Ultra-durable. Muc-Off Bio Dry Lube is an ultra-durable bike chain lube that is deep penetrating to provide long- lasting lubrication. There is a reduces menace. The advanced formula reduces energy consumption. It's ideal for dry weather. The Bio Dry Chain Lube is made from wax and protects against dirt and dust. It is just as friendly on the environment as it is on your ride. Muc-Off Bio Dry Lube is the perfect choice for protecting your bike's chain, whether you prefer to hit the road or shred the trails.
👤The instructions stated that I should shake my bottle vigorously. The consistency of the lube makes it hard for it to come out. It came out in pieces of wax. Someone held a bottle of toothpaste to my chain as I lubed it. This doesn't work into the pivot links. The directions state to wipe off access lube. The lube was so bad that it wiped off. Never again for me.
👤Dry lube is for dry conditions. After application, the next day was a ride in the rain and mud. The picture shows the lube splashing off. I may have put too much on. The chain never shifted in a smooth or quiet way.
👤This stuff works. Compared to normal oil, there is barely any grease orgrime. It doesn't pick up dirt. That is important for the dry trails in Arizona.
👤I like this stuff. You need to stay on top of it and re- apply it, but it spreads well, holds well, and keeps things quiet without glue. That is what I measure. The container is awesome. I would buy it for that, it makes other stuff look clumsy.
👤The bottle was a good design but the product dried inside the tip like glue and snapped. Make sure you seal it tight.
👤I have been using it for a couple weeks. Applying before a ride and no chain squeaks like I had before. It smells really good.
👤I bought this because I was fed up with cleaning and decreasing my chain after using wet lube. As a lubricant it doesn't seem to be effective, as it is good in as much as it doesn't pick up dust. patches of shiny metal. After 3 rides, my cassette is new and significant wear. I switched back to wet lube because I don't want to ruin my drivetrain. Not recommended.
👤As a friend raves about muc-off, I wanted this to be good. There is a It does a good job of getting rid of chain squeak. It takes a few hours for the bike to dry off, so you have to plan to apply at least 4 hours in advance. If you don't wipe it off, it will collect dust after it has dried. There is a If your chain gets wet at all, it will de-solve the lube and you will need to clean and re- apply it. I think I will try another thing.
👤The only problem I faced was knowing when to use the wet and dry lubes, you have to be a psychic to know what the weather is going to do. During a warm and dry spell, I've been running the dry version of this, and it really repels the dirt that can cause a paste to form on your chain. There is a If you're used to wiping down your chain after each ride, you can see the difference. There is a Start with a thorough clean, allow all parts to dry, apply this to each chain link, and then wipe away the excess. You are good to go.
It is a thin, waxy film that clings to metal for months. Janitorial and cleaning services. This bike lube is used to remove bike rust and dirt. Eliminate all strictions and increase its lifetime length through this top-notch bicycle cleaner. An internal performance enhancer. The bicycle lubricant is made from a premium formula that is perfect for bike lubrication. Their bicycle fork oil is highly effective on fork rebuilds and can be used to cut grease and soak foam seals. It is easy to apply. To get the fork fluid to work its way perfectly, they recommend applying their bicycle lube to the dust seals of the suspension, coating the stanchion, pumping the suspension, and wiping away the dirt. The Bible has a rubber comparison. WPL forkboost lube is compatible with rubber and rubber derivatives, meaning there is no risk of damage to the seals. Bike grease, lubes, and bicycle oils are non-toxic and have a PTFE-Free formula. The components of their forkboost oil are stable and have no known dangerous reaction as long as installations comply with safety standards.
👤There is a side effect that nobody talks about that is the fact that people recommend this product and it seems to work. There is a The rebound gets messed up when you use the oil to lubricate the suspension. I use the rebound on the fork and Shox very slowly, and the return is very fast, just like if I were to setup the rebound to it. I didn't like that at all. This could happen to you as well.
👤I have a new trail bike that did not fully extend and suffered from horrible stiction, hard stiff ride. I tried everything on the books to solve the issue, but nothing worked. I was hoping for a break-in period. I was looking to replace the fork or sell the bike after about 35 hours of riding. I have a bike with a Reba and it is a joy to ride. I don't know what miracle lube ingredients this stuff has, but it works. The Revelation stiction is gone and the fork is plush. Use your finger to spread a small amount close to the seals, work the fork, spread the excess on the stanchions, and wipe it dry with a soft clean rag. I use it on the dropper seat posts. I don't think this lube is meant to replace the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance requirements.
