A bug screen and weather shield are included in the canopy to protect your child from the elements. The frame mounted rear bike seat is easy to assemble and compatible with seat post diameters from 25 to 32mm. 40 pound maximum weight is recommended for children 1+ and aPhillips screwdriver and wrench is needed for installation. The padded cross bar, leg restraints, and quick release harness offer added safety, while the footwells and headrests give you a custom fit for your child. Vented to prevent wind drag, custom comfort padding that supports their back, and the air cushion that lines the seat. The child seat is made with lightweight, polypropylene construction.
👤My child was saved by this product. A few days ago, I and my 2 year old son rode the bike. He was sitting behind me when a crazy guy in a bike broke into us. I had to have a surgery on my right shoulder after we all fell. My baby came out with a couple of minor injuries. Nothing! Even when the bike fell, he was still attached to the seat. He stopped crying when he did not have any injuries. There is a He is safe because of this product. Very good product. There is a Thank you!
👤I have yet to actually use the product, so this rating of 2 stars is still standing. I was compelled to alert other buyers after completing the install. I just received this product and ordered as a result of what appeared to be a reasonable price, well reviewed and recommended by Amazon. Installation and instructions were easy to understand. There is a I tightened the important mounting screw and it broke apart. Would it have broken if I had left it even a few turns looser? There is a I'm not a typical reviewer, but I want others to be warned. This is a very cheap fix and you can get a new screw at the hardware store. There is a I'm still optimistic as I know that others who made the purchase are satisfied. I'm going to make a fix and update it. Hope this wasn't too long and someone didn't know what to do. Thanks!
👤I love it! My kids love riding with me on my bicycle. Let's ride together!
👤I like this carrier. It's sturdy and holds my little men in there. I attached a shade from a car seat to make it perfect.
👤If you're short, don't buy the seat. The saddle needed to be 1.5 inches taller than I could ride at, to connect to the rack properly, and to keep the child seat level. This is a great seat for anyone over 5'6 and up. If you do a lot of dirt roads you may want to consider a seat with springs or shocks. If I was tall enough, I could fit Schwinn Candis women's 26 in. on my bike. A car.
👤I bought this after reading the reviews. The problem is more than a problem, it is the screws which attach the rear supports to the seat stays that are cheap steel and easy to remove. There is a The seat has two bars that are attached to the seat stays and are welded behind and beneath the seat tubes. I have done bicycle maintenance for decades and do most of my automotive maintenance. I am familiar with the requirements of bolts. The bolt is 10mm. It is almost impossible to attach this seat using an adjusted wrench as described in the directions, so I used my 14” drive ratchet. The screw was easily stripped from both sides after I applied normal effort to the wrench. I replaced the screws with hardware quality bolts and nuts and was able to Torque them down completely. The supports are secure now. I did not have the same experience when I Torqued the nuts that support the upper mounting brackets. The problem needs to be fixed by the manufacturer. Poor quality hardware is not acceptable on critical components.
The T-bar mounting system is patented. The center mount is for balance. Better view for small passengers. The maximum weight for most children is 17.2 kilograms / 38 lbs. Attaches and detaches in minutes.
👤I like this seat and my knees don't hit it like I was expecting. It is easy to ride with my Scott mountain bike. Michigan roads are a big problem and the seat specifically says not to use on rough terrain, which is concerning to me. I would probably keep the seat. I wish the back was a bit higher. It's not sure if it would be comfortable for little ones.
👤I wanted to have a bike seat for my baby. She was getting kicked in the dirt in the bike trailer. She didn't like being in it. I liked that I could have her by me. Installation of my mountain bike was easy. There isn't much room between my seat and the back of the iBert, so I had to lower my seat a little. I only have to widen my legs when peddling. If that's true, I'm 5'3". My daughter likes it! She liked that she was able to see what was happening and that she could hold onto the handle bars like she was crying. I don't think it compromises my balance. The low back makes the harness fit a little funny. She had no head support when she fell asleep. Her head was bobbing. We have the trailer with us, so it would be handy to bring it with you.
