A five-point harness and safety flag are required for your riders. The quick-release wheel and folding-frame design make assembly, storage, and transport easy. A bug screen and weather shield are included in the canopy to protect your child from the elements.
👤There is a huge word of caution. I called customer service because I was having trouble attaching the trailer to my bike. The customer service rep told me that the trailer is only intended for bikes with a wheel size of 26 or 888-282-0465, and that anything larger puts the trailer at great risk of tipping over. She emphasized this many times. The bike I was trying to put on was too large for the trailer safety requirements. I have not seen this information on any of the materials that came with the trailer, so be careful. The company knows that this product is dangerous on certain size bikes, so they've had complaints. I went to a big-box store to get a cheap mountain bike for this trailer because I had already ordered a cheaper trailer. I'm horrified to think that I may have put something I didn't know about, because I'm very happy with the trailer, it's easy to put together, folds up small to fit in the trunk of my car, my toddler is comfortable in it, and it The technical specifications of this product and the materials that come with it should be clear.
👤We love it! It was used weekly on trails at home. When your 3 year old gets tired from riding, you can strap him next to your 1 year old and put his bike in the rear cargo area.
👤Better tubes are needed. Love pulling the kids. It's easy to setup and hook up. Picked up a second bike mount so that I could swap it for another bike. You need a better supplier for your tire tubes. The tubes are bad and I have had it for 7 weeks. It's not easy to find small tubes. There is an edit. New tubes were sent by support and it was great. The problem is not the tubes. The TIRE pops off the rim and shreds the tube in some of the other pictures. I own many bikes. There is a ridge inside the rim where the tire bead holds in place. There is no ridge on the plastic rim. The tire is not in place. There is a I have to let others know that this design is unsafe. The company that supplied new tubes again responded quickly about the issue with the rims. No reply back. There is a The tire is secured on the rim. The tire will pop off if you hit something with force. Not good.
👤I want to love this, but there are some flaws that I have learned from the 4 days I've had it. I haven't driven my car in a while. I'm saving on gas, getting in shape and having my baby outside at the same time. I didn't know how much use this was going to get, but I want to do this all summer. I follow the directions very well, I never go fast, and I install it properly, I've done everything you are supposed to do by the manual. Pros: Doesn't feel heavy when pulling it. It's easy to set up light weight when it's raining proof. The cargo area has a decent amount of room. The seat is not very high quality, and even though you adjust it, it still falls down a little. I lost a couple small items I picked up at the store because I didn't realize that there are gaps in the bottom back corners. Do not ride on dirt roads. I had to stop taking my daughter out and carrying her a mile because the no suspension makes it a horrible disaster on dirt roads. My baby was shaking when I went down the dirt road. We were going so slowly. I immediately regretted my purchase after that moment. Half of our town is dirt roads. There is a I think it's good for occasional users but if you're going to do a lot of biking, you should get a nicer trailer and use the extra money to buy one with suspension.
Works great on road bikes. Instead of spending hours trying to find the squeeze water bottle that fits your bike bottle holder, you can get the complete 3-in-1 set. You can get an easy-to-fit set from Active Adventure that will match your bike water bottle cage, handlebar or seat post. It is easy to fit and won't break. The unique square connection and vice-like grip affixes it to your seat post or handlebars. Humans Bartles: The bottle pops out of the bike water cage on bumps. The bottle is held tight by the Active Adventure Bike Cage. It can fit a 20 - 30oz wide sport water bottle. The Z-Shape Design is available in a variety of colors. There is a statue of the USA. Your set includes a water bottle. The plastic water bottle has a Jet Valve that lets youSqueeze-Drink-Ride without fussing around. You can grab that bottle as many times as you please without the cage or adapter coming loose. There is a lifetime warranty. As soon as your bicycle water bottle cage, bike water holder adapter, sport bottle and hardware arrives, read your insert card and keep it for your lifetime warranty. Fix your ride and head out on your Active Adventure hydrated.