👤I had an issue with sticky seat dropper, so I tried this product. I can say that the results are not what I expected after applying it a few times. I am sure that some people have used it on older forks, and that they had success, as they would have done by using most fork oils or slick honey grease. I think Fox gold fork oil and slick honey is a better result. The post will work well at first, but it will get stickier over time, which is noticeable on the seat dropper. If you wipe well after you apply it, it will hold true for this product. If you do decide to get it, make sure to punch a hole in the cap since it has weird closing. I cut the top of it and it leaked all over the place.
👤It was important to me that I kept my new bike in top shape so I could keep it for as long as possible. After 30 rides, this lube has kept my fork and shock clean. I put some on the fork/shock, put my finger in the dust, pump the fork/shock a few times, and wipe the excess off with a microfiber cloth. The trails I ride are very sandy and can wreak havoc on a fork, but I use it about every 10 rides. I have an old hardtail mountain bike that I bought after it had been sitting outside through the winter. I thought the fork was grease and that it was supposed to be there. I didn't think it was supposed to be covered in dark slime until I realized. I removed the fork, gave it a good cleaning, and then used this lube to help remove any additional dirt that might be left. I've never felt a fork move like this before. Highly recommend this product.

A tire patch kit, a lockring removal tool, and a flat/phillip screwdriver are included. You can organize your tools with a toolbox. It's easy to store and carry. This set of tools will make your job easier.
👤My purpose in buying this set was to have essential tools for mountain bike repairs. One would think that the set would have a basic description of what was purchased and the best way to use, but nothing. Half of the tools in the set would last for a long time. The chain tool broke on my first project. This isn't a set of specialized biking tools. I'll put it in the truck and look for a shop set. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend that much. I am reminded that I pay for what I get.
👤Es un kit decente, sin embargo the troncha cadenas de mala calidad.
👤The bike kit is a good choice for a new bike owner. I use this to repair my bike because there is no bike repair center near where I live. It is very cheap and easy to use compared to sending my bike for repair.
👤Chinese made tools are very low quality. I spent the extra money on a single kit for basic maintenance. I had to borrow other tools from a neighbor to perform simple tasks because I had to modify the chain tool. I would spend money on park tools.
👤Woow. It is a very good tool. If you own a bike, you should have a tools kit. Very nice quality and easy to use.
👤Hecha con materiales de poca calidad. Herramientas. Y menor.
👤The nut with the end is useless. The opening is too small and the wrench won't fit over it.
👤A great vacation kit. Can do everything you need to.
Will not absorb or attract excessive dirt. It can clean and maintain the chains of motorcycles and bicycles. It's suitable for most systems. The extended handle can help you avoid contact. There are three different tools for bicycles. A wide range of uses can be done with a motorcycle. The chain or gear can be cleaned easily. The three-side cleaning brush can be used to clean a chain. The gear cleaning kit can easily clean gears, cranks, transmissions and other difficult to clean gaps. A set of high-quality materials include a brush and two gear cleaners. They will give you a 30-day quality money back guarantee.
👤The product worked as described. I've only used it once so far, so I can't speak to its durability.
👤It's a great way to keep bicycle chain, sprockets and derailleurs clean. It's lightweight and flexible, so if you are packing a bike it's worth it.
👤I used the blue chain brush to get the dirt off my chain so that I could get some clean oil on it. The narrow brush was able to get into the spaces between the sprockets on my mountain bike after a decade and a half of cleaning them. The curved scraper tool was more suited for that build up. I ground a lot of the teeth after snapping the end off. There is a I would suggest that the tool be constructed out of stronger material. It worked and I got my bike clean, but I probably can't use that more than a few times. Killing the tools will not be a problem if I clean my bike more frequently.
👤I need the Dynalion bike brush set to keep my bike running. I don't ride on dirt so this light weight and flexible set works well for me as I don't need to remove dried dirt. The tools work well for oily dirt on the chain. The chain brush is large enough to clean two sides of a chain at the same time. It does get the job done despite being a bit larger than I wanted.
