well it works, but as my title says, spray goes all over the place, even with the provided nozzle attached, and stays white. Imagine spending an hour detailing and cleaning your bike and then spraying it on your chain, and having it go everywhere with a white spatter? I'll keep using it, but not on my bike, or anything else, since I don't want it messed with.
👤This stuff is amazing. The drawers of the buffet were stuck and swollen. The handles were removed because I was hoping to paint it. I tried to get the drawers out for a long time, but I found this stuff in Amazon. I was able to open the drawers after squirting it in around the drawer edges with the straw attachment and using a thin blade. It is worth the money and some. I am very pleased with this and recommend it.
👤This product is amazing. I had to use two hands to open the drawers on the larger one because it was bought to be next to a bed. I tried all the old-fashioned tricks of wax paper, candle wax, and bees wax, but nothing made the drawers easier to open. I learned about B'laster when I searched online. I ordered it on Amazon. My husband thought I was crazy when it arrived, but he was funnier when I wanted to try it out. It was great! With one hand, the drawers all slide out. Don't waste time with wax, buy B'laster.
👤This stuff is off the charts. I sprayed my window track. This is a metal sliding window that sounds like you're grinding something every time you open it. I had to stop the track because I was afraid of breaking the window. I went looking for other windows and sliding doors because it worked so well. My car is next. Then my neighbors' houses... Excellent product!
👤This is a great spray for sliding patio doors. The area of the track should be cleaned thoroughly and then sprayed. Some doors have small plugs at the bottom that pop out for you to spray the adjusting screws inside, which prevents them from rusting and seizing up. In damp climates, use every month or so. To avoid dust and dirt build up, be sure to use this kind of spray.
The 16 oz size has a sprayer. It's easy to use. The cleaner is powerful enough to help remove embedded grease and grime that can cause component wear or damage. The bike cleaner is safe for all bike surfaces. Your bike should look the same as it did the day you bought it. A clean bike is fast. There is something for every type of bike. The products of the WD-40 BIKE are there to keep your gears clean. The testing of the Specialist Bike products was done by internal and 3rd party scientists. The community was approved. At local bike events around the globe, the WD-40 BIKE sets up hands-on wash stations. They provide riders of all levels an opportunity to engage with each product for essential bike maintenance when they visit and set up shop.
👤I was skeptical about using this product, but after using it, I'm a believer. I sprayed the solution on the chain and let it sit for a while. I washed it off with water. The components were of good quality. I was very happy with the result. It was recommended to all my biking friends.
👤It doesn't melt dried on mud without some scrubbing, and requires a quick towel to dry. The bike is clean. I had to use a bit of the bottle to clean the bike. A spray head with a wider cast might have worked better.
👤This is very easy to use. I use this to keep my mountain bike clean. Just spray it on wait a few and then wash it with water.
👤When sprayed, the foams are good. The motorcycle cleaning is very effective at dissolving the nasty bugs. Like it.
👤This product is great and I have used it 3 times already.
👤I used other bike degreaser and cleaner from other brands, but it was not as good as the stuff I have been using, but it works.
👤LA BOTELLA LLEGO CON DERRAME DEL LIQUIDO, es un UNICO DETALLE. LIMPIADOR
The most used cycling lubrication is in the world. It was made using the highest quality ingredients. Greatly reduces bearing and drivetrain wear. A wet-style lube that stays wet for maximum performance in wet weather and long distances. For pedaling over long distances. Quiet and smooth, great for racing. The chemistry is patented.
👤I think it works. I don't see much difference between wet chain lubes and dry chain lubes. I've used every one of them. There is a property that tends to vary product to product. It drips off your chain. Too thick. It doesn't sink into the links. Finish Line's product excelled here. It is in the right spot. It soaks in nicely but doesn't leak. My chains always look great after a quick wash. Would buy again. * The product works exactly as advertised, the fit/finish is what you'd expect from a good value product, and it ships in retail packaging. The product works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what you'd expect, it might have a minor flaw, or it ships in undisclosed non-retail packaging. Product works great but differs from description, so I would change a few things. It's barely works but can be useful if you try 1 STAR. It is a waste of money if it is useless and does not perform its intended function.
👤This stuff is amazing. My ebike has a day and night difference. I use an Ultrasonic cleaner first. You will have a clean and smooth drivetrain when you apply this lube. After the initial application, it stays clean and you can keep applying lube until you feel the chain needs another deep clean.