👤I would definitely buy it. I have bought a few other cage and bottle combo that wouldn't hold tight to my handlebars, they would always slide down and I would have to adjust them. There is a The set from Active Adventure comes with a nice water bottle and is very tight. The bottle has no pull top so it's easy to drink while riding. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be grabbing more for my kids. This is a good product.
👤It's easy to assemble. I used a hydroflask bottle instead of the one supplied and it scratched it very badly. It would be best to stick to the bottle it came with.
👤The product is a 2 part review. The water bottle holder is made of metal. It can be mounted in different angels. The water bottle is made well, but it's not free of BPA. A good combo.
👤I had to take apart the brackets before attaching them to the handle bar. The smallest wheel vibration causes the bottle to fly out. I had to stop my bike to get the bottle. The product is terrible.
👤The seller, Active Adventure, immediately reached out to provide a refund, replacement, and lifetime warranty after I posted the below. They took the time to reach out. I installed a new bottle on my bike to keep the seller in mind for future biking needs. 10/10 It was easy to put the holder on the handle bar. I bike in the inner city with few hills or rough terrain. The bottle and cage fell off the mount when I hit a curb after the screws became loose. I had to throw it away because I didn't have a comparable tool to remount it, and I was traveling light. If screws were tightened frequently, it would work well. My fault was not checking the mount's stability sooner.
👤The company went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with my water bottle holder. The water bottle and holder were replaced. I'm very happy with the product and the company.
👤I still wear plaid shorts from the 90s and have tools from the 90s. It was made in China. The design of the water bottle is shameful. The new world is welcome.
👤It was easy to put the bike on. They give the tools that are needed. There's a little thing called a spacers that helps mold to where you want it. The average water bottle is the one you use. A good solid bottle.
Large space. There is enough inside room for a lot of stuff in the bike bag, like an apple X, battery, energy gel, small tire pump, repair kits, keys, wallet, and more. It's perfect for cellphones below 6.5 inches, and it's also compatible with the s8 note 7, shake-proof bike front frame bag. The touch screen is very sensitive. The bike phone bag has a high sensitive film window which can help you use your cellphone easily while riding, and it's a great way to see your activity while using maps on a ride. Touch ID did not work through the screen cover. Humanization design. The bike phone mount bag has many designs. A hidden earphone hole allows you to listen to music while cycling. B, reflective tapes on both sides of bike bags to keep you safe. It is convenient to open and close it. Water resistance and resilience: The bike top tube bag is made of carbon fiber and has a sealed double zippers to keep water out. The sun visor and flashing board are great for rainy or sunny days. 3 straps are firm enough to hold up on the bike, 1 strap on the front and 1 strap on the upper bottom can be used to fix the bag on the head tube. The bag wouldn't move if you rode on a bumpy road.
👤This wasn't waterproof. I just finished a bike ride in the rain and my phone and other items were all inside.