👤My toddler is very fond of riding in this. It is very easy to attach your bike to it. I have a beach cruiser that I can put my arms around and my legs don't hit it when I peddle. It makes it easy to balance your child's weight. There is a Some of the people who ended up buying their own ibert seat were neighbors.
👤I like it. My 2 year old loves it. A little awkward on it. I'm 5'8" and my legs go out a bit to fit the seat. I was hoping there would be no interference, based on the reviews. I like that I can interact with my daughter more than I would with a rear bike seat. I point out what's around us. She is on the front and I feel safer. I would buy this again. Attaching to a bike is easy. It's hard to keep the bike upright. You manage.
👤We still ride occasionally and it has been great, I loved having her in front of me and felt much more safe that way, even though I don't use it as much as I used to. It was priceless to talk to her while we rode. She is getting taller and taller as she gets older. It was a great buy and people would always ask me about it.
👤My husband installed this seat in less than an hour. She seems comfortable. I am not tall enough to stand on the bike without bumping her, so that's the only challenge. I expected that. I was glad we went for the front seat after debating over the back seat. I had a back seat that was not as good. Being able to see and talk to your baby is much nicer. She points to everything as we ride.
The InStep Take 2 double tow-behind bike trailer carrier is a great way to take your children for a ride. Performance, safety, and timeless style are provided by 16-inch pneumatic tires. A five-point harness and safety flag are required for your riders. The quick-release wheel and folding-frame design make assembly, storage, and transport easy. A bug screen and weather shield are included in the canopy to protect your child from the elements.
👤There is a huge word of caution. I called customer service because I was having trouble attaching the trailer to my bike. The customer service rep told me that the trailer is only intended for bikes with a wheel size of 26 or 888-282-0465, and that anything larger puts the trailer at great risk of tipping over. She emphasized this many times. The bike I was trying to put on was too large for the trailer safety requirements. I have not seen this information on any of the materials that came with the trailer, so be careful. The company knows that this product is dangerous on certain size bikes, so they've had complaints. I went to a big-box store to get a cheap mountain bike for this trailer because I had already ordered a cheaper trailer. I'm horrified to think that I may have put something I didn't know about, because I'm very happy with the trailer, it's easy to put together, folds up small to fit in the trunk of my car, my toddler is comfortable in it, and it The technical specifications of this product and the materials that come with it should be clear.
👤We love it! It was used weekly on trails at home. When your 3 year old gets tired from riding, you can strap him next to your 1 year old and put his bike in the rear cargo area.
👤Better tubes are needed. Love pulling the kids. It's easy to setup and hook up. Picked up a second bike mount so that I could swap it for another bike. You need a better supplier for your tire tubes. The tubes are bad and I have had it for 7 weeks. It's not easy to find small tubes. There is an edit. New tubes were sent by support and it was great. The problem is not the tubes. The TIRE pops off the rim and shreds the tube in some of the other pictures. I own many bikes. There is a ridge inside the rim where the tire bead holds in place. There is no ridge on the plastic rim. The tire is not in place. There is a I have to let others know that this design is unsafe. The company that supplied new tubes again responded quickly about the issue with the rims. No reply back. There is a The tire is secured on the rim. The tire will pop off if you hit something with force. Not good.