👤The bristle of the chain brush is a bit softer than that of the other brush. The chain brush is too large for a bike chain. I think it may fit for a motorcycle, but it is too large for a bike and will only clean one side at a time. You would have to push against the other side of the chain to clean. A decent brush is needed to get dirt off your chain and gears.
Get outside and ride. It's easy to use chain lubricant to get your bike out of the garage. The perfect size will not take up much room in your tool box. Ride with confidence. Scientists, bicycle retailers, and professional mechanics tested theWD-40 BIKE. The difference of a professional grade formula is not the same as the difference of a amateur grade formula. The community approved it. At local bike events around the globe, the WD-40 BIKE sets up hands-on wash stations. They provide riders of all levels an opportunity to engage with each product for essential bike maintenance when they visit and set up shop. There are inhibs on Corinthian. A clean bike is fast. The bike is awd-40. All Conditions Chain Lube is made of corrosive agents for long-term optimal chain performance. No-WAX FORMULA. Chain life for your bike can be extended with the help of the All Conditions Chain Lube. The formula won't build up inside the chain links or the drivetrain. You can ride in both dry and wet conditions with chains.
👤This is a base dry lube. Ptfe powder is added to my lubes. The dry lube works well. There are a few great hacks that I am sharing with you. 1. Add a half a spoon to the powder and shake it. It makes a difference. 2. Keep your driveline clean. The more power you have to put to the wheels, the cleaner it is. 3. Put the gear range in the middle and backwards to clean with a cheap nylon brush. The brush is on the cassette. 4. Then wipe with a towel. It is easy to grab the chain below the jockey wheel. 5. Before and after each ride, wipe your chain. This makes the drive line last longer. A dirty chain costs 30 watt more than a clean one. I'm not a roady. I am a mountain biker and if you neglect it it gets dirty fast. Follow the habits for a long time. It makes a huge difference. A clean driveline is a game-changer even if you don't use ptfe powder. The ptfe prolongs the life of the lube. I hope this helps you.
👤The point is, why the hell would Amazon put all their products under one description? Sheesh. It is confusing, annoying and uncalled for, for a product line.
👤I decided to try the new bike chain lube. I cleaned the chain with a wire brush and then wiped it with a rag. I sprayed the chain with this chain lube when I changed the crank assembly on my mountain bike. I was amazed at how quiet it became when I rode it for the real test. The results are so far good, did not see any splatter from slinging off the chain, the gear selector works smoothly, and it is easier to pedal. So far, so good. I like it. That's all.
👤This is what my mechanic recommends and it's good enough for me and my bike. I think it works very well in the chain. Don't confuse the specialty bike chain lube with the ordinary bike chain lube that everyone in the shop has, which is a dust magnet.
👤I don't think of a point in my life when I don't have a can of WD-40 nearby. Is the door closing? A few squirts solved the problem. I thought I would try it on my bike chain. I cleaned the chain well before applying the lubricant. Went for a ride. It was a big disappointment. There is a The chain attracted so much dust at the end of the ride that it was completely black. It was like what happened with the regularWD-40. This never happened with my other lube, it lasted about 300 miles before I needed to clean and lube again. I won't have this on my chain again. I will probably use it to stop doors from squeaking.
👤They say "lube" in the title. Maybe it's because this page has a lot of products. The cleaner worked well on my cassette. I used a strong hose to wash it off after I left it on. I didn't need a second application or brushing, but I was expecting it. The product is great at the "add-on" price.
The most used cycling lubrication is in the world. It was made using the highest quality ingredients. Greatly reduces bearing and drivetrain wear. A wet-style lube that stays wet for maximum performance in wet weather and long distances. For pedaling over long distances. Quiet and smooth, great for racing. The chemistry is patented.
👤I think it works. I don't see much difference between wet chain lubes and dry chain lubes. I've used every one of them. There is a property that tends to vary product to product. It drips off your chain. Too thick. It doesn't sink into the links. Finish Line's product excelled here. It is in the right spot. It soaks in nicely but doesn't leak. My chains always look great after a quick wash. Would buy again. * The product works exactly as advertised, the fit/finish is what you'd expect from a good value product, and it ships in retail packaging. The product works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what you'd expect, it might have a minor flaw, or it ships in undisclosed non-retail packaging. Product works great but differs from description, so I would change a few things. It's barely works but can be useful if you try 1 STAR. It is a waste of money if it is useless and does not perform its intended function.