👤I haven't received my ceramic wet jug yet. It is being delivered at the end of the review. Here is my opinion on this product. I am familiar with "Ceramic Technology" because I use ceramic cartridge bearings in all of my wheel hubs, rear derailleur pulley wheels and any component that I use on my "Custom Built" black 2012 Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent. When I saw that there was a lube with "Ceramic" properties added in it, it was a "NO BRAINER" for me. My regular wet lube does the same thing on my Wipperman 10-speed "Gold/Brass" colored chains as it does on my (3) Wipper, and I am waiting on my Wipper. The Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent is a "Black" color and I called it "The Black Widow" so I decided to set it up with the Wipperman Connex. Since the last review of this product, the Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent requires at least three 114 link chains for the "Drivetrain". My personal evaluation is here. This is the best lube for the Chaina and Drive system. My experience with my drive system was that it was more Quartier/less noisier and did not need a lot of lubrication. I use a Syringe that is designed for filling printer ink cartridges, and I also use a drop of lube on the chain and on my other component on my Trike. The Finish Line Wet Ceramic was easy to clean off of my hands and Trike/Recumbent components. After every ride, I wash and lubricate my Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent, so that it is ready for the next ride. I get comments from other Cyclists on how clean my rig is. The Finish Line Wet Ceramic Lube is light and not heavy like other lubes on the market and it does exactly what it is advertised to do. I highly recommend this lacing for any cyclist who likes to keep their bikes in tip top shape.
No-WAX FORMULA. Chain life for your bike can be extended with the help of the All Conditions Chain Lube. The formula won't build up inside the chain links or the drivetrain. You can ride in both dry and wet conditions with chains. A squeeze bottler of a wet-style cleaner. Penetrates and cleaning out old lube and contaminants is easy. You're ready to ride when you apply the chain when it's dry or dirty. It's perfect for cyclists and bikes that are put into storage. Commuters and recreational cyclists who want a quick one-step clean and lube formula.
👤I have to say that this stuff works well for me. I did very little scrubbing in the before and after photos I took. When I clean my mountain bike, I don't go for showroom quality. I used a toothbrush and some cleaner to get around the cassette. I used a rag on the chain. After cleaning around the chain, I spray a light coat on it. It is easy to keep track of and only one bottle.
👤I ride about 300 miles a month. I don't believe in a 1-step system when you combine two functions that are different. I usually use a chain scrubber filled with Simple Green liquid degreaser and Rock n Roll lube to finish it off. I decided to try the 1-step cleaner to see if it works. The chain scrubber didn't pick up all the leftover dirt. It acts like a water jet that blasts away all the dirt and debris, leaving the chain like new. I don't think it can match the lubrication of Rock n Roll, but it's pretty darn good if I have to compare it to this item. I followed the instructions and applied a second coat. I'm very happy with this product. I would apply the Rock n Roll lube as a second layer every couple hundred miles if I added this to my usual cleaning routine. I don't have to use the Rock n Roll every time. This item takes care of all the work in a single step.
👤Don't buy if you're warned. The cap is proof that it is a child. The cap instructions are formed in the cap and not a sticker, so it is my fault. I have to take the chain off because I broke the spray nozzle neck. The whole purpose of this product was lost. I don't know if it's a good product yet. If you squeeze first, it's not hard to get off the cap.
👤This isn't as good as cleaning your gear. If you aren't going for perfectness, it's much simpler and saves time. Make sure to wipe off the excess lube with some small brushes. It should be mostly dry.
👤The product is good, but the nozzle sprays too much. A comparable can of WD-40 does not. If you are trying to use it on a bicycle chain, it is a waste. The chain is flooded. There is a The cap is almost impossible to remove. You can either leave it off or use a razor blade to cut down the plastic cap so it doesn't grab the can as hard. There is a The delivery system sucks because the liquid inside is great.
👤It's quick and easy to maintain your drivetrain. I spray this stuff on after I rise the grit off. The pedals are going around smoothly. There is a It can cause black sludge to accumulate on your chainrings for several hours, so be careful where you store your bike.
👤I use my bike to commute. The bike is especially hard in the winter with all the ice, water, chemicals, dirt and salt. I use White Lightning Wash & Shine to clean the bike and then follow it up with a lubricating agent. I dripped a few drops of this into the shackles and the NY Standard U-lock opened and closed like new.
This product is a must have for any fisherman. Wd-40 Penetrant with Flexible Straw. There was a total of 13 Oz. You can get access to hard-to-reach jobs with an attached 8-Inch Flexible Straw. Rust-Busting Actions Penetrates Into Tight Crevices. To break the bonds that are stuck together. It helps prevent Rust and Corrosion from forming again. Fast-Acting Formula Works On Contact With Extra Penetrating Blu Torch Technology. Universal Fit is the type of fit.