👤I want to love this, but there are some flaws that I have learned from the 4 days I've had it. I haven't driven my car in a while. I'm saving on gas, getting in shape and having my baby outside at the same time. I didn't know how much use this was going to get, but I want to do this all summer. I follow the directions very well, I never go fast, and I install it properly, I've done everything you are supposed to do by the manual. Pros: Doesn't feel heavy when pulling it. It's easy to set up light weight when it's raining proof. The cargo area has a decent amount of room. The seat is not very high quality, and even though you adjust it, it still falls down a little. I lost a couple small items I picked up at the store because I didn't realize that there are gaps in the bottom back corners. Do not ride on dirt roads. I had to stop taking my daughter out and carrying her a mile because the no suspension makes it a horrible disaster on dirt roads. My baby was shaking when I went down the dirt road. We were going so slowly. I immediately regretted my purchase after that moment. Half of our town is dirt roads. There is a I think it's good for occasional users but if you're going to do a lot of biking, you should get a nicer trailer and use the extra money to buy one with suspension.
You can see your child without stopping or turning around, and you can have a conversation without yelling. The child is right up front and they have a great view of everything. The material is tacky and stinky. The child seat is made of high-quality steel and metal. The maximum weight is 66 pounds. You are more reliable and safer when riding because of the overall sturdiness. The front mount bike child seat has a foldable design and is equipped with a quick installation wrench. It's easy to install. It can be put in a bag and carried with you after being disassembled and folded. Soft and convenient. The front mount bicycle seat, soft and comfortable saddle, handle with soft cover, andadjustable footrest are specially designed for children from 2 to 6 years old. The bottom support bar of the child seat can be stretched, and the stretched length and pedal installation method can be adjusted and installed with different types of bicycles. It's suitable for mountain bikes, hybrid bicycles, exercise bicycles, cruiser bicycles, and bicycles. City bicycles, folding bicycles, etc. Pack and service. If there are quality and installation problems, they will give you a satisfactory replacement for the items in the packing list.
👤The part is loose and could be a safety hazard.
👤This is a thing that I love. It's easy to install, solid and safe. My child loves this seat and refers to my bike as our bike now. I was worried that it wouldn't work on my beach cruiser, but I'm happy to report that it does! Excellent quality for a good price. It is 10/10 recommend.
👤I was disappointed that it didn't fit on my female mountain bike because it looked well-made and comfortable. I wish it made it clear that it only works on a male bike.
👤I bought this for our electric bike. After trying to adjust it, we realized it was the right seat for the electric bike and my toddler loves it.
👤It is easy to install. It is very safe and does the work. Great for my child.
👤It's easy to assemble and great to have. My child was very excited to ride with my mom. I would definitely recommend it.
👤Poor instructions, not sturdy, and cheaply made. Total waste of money! I bought them for my children. Not happy with the purchase.
👤This works well. It's easy to mount on my Huffy.
The aluminum alloy tube can carry a maximum weight of 55 lbs. You might get a couple of years of use out of it. The carbon steel pipe and aluminum alloy can carry a maximum weight of 60 kilogram. A thick cushion and mesh handrails absorb sweat. You can have a conversation without yelling and you can see your child without turning around. The child is right up front and they have a great view of everything. You can keep an eye on your child and the road at the same time with this bicycle front seat. It is easier to engage with your child in front of you if they are in front of you. The front-mounted bike seat is easy to attach and remove. It's applicable to mountain bikes and fitness bikes.
👤The seat is nice. It's not easy to install but once you try it, it's okay. My little one was fine. A better seat belt would have been helpful. You get that in every stroller, why not here?
👤Poor quality. There are holes drilled to the nuts. The plastic was cracked when I locked the lever. The child seat sits in the central tube. The seat is pushing onto my seat even though I installed it as far as I can. When my child wears the helmet, it gets pushed forward as the seat is back. The black cushion guard can't be used. The seat is wobbly even when it's installed correctly. Installation guide is not easy to understand.
👤A piece of garbage is dangerous. Don't buy this. This will damage your child's bike. I should have known better. My only hope is to help others avoid the same mistake.
👤I don't think a child is over 40 lbs. It would be safe. It is small.
👤Our first use with a baby. She cut her leg on the seat. There are several very sharp spots after the seat is installed. The seat is perfect. The position is correct.
👤It's made for a small child, but it's almost free sitting, so it's for a toddler.