👤This stuff is amazing. My ebike has a day and night difference. I use an Ultrasonic cleaner first. You will have a clean and smooth drivetrain when you apply this lube. After the initial application, it stays clean and you can keep applying lube until you feel the chain needs another deep clean.
👤I haven't received my ceramic wet jug yet. It is being delivered at the end of the review. Here is my opinion on this product. I am familiar with "Ceramic Technology" because I use ceramic cartridge bearings in all of my wheel hubs, rear derailleur pulley wheels and any component that I use on my "Custom Built" black 2012 Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent. When I saw that there was a lube with "Ceramic" properties added in it, it was a "NO BRAINER" for me. My regular wet lube does the same thing on my Wipperman 10-speed "Gold/Brass" colored chains as it does on my (3) Wipper, and I am waiting on my Wipper. The Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent is a "Black" color and I called it "The Black Widow" so I decided to set it up with the Wipperman Connex. Since the last review of this product, the Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent requires at least three 114 link chains for the "Drivetrain". My personal evaluation is here. This is the best lube for the Chaina and Drive system. My experience with my drive system was that it was more Quartier/less noisier and did not need a lot of lubrication. I use a Syringe that is designed for filling printer ink cartridges, and I also use a drop of lube on the chain and on my other component on my Trike. The Finish Line Wet Ceramic was easy to clean off of my hands and Trike/Recumbent components. After every ride, I wash and lubricate my Catrike 700 Racing Recumbent, so that it is ready for the next ride. I get comments from other Cyclists on how clean my rig is. The Finish Line Wet Ceramic Lube is light and not heavy like other lubes on the market and it does exactly what it is advertised to do. I highly recommend this lacing for any cyclist who likes to keep their bikes in tip top shape.
Multiple liquid applications have a versatile design. It was blended to meet the demands of today's high performance bicycles and high end components. It's perfect for high end applications, including ceramic bearings and pivots. The temperature range is -20F to 540F. Adherence, water resistance, and lubrication life are all excellent.
👤It's grease when you boil it down. If you went to the auto parts store and bought a nice, tacky, high performance grease, you probably have the same or better product for less money. It's not exactly in a sealed container when you put a large container of grease into a grease gun, and it's not in a sealed container when you put it into a grease gun. I used the extra grease for convenience. I will use my one bike in the next couple years, so I'm not buying 10x more than I need to. It's easy to open. The small tip through which it is given makes it easy to control how much grease you use and where it goes.
👤This is very expensive. It seems similar to other waterproof grease, except it is blue. Maybe it was made by smurfs?
👤It does a good job, but it is more expensive. I greasing the loose ball bearings in my headset, crank, and 2 wheelset with some tube greasing. I like the way the nozzle works. There is a It was worth the extra money to me. I would do it again.
👤It is grease. It is used for bikes. It is a park tool. You pay more for it. It works well. I don't like a lot of things by the park. This is not one of them.
👤It's not cheap, but it does feel better than the standard automotive grease I use. It's easy to apply a thin layer of Park Tool grease on your components by hand, or you can use a pump applicator.
👤I haven't relived any bearings yet. I know that the park is good. I know it will do what it is supposed to when I need it. It will last for years for the home mechanic like myself. I will pay more to be sure of top quality.
👤Park's grease seems to hold up better than Phil's. The grease can run when it's heated.
👤I only use stuff on my bikes. I ride trials, Mtb and road. The grease in my bearings is always clean despite the mud and stupidity. It works on your headsets, bottom brackets, shifter cables, brake, and any bolts, ball bearing hubs, hub bodies if approved by the manufacturer. The chain shock and fork chamber are not available anywhere.
👤If I get lucky, I'll have it ready next to my bed.
👤It is great. It can be a bit stringy when you remove it from a surface, but you have to be careful not to leave small strings of it on nearby surfaces. I have no idea how it works, but it seems to work well. Time will tell how well it protects. There is a It is also blue, which is nice. I think a large tub would be a better idea since I am getting it done quickly.