👤We recently moved into a new home and the number of doors was crazy. After the problem returned, we needed to do some research. I was surprised thatWD-40 isn't for doors with the squeak from friction, but for rusty doors. This stuff worked like a dream, made no mess, and has been solid for 3 months so far. There is a It's true that the is truly free of drips. The doors have been closed silently for 3 months. The only things needed for the clean up were 5 doors and a paper towel. The only con is that it shouldn't be breathed in. This is listed on the can, and is common sense. If you hold your breath, you should be fine.
👤40 years ago, this stuff should have been designed. Every lubrication problem is solved by it. Except for very sensitive personal areas. Not recommended.
👤A trip to Home Depot was saved. If you want to have something on the shelf above your work bench, you should have some w-40, some loctite, 2 motor oil, and now this WD-40 Gel. I like this stuff. I spray down my tools. If you never used. You can get a small sample can that is attached to a new purchase.
👤I put this stuff on the door hinges and locks around the house, including the rusty gated door that never seemed to close properly. They are smooth and easy to close with. My dogs are not allowed to run out into the streets on the gate's door. If someone forgets to close the gate, the weight of the gate itself is enough to make sure it shuts. You get a good amount as well. I have used it for everything. Little is not enough.
👤This stuff works well on the garage door opener. No drips. Would definitely recommend.
👤This works better for patio doors. I have dogs that go in and out all the time. The other one gets sticky and the fur gets stuck in the door. The spray does not have a sticky substance. I sprayed it last month and haven't had to redo it. I will use this for the rest of my life.
👤This product has been in my life for a long time. Finally... A mild foam stays put. Difficult lock or latch? Squeaky door hinges? Does it all?
👤I sometimes get frustrated with the thin products that are dripping where I don't want them to drips. This product mostly solved that. I like it for door hinges because I can spray it on and work it into the hinge without fear of it dripping all over the painted surfaces of the door. A million other uses as well. I still use the regular spray silicone lube from WD-40, but I think most homeowners should have a can of this product around for special situations. Highly recommended.
Greatly reduces bearing and drivetrain wear. Boeshield is great for use in a lot of things. It is safe on any metal surface, plastic, or vinyl. Penetrates moving parts and wipes out dirt and old lubricating oils. It is a thin, waxy film that clings to metal for months.
👤The way it works is great, but each of the last two cans I have purchased have stopped spraying very soon after use. A can of spray that lasts for less than 10% of the contents is too much money. I need to find an alternative. I contacted the company that makes Boeshield. They were great to deal with. I was told to put the cans in the water for an hour. It was perfect. There are no more issues. There is a The original products were replaced by the company. The company and product were excellent. I highly recommend.
👤I use T-9 on my band saw, table saw and drill pres tables in my garage wood shop. It was easy to use, just spray and wipe. You have to clean the tables first because it does not deep clean. It did a good job of protecting as you don't use the equipment. Great product for long term storage. It doesn't hold up to multiple uses when it's on the table. The can nozzle broke after 3 uses. I've tried calling the customer service number on the can, but it always goes to voicemail. They don't return phone calls. There are many reviews with similar complaints about packaging. I'm not sure if this needs to be aerosol. Atrigger sprayer is probably better. I don't recommend and won't buy it back. There is an update. Boeshield reached out via e-mail after I posted the review. I called them. The guy on the phone was the one who e-mailed me. He was very pleasant and asked for the code. He explained that they were trying to get all the bad cans out of the market and that it was a bad batches. He sent me a new can that arrived in 2 days. So far, so good. The product is great, but I only gave it 2 stars because of the can. I am going to upgrade to 5 stars for the product and one for the service because of the excellent customer service.
👤The description says it is drying to a thin wax and has a nice spray coming out of the can. Don't believe it. After shaking the can, the spray comes out as a coarse stream. It is impossible to get any kind of coverage on the object. I used a small brush to spread it out. There is a For the fun part. It never dries to a thin film. After the solvent smell goes away, I have a thick oily film that had to be wiped off a lot of a very irregular surface with lots of nooks and crannies. The same results can be obtained by spraying motor oil on anything that needs protection. If this is the way Boeing is making products, I can understand why they are crashing.
👤I've used it for many jobs. More of a wax in solvent than a dry teflon lube. I've used it on bicycle chains but it's much messier than applying normal chain wax in naptha. It works well for coating surfaces that things slide on. The sprayer nozzle is not working. I almost threw the can away because of the reviews. Warming the can will cause the wax in the spray nozzle to melt and it will work again. If you have a source of hot water, you can make it work. It's not very convenient to have to heat it up to use it, so the can should have this remedy printed on it.