👤The product came from China with poorly written instructions that don't make sense and seem cheap. I think it's just junk.
👤I had to add more bolts to keep the bike solid, but it worked for my son who has special needs.

👤This is the most amazing thing I have ever bought on Amazon. This is the answer to butt pain and I have to do a review. The seat cradles your butt. The seat I bought has a lot of foam in it. This one is not straight. I don't wear pants or shorts anymore. They didn't do much. I have been riding 17 miles a week for the past 3 weeks and it is pure joy.
👤The seat that came with the bike hurt my back after I rode it for over 30 minutes. I'm a woman, 5'10 and 170 lbs. For longer rides, I need comfort. The new seat is great. It's wide enough for my face. This saddle is very good. Thank you so much!
👤This saddle is very comfortable. I ride 13 miles one way to school and back 3 times a week so I am more than qualified to leave a noteworthy review. I was riding a saddle with springs. It wasn't bad until I started riding longer distances to school and back and it hurt my butt. I bought a pair of shorts with pads in the butt. It was hard to have to change at school. I bought this saddle. I have to tell you that its nice. I haven't worn those shorts in a while. This is the solution to long distance riding. I rode my bike in the rain after leaving it outside. After wiping the saddle off, my butt stayed dry. I can see the fabric doesn't absorb any water as the water wipes off like a squeegee. It feels like a dolphin, it is almost like a rubbery texture. The bad thing about this seat is that it's not very stealthy. The saddle performs as desired but the spring and linkages make noise. Nothing ugly sounding. There is a jiggle in the rough stuff. The level of comfort is far superior to the bad news. Excellent saddle guys.
👤I love this seat. It's a little awkward in the beginning but once you get used to the seat it's very comfortable and I recommend it.
👤I have a C9 seat but was looking for something bigger. It worked out well for the person who took a chance on it. The seat is comfortable and the wing tips act as stabilizer. I think this looks awkward on my mountain bike, but it's fine on my wife's bike.
👤The bike saddle is perfect for a six foot tall man. It looks huge, but I can't see how big the seat is. I can see myself using this bike seat to go back to biking.
👤I am writing this review because my purchase of this item was based on other reviewers comments. I don't agree with all of them. I ride my bike for 20 to 25 miles per ride and my tush always hurts at the end of the ride. I was looking for something to alleviate the pain. The product was reviewed and every review expressed love at the first seat. My heart and rear were broken. There is a There were sore spots on my inner thigh/crotch areas and my gluteus maximus was maxosaurass. The saddle that came with the bike was not as comfortable as this one. There is a The seat is going back. Thank you, Amazon Prime, for making it so easy.
The product is portable and light because of the folding design. The seat is comfortable to sit in. The design has high quality aluminum alloy. For fat bike, road bike, mountain bike, etc. The kids' bike and the Trek Verve are not allowed to be used. Please do not include paper instruction in the package, you can download the picture instruction from Amazon. It has a weight capacity of 180 lbs and 4 strong legs. The seat tube's diameter should be 22-33mm. The red rear lamp can make you safer to ride at night.
👤The rack is not nearly as strong as it could be after carrying 120 lbs, and it is not strong enough to hold 180 lbs on the main bar.
👤I like this thing. Did you ever try to screw the bolts on tight to the point you can't tighten anymore or did you just feel a little resistance? I'm 190+ lbs. This thing held up great. The same tools are used. I did the same thing as youre suppose.