👤I bought this grease for the renovation of a pair of Campagnolo hubs that needed cleaning and re-greasing. The container is easy to use. The grease is a good consistency, not stringy, and it doesn't smell bad like some others. There is a The wheels are smooth 30 years after they were made. There is a Grease is needed on your bicycle, and it's perfect for seatpost, stem and other parts.
There is a multi- funtional complete tool. The bike chain kit has a bike master link pliers, bike wear indicator chain checker, chain breaker splitter tool, and 3 pairs missing link connector. It is a perfect match for all your bike chain repairs. There are 36 carefully-chosen tools for a wide variety of bicycle maintenance. The guide to working on bikes is included. A great way to start or add to your collection of bicycle tools. A tray insert and small compartments are in the toolbox. There is a full list of tools.
👤I bought this kit in Summer 2020 after I broke a gear shift cable and couldn't find the right wrench. I decided to buy identifiable tools for bike repairs because I was frustrated by the fact that I didn't know what household tools were for. The kit has met most of my needs, and while I haven't used all the tools to make it a resounding great value, it has saved me the time of buying each individual part when needed. There is a Most parts are easily identifiable with either Park Tool's blue finish or their label, and the tools appear solid and have held up through repeated, although light, use. I noticed chain slippage in my usual bike as well as in a brand new bike that had a clearly-aligned rear derailleur. The local bike shop wasn't able to fix the issue on the new bike correctly after two visits after I bought the DAG-2.2 tool. I adjusted the derailleur on my old bike using the gauge, but then found the chain was worn and I had to use the CC-4 tool. After replacing the chain, slippage was limited to three gears, and I found the necessary tools in the kit to replace the rear cassette. It was easier to reach tight spaces through various adjustments. I'm very happy with the kit. If you own a bike with something other than the ones from Sram/Diore, you should check the Park Tool videos to see if you need to buy a cassette lockring tool or a chain tool. If your bike occasionally falls onto its right side, and you need to replace your disc brake pads, you should consider buying the hydraulic piston press.
👤It isn't a complete set of bike tools. It is very expensive. The Allen wrench is flimsy and could break at any moment. The picks are too small. The box has all the other tools in it. It does not come with break bleed tools. It is not worth the premium price.
👤I enjoy the construction tools. I think that Park is more expensive than it should be, but they are quality tools. The bike repair manual can be very helpful. I will be using these tools on my bike and others for a long time.
👤It seems like a great tool kit for a bike repair beginner like me. It would be great if it came with a Torque wrench. I had hoped the blue book would be helpful. Online videos are helpful to me.
2x chain brush cleaning. The Sprocket brush is 3x. The bike clean mitt is 1x. The degreaser is non-corrosive. Oil and dust will accumulate over time on a bicycle. The wear of components will increase. The chain cleaner can remove dirt without corroding the bicycle. The use of bike chain oil can make pedaling easier, and it can also help preserve the wear and consumption of the transmission system. The chain cleaner brush tools are included in the bike cleaning kit. Use a tooth cleaner to clean the wheel. The dirt can be removed with a brush. The nylon bristles clean the components. This bicycle chain lube can be used for rust prevention and lubrication of daily necessities, not only bicycle chains. The bike chain cleaner kit includes Bicycle Chain Fluid 300ml x1, Lubricant 100ml,Chain scrubber, and a gear brush. There is a button on the nozzle. The cleaning agent can be sprayed when the side with "on" is pressed down. You can't use it after pressing "off".
👤Everything is neatly organized in the kit. I've never cleaned my bike, so this was a nice find. The chain area was cleaned up nicely. Overall, very impressed and will continue to use!
👤The product did not fail to impress. I can clean my own bike chain after I return from a trail ride with all the necessary tools.
👤This is a versatile tool that can be used to clean and oil the bike chain. I would buy it.
👤I commute by bike in the sand. I clean my chain every weekend. It's a mess. The bike cleaner set is lacking. I don't think it's a good idea. The tank based chain scrubber is what I recommend. There is a The degreaser in this kit is very effective. It needs a water rinse. If you just spray it, it is useless. You need to use the scrubbing brush. There are areas inside the chain that are still dirty and full of grease, even though contact has taken place. There was a -1 for ineffective cleaning. There is a The brush is wide. It's much wider than the chain on my bicycle. I had to twist it or push it up or down on the chain to use the three sides. The bristles are black. A poor choice of size for a chain brush. The packaging on this kit is wasteful. It's waterjet cut foam is good for protecting a cell phone or computer screen. It is wasted on a few plastic brushes and bottles. The bottles should be wrapped in plastic bags to prevent spills. The packaging is probably an eco-crime. There is a Basic oil is the lubricant. There is no indication of what riding conditions it supports. I think it's a non-detergent oil. The chain gets black and dirty in the same amount of time as using basic motor oil. I like the White Lightning ride. It's much better than the kit. For bad lubrication. The kit is overpriced at $30. The premium packaging is behind the price, but in the end you have about $10 of product that isn't very good. The price is 1 star.
👤In my younger days, I rode over 2000 miles per year on my bike. Spending time maintaining and tuning my bikes meant I was keeping them race ready. The most important task next to tire maintenance was drivetrain cleaning and lubrication. I became a fan of the cleaning methods. There is a The kit gave a bad impression. The inside of the box is overpacked and the outside is silly. The packing doesn't make sense because the two cleaners were hiding underneath. The box and foam went to the trash. There is a I gave this kit a try because my bike needed a cleaning. Again, no. The kit is not how to clean a chain. The chain brushes are too wide for bicycle chains. Motorcycle chain cleaners are sold separately. I had to make several passes using the front and back brush to use this. These brushes can't reach down into the links the way a proper chain cleaning machine can, but they did work in that the chain's top, front, and rear were cleaner than before. The geared brushes that wrap around the chain sections and scrub the chain while you turn the crank can be found in such machines for $7-$20. There is a The two bottles of noname chemicals are questionable at best. I prefer brand-name chemicals that I can test and replace when empty, because I have no idea what they are. The cleaner did a mediocre job when combined with scrubbing. The oil may be an engine oil, but it is not like any of the Teflon blends I have been using. The front of the box has an oil splash like a Castrol commercial for a set of machine gears that are not from a bicycle. The package design shows that the team unfamiliar with bicycles designed the kit. There is a The only thing I like about the kit is the narrow brush. The rest of the kit will be thrown away and replaced with proper gear from Park Tool.
100% waterproof, crystal clear. All seals, paints, carbon fiber, seals and bearing types are compatible with non-Staining. It is non-toxic and odorless. The tube has a tip that can be trimmed to open or close the tube.
👤I think it's a great product. This grease is waterproof, ideal for bikes that are ridden in wet conditions. The wheel bearings and headset were removed. The Crystal grease won't be touched by the cleaner because it doesn't remove regular grease. You can use hot water and detergent to clean Silicone grease. Diluted ammonia is also recommended. I wouldn't recommend using gasoline.
👤A two year bicycle commuter who fixes everything on his bikes has a background of writer. I have been using this product for two years. There is a This grease is great for cyclists. I read pro reviews online about this grease, and they are the same as my experience with this product. This grease is very water resistant. This stuff is impervious to rain, snow, and bi weekly cleanings. There is a noticeable difference in resistance when using this product on headsets, bottom brackets, etc. Seat posts and headset stems should only be applied a small amount. Those parts will slip if you apply too much. The seat post is in place because I have a quality wolf tooth clamp that holds it in place. I wiped most of it off the seat post and it didn't slip. I have been using this tube on all my bikes, and one tube should last at least 2 years of service on your hubs, bottom brackets, and all parts of your bike. Non-toxic environmental friendly means you don't take a step back on quality, but not on this stuff. It might be the best bike grease on the market. The reviews seem to agree with this thought. It is more expensive than other greases, but it is designed for bikes. This grease will help protect your parts from wear and tear. That makes up for the difference in price. This is the best bike lube for any bicycle shop or cyclist. The first picture is a picture of the tube and my bottom brackets, the second picture is a picture of the lube on a race. This is the best bike grease you can find.
👤I was surprised by how divided the bike industry is. There is no consensus on what type of grease to use. Lots of marketing claims have to be taken with a grain of salt. White lightning seems to be an established brand. I bought this tub for use on my bike. This grease is all purpose. I would use it to grease any type of bearings on the bike because it is high quality and not too thin. There is a The grease is not sticky on your hands and you can easily wipe it off. It's a bonus if you don't use plastic gloves.