👤I will list some things that are not good. 1. It does not have instructions. Some people are upset. Instructions are available online. I was able to install it without them. It is easy to understand. 2. Good quality screws are included. They are too long. They might touch the spokes if you don't have much clearance. 3. Unless you move the rack out of the beam, there isn't much clearance between the seat and the rack. This is a design flaw. The beam should be a bit longer. There is a There are items to watch for. Make sure you don't have any brake or shift cabling near the supportive legs. If you are not careful, it is your fault. Don't blame the product. 2. It might look ridiculous if you attach your seat post to your seat because it's high above the wheels. This is what mine is like. Again, that is done by design. If you don't have to use the seat post and have attachment points in the body of your bicycle, you can order a different type. 3. Those who have carbon fiber frames should be careful not to tighten the clamps. If possible, use a Torque wrench. Since their frame won't be able to carry a heavy load, frame owners should limit their weight expectations. There is a The pros are 1. I installed many more racks during my lifetime. The product is sturdy and heavy duty. If you don't move the rack to the back beyond the beam, it will carry 180 lbs. The amount of weight it can carry will drop if you move the rack out. This is basic physics. Reviewers are complaining about the rack being bent while they pulled it out. I can say what I want, but it will! The other rack on the market would also bend at that point. This is the most heavy-duty rack you can buy. I would recommend it to everyone if it fits their bike.
👤After riding under a mile under a 12-pack of Mt.Dew, I broke.
👤The product is very nice. It takes at least 30 minutes to install, so it's 4 stars for ease of assembly. There is a Attach the seat post to the tire by assembling parts as a full unit. Attach the rear frame rails.
👤The rack is a good quality, but the bolts, locknuts and tools needed to assemble the rack, and the delicate patience required to keep yourself from busting up a few knuckles during the installation process is something an engineering technician must've come up with. There is a The rack is pretty easy to install. It will vary from bicycle to bicycle and application to application as not every bicycle was designed to be the same as the next one. The rack might not be a practical application for your bicycle because of the different styles of braking. If this will work for you, please review the product photos. There is a The rack is sturdy and well built, but I wish the bolts and locknuts were easier to bolt up. It was nearly impossible to finish the installation without breaking a knuckle or two because of the Allen wrench and tools supplied.

Not suitable for e- bikes, road bikes or older bicycles with cables on the top tube. It is comfortable and close-fitting. Free space will not be affected by the design. It's suitable for family riding adventures.
👤I bought it on the spot. We have two kids that are 3 and 2 years old, and a 6 year old that is a master biker. The small ones in the double trailer fight about everything in the small contained area, so this is my solution. My biking changed as well as my children's. I can now ride my bike for longer distances and my 3 year old can ride her own bike. On our first bike ride after 3 miles my 3 year old got tired and leaned back on me, but I didn't feel unsafe because my arms are so close to her. It was a bit of a challenge for me because I am paranoid about being harmed, but I was able to get a good ride in as well. Everyone should have one. Are they the best? This one is affordable and fits nicely, and it is not a big deal to leave on when I ride without a small child in front of me. I had to adjust my bike seat to make it more comfortable to ride but that is all. It is not difficult to put on. I don't want to do it all the time. I just leave it on.
👤I'm sure the manufacturer of this product had the best intentions, but if flimsy and cheap metal is used on the bolts and fasteners, the product is not good. The metal will fail eventually. The metal used to make the bolts andfasteners needs to be better quality to prevent them from coming loose. This product is overpriced and not worth the money. It cost them dollars to make it because of the quality of the metal. Good luck.
👤It has cheap material that is easy to bend. There is a It's just okay with the money you spend. I don't recommend it because after a week it gives me and my son a hard time by sliding down the bike upper rod where the saddle sit on it. At the very least.
👤Excellent, but for children of 2 years old and up.
👤There wasn't enough room between the child's seat and me.
👤I had a hard time installing handle bars, but the rest was easy. The set up will cause you to have one gear only.
The seat post makes it easy to adjust the height. It's safe. The baby seat on the bike is safe to use. The seat belt buckle could not be accidentally released by kids. Please wear a kid helmet. Not included in the deal. COMPATIBILITY: The seat can be mounted from the bike in seconds, but not for dual suspension bikes, beach cruisers, or front derailleur pull from the top. The front seat has a seat. The baby seat is sitting at the front of the bike, which might make someone feel uncomfortable. They recommend that you think about this point before making a purchase. It is easy to use for children from 9 months to 3 years old. All accessories are included. It is easy to remove without tools. The video is in the listing. You can order now and pay free. They can provide a life time warranty for their product.
👤I've never written a review for anything. I wrote one for this product after I was asked by the 100th person in my town to buy a baby bikeseat. I haven't seen anyone with this type of bike seat for their child. I live in a college town with around 10k students and a 30k population. I have ridden every inch of our town with my youngest. I always have him in a helmet. I would recommend you do the same, this picture was just a photo opp, I will get to that later. I have been riding my son in this seat since he was around 11 months old and I would have done it sooner if I had gotten the seat sooner. The seat is rated at 32 pounds and my son is 22 pounds. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds, so I have the seat mounted on my Trek mountain bike. The assembly took about 15 minutes and there are some videos on the internet if you need them. I don't have a problem keeping up with my two teenagers and the little one in this seat. I have to keep my legs a little wider for my size. There is a This seat was very useful at both baseball and softball games this summer. I saw a lot of parents trying to keep their baby entertained while it was hot. I had my son in this seat and we would watch the game for a bit, then do a few laps around the ball park, and then pull up to the fence to watch the game again. I would hear someone say "I need to get a seat like that" at least five or 10 times a day. Also back to the helmet. While I'm totally confident in my ability to ride mountain bikes, I did have one time when I was stopped, and turned the front wheel to go into a part on a sidewalk, but the wheel stuck wrong, and the bike went over in a split second. He was ok because this seat has his arms to his sides and the outer shell protects there, his legs/ feet were strapped in, and he was protected in the event of an accident. He was fine. I feel very safe with this seat on a bike, it's much safer than a seat behind me, I can't see it or a good center of gravity. There is a I would give this product 6 stars, but I would not say it would allow it. You need to get this seat if you're reading this or thinking about it. In a day and age where parents and kids spend a lot of time on tablets, phones and using technology, it's important to get outside and exercise. The best memories of the summer were riding the bike with the kids.
👤We bought this to use with our 2 year old until our 4 month old is big enough to use it. There is a There isn't enough room for the adult to pedal normally. I have to pedal with my legs out. After a short ride, my hip flexors were on fire. I lean over to hold onto the steering wheel as my helmet hits my chest. His head is being pushed forward. He was ok with it, but it was annoying to me. For the price, I really wanted to like this kids bike seat, but it just doesn't work for someone my size on a standard mountain bike. I haven't tried to mount it to my wife's bike because it doesn't work for me, and I'm not entirely sure how well it would mount on women's bikes or bikes without horizontal frame bar on top. We are going to try iBert Safe-T-Seat after returning this one. There is a It's easy to install and it's good overall support for the child and seems to keep them safe. There is not enough room to pedal normally, not able to adjust forward anymore, and the harness is kind of clumsy and would have been better if it had more clips for easier on and off.
Premium steel is sturdy and safe to use. Kids can sit with a better view. The bike carrier has a soft handrail and is easy to hold. The safety belt is for kids if they fall off the bike. Soft cushions can be upgraded to provide buffering when bumpy. The pedals can be adjusted to the appropriate height for the baby. It is easy to install. There are no more tools needed. The safety seat is suitable for all mountain bikes.
👤The nut on the plastic piece that goes on the bike was missing. I had to find a nut after taking the front panel off. Like others, no instructions. It is not hard to figure it out. If you found that the feet were facing the wrong way, you probably put the bars on backwards. My daughter is almost 5 years old and I am 20 weeks pregnant, but I still enjoy the ride. I wouldn't suggest using it for long bike rides, but it's not bad for a few miles to the park and back. We tried her in the baby seat and she was too heavy to balance with me. She was in front of me and it didn't feel different. I didn't think we were going to fall over.