👤I am always looking for great products. This stuff is a little thicker than my other favorite Super-Lube. I use the Crystal on items that need a little more water proof. It's really sweet on cables and ball bearing applications. Threaded items that are exposed to water get this. gripes... I have a grease injection that doesn't fit in.
It comes with a head that can drive in both directions and measure Torque in a clockwise direction. Installation components with precision are 2.0 to 20.0Newton Meter Torque range with micro adjustment to 0.1. It helps to ensure that the fitting on your bike is tightened to the correct Torque and that the clamping forces are distributed evenly across the surface. This helps prolong the life of components. It's ideal for use on stems, seat, lever, chain sets, and headsets. Over-tightening bolts can cause expensive damage to your bike. Applying too little Torque can cause bolts to work loose. It is easy to follow the manufacturer's recommended settings with their 1/3-inch drive dual-direction Torque wrench driver. Each hand tool is tested for accuracy before it is shipped. It is easy to use and read. The spring loaded adjustment collar is locked in place at the desired Torque setting, so it won't slip when being used. The scale is easy to read. When the pre-set Torque value is reached, the wrench emits a click that can be heard and felt. The click can be subtle at low settings. The click will be stronger if it's between 5 and 20 Nm. The right tools for the job include: H2, H 2.5, H3, H4, H5, H6, H8, H10 The sockets are T10, T25, T30 and the extension bar is 100mm. The case has a section for storing bolts when using the wrench, as well as a protective molded case to keep the wrench and bits safe. The head measures Torque in clockwise and counter clockwise directions. Release the bit instalments button. Each hand tool is tested for accuracy to the requirements of ISO 6789-2:2017 and DIN EN ISO 6789-1:2017-07, as well as test methods for quality conformance testing. Each set has an individual certificate of calibration. If you have a problem with your purchase, they are happy to give you a Refunds or a Replacement. 👤If you are getting this, please learn how to use a Torque wrench. You can't pull on this thing like you would a regular tool. Make sure your bit is seated in the correct place, then slowly pull from the handle until it clicks. If you are not next to a jet engine, you should see it click and hear it. You are more likely to get a bad reading if you yank on the wrench. You should be able to pull the Torque wrench slowly and evenly with one hand. Take care of your tools and it's a great piece at a great price. If you rush it, you'll miss the click at low settings and risk over torquing bolts.
👤The product looks similar to the pro vibe wrench. It is easy to set and use. The purchase was worth it. I received an email from the company explaining how to use the product.
👤Since I did not have a Torque wrench, I am not comparing this to other Torque wrench, but rather to my previous strategy of estimating Torque by the amount of pressure at a given lever length with my right arm. One pound of pressure at one foot of leverage is one pound of pressure at six feet of leverage. The metric system doesn't calibrate itself to feet and pounds, but small bolts get hand pressure, big bolts get arm pressure, and huge bolts get more pressure than body weight with big lever arms. This is a small wrench for hand and arm pressure. When I reach the point where the wrench is set to, there is a "spring-loaded" "click" that occurs. There is a The instructions state that you can learn what to expect by setting the Torque very low, near the bottom of the range, which is easy to exceed with gentle hand pressure. There is a If you haven't used a caliper tool, you may be surprised that the adjustment moves up and down in a screw motion, with the smallest increment marked around the circumference, and the larger increment marked longitudinally. You can dial in the detail by rotating part of a single rotation. There is a In practice, bike bolts are set to major increments. There is a I discovered that some of the bolts on my handlebars were not tightened to the full amount. I was able to adjust this by setting the Torque to 5, feeling the Torque all the way around the set of 4 bolts, then increasing it to 6 and tightening each one a bit further. There is a I am impressed. It is a quality tool, coming with a handwritten certification of calibration so I don't have to re-do it, and I was able to get assurance of even Torque at the proper tightness that neither has unnecessary flex nor results in a stripped bolt. The first bolts I tightened were made of steel in aluminum, not steel in carbon. No point in raising the stakes if you don't need to. There is a I liked the small extension bar and the variety of heads. I keep the Torque wrench dedicated for Torque, and use my other wrenches for everything else, so that the Torque wrench stays in adjustment, as it should.