👤We love it! I have a Giant cruiser and the attachment fit. My toddler is 3 1/2 years old and is able to sit and hold on. She says the seat is comfortable. It feels safer with a belt. I was able to figure it out. We think we assembled it correctly with a couple extra screws. There is a tip. If you can't screw in the bolts to the "black box looking thing" that is below the adult seat, you need to open the box and put the bolts back in. The handle and foot rest were wobbly and the seat was sturdy. I used electrical tape to keep it from moving. You can see what I mean by the pictures I have attached. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to finish. We used our own wrench. The wrench would take us a long time. There is a You have to ride bold legged because of where the child sits, but it doesn't bother me. I sat on the seat to see if it was safe. The person passed the test. There is a I think this product is worth the price. If you don't mind doing a few alterations, get it. It's not a lot of competitors. I will use it a lot.
👤Not bad for the price. It's what I expected and it does what we need it to do. It was very easy to put together using the pictures as a reference, even though there were no instructions. That's what it's being said. The handles are rough and our daughter is already complaining about the texture of them even with gloves on. The way the bike is made it difficult for the people who assembled it for us to get it on our Huffy Nel Lusso, but after turning it sideways and squeezing the bars together they were able to get it on securely. Our bike frame would not have fit if it was just a half inch thicker. It's something to keep in mind.
👤My young man loves it. Definitely recommend this. The child needs a little rest so their back is not rubbing on the adult seat and it will help to secure them if they fall asleep. Needs consent to keep nuts tight. I have the same surf rack and it's not a big deal. There is a If someone wasn't paying attention to the road while on their cell phone, it would be a good thing to grab the child and protect the body. The child is riding a bike.

👤This seat is great. If you have a good bike racket, you should not have any problems. I put the footrests on the rack so my son could reach them. I put a toolbelt under the seat to make him feel more secure.
👤My husband and son rode their bikes to the park after a quick ride around the neighborhood. Our son and daughter were not stuck in the bike trailer. The seat of my husband's bike seat is close to the handle bars. We put ours on a Acomfort rack. It was dropped to a one star due to poor craftsmanship and cheap materials. The seat broke in the area where the back support was attached. My husband and son feel unsafe. We tried to reach someone about this issue. A full refund was offered for the faulty item. We love the seat. There was something wrong with the one we received.
👤We loved it when it was installed and we drove it around the neighborhood. We made a picnic basket and headed for a family day out. My son fractured his ankle when he got stuck in between the wheel bars. This is a really dangerous product, that should come with add on equipment to close off the wheel portion where child's foots gonna sit, because small children can miss the foot rest, and their foot get stuck like our sons.
👤Loving this seat. Strudy. It was slick. It was thought to be too heavy. Really nice. I didn't know how it would fit on my bike. It's sturdy enough to use with a regular bike rack. My son might switch to a cargo rack when he gets a little heavier. It's perfect. My seven year old can't wait to ride.
👤My ebike build is a game-changer. My 6 year old daughter rides to school. She likes it. I was able to put a bar on the seat tube of my old bike, with the bar coming up between my seat stays. This allows me to adjust my seat post. It's important to mount it to the strongest rear rack you can find. I have mounted my bike frame with little M5 bolts. The bolts that come out of the bottom of the seat are the only complaint. I had to hold 2 of them with vice grips as I tightened them down, which made the threads foul. I give it 5 stars for the money.
👤There are no issues with the seat. I like the back rest and the foot rests that fold up. It doesn't come with instructions or a way to attach it to the bike, so just a few words of caution. It isn't really made for a cruiser as the handle bar won't fit behind my seat. I still use it with modifications.
👤I was expecting more than that. The RAD Runner Plus is here. Kids were terrified to ride the runner with the seat on it. It was difficult to ride the bike because they held me tight around my waist. That made me afraid. This worked out the trick. Our kids love it.