👤I can give an informed opinion after 40 miles. I need a universal fitting for my old bike and my tail bag, so in no particular order. This bag has nothing flashy, nothing except reflective piping, and no pinstripes or skulls. The logo is not loud. It was perfect! -The The top bar is secured with two Velcro straps on the bottom and the fork is secured with a Velcro strap. Well. The straps are long and I needed to cut them. If you do, cut them long enough so that the end is tucked away between the frame and the bag to prevent them from unrolling. The bag sometimes shifts due to the load, but not much, maybe a half inch or so. Big whoop. The top bag has a touch screen on the upper flap. I have an older phone in a case that will work with yours if it works for me. The flap has attached a pair of Velcro halves that are close to whatever you put there, so you can put anything you want there. Yes, even the solar chargers work inside it. The bag is compatible with renewable energy. -The The earphone cables in the rear of the bag are self sealed. It's the 21st century. Keep one ear free for situational awareness. In case you were wondering, this bag works perfectly withBluetooth gadgets. If you keep them charged with a solar charge mounted on the top, swap it out for a phone loaded with music. That's how I ride. As. My knees will occasionally hit the bag as I pedal. When you're on the trail, this is a trivial thing. The luggage carrying capability more than makes up for the two inches of girth on either side of the bag. On. I have a bag that I can fit everything in my pockets, so I don't have to worry about my gear banging around in my pockets while I pedal. I keep my gloves in the bike locker so I'll always know where they are. One glove always wanders off when I'm not looking. The bag looks like a thin plastic box, but inside it has a soft padded lining to cushion any impact. It won't protect the contents from a hammer, but it will cushion the fall if you accidentally drop the bike. I can't use the strap on my bike carrier to strap the bike's front section down now that the bag is mounted. The bag is flexible enough to allow me to thread the carrier's strap between the bag and the frame. There is a The bag can be hard to close when it's full. The bag being distorted from being over stuffed is more to do with that than the problem with the zip. The problem will go away if you read the bag contents. The bag's waterproof-ness has been said about by others. Since I don't ride in downpours, I can't comment on that, but I can say that it is more water resistant than any bag made of woven material, like my 30 year old tail bag. If you leave a woven fabric in the rain, it will eventually leak, so I don't care what the advertisements say about being waterproof. If you ride in the rain, most bags won't be for you. Get an otter box. My stallion is in a bag that fits perfectly. It doesn't mean that the bag is better than this one. If you do find a better bag later, you won't feel bad if you swap it out.
The material of the bicycle seat cover is new. There is no recycled material or second used material. There is no harm to the human body. You don't risk anything with their bike saddle cover. If the bicycle seat cover didn't improve comfort or have any quality problems within a year, please contact them for after-sales service. It's a great way to take your dog for a bike ride. The unique folding frame and quick release wheels make it easy to pack up. The frame is made of steel. Coupler is easy to attach to almost any bicycle. The tire is air filled and inflated with a bicycle wheel pump. The internal leash has an adjustment so pets can jump out of the trailer. There is a lot of air. The safety flag is included. The rear doggy door has air filled tires and 16 inch aluminum wheels. There is a bug screen.
👤Please be careful. Three rides tipped over. Engineer by trade means not just knucklehead making false claims or doing irresponsible things on the bike. The puppy is 40 lbs, 20% below the max weight requirement, but she likes to stand up, making the center of gravity too high for minor corrections. If I closed the flap in the front she would have to lie down. My plan is to add more weight to the frame and widen the wheel base. Just want everyone to be careful. Straight is great, but don't make a sudden correction. The puppy is fine, the first wreck was super slo-mo turning off a rail trail but the second wreck was about 13 mph and she got a little road rash on her chin.
👤I didn't want to leave my baby behind when I went bike riding with my boyfriend, so I never did. I didn't want to just attach her leash to my bike handle and ride with her along side because it's a dangerous idea. We decided to get a pet trailer so we could take her with us. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have no doubt that I made the right choice in this one, even if it was hundreds of dollars more expensive than this one. When I paid for it, it was only $85.00. It is worth every penny and some. There is a It took us a few minutes to put it together. My boyfriend is an avid cyclist, and he kept praising how well designed it is. They thought about everything when they designed the pet trailer. She doesn't get too far if she tries to jump out, so she has a small strap and hook on her harness. My boyfriend mentioned a mechanism on the wheels that helps absorb the bumps on the road so that our dog can ride in a smooth manner. If you want to store the pins after folding them up, there is a small pocket on the top. The features are practical and functional. We like that this isn't a lot of bells and whistles. The little flag is adorable. It is well designed. It's very strong. I have a beagle that's 25 lbs and there's plenty of room for her and another dog if one of her friends wants to hitch a ride. She doesn't care that we put a blanket and toys with her. She loves the feeling of the wind blowing through her ears. She looks very cute in it. She seems to like it. See the pic. When we're done with our bike ride, it folds up nicely and is easy to store. We have attached the trailer to each of our bikes and both of us felt that it was very smooth and there was barely any extra weight we were pulling. We didn't feel a difference. He and I fight over who gets to pull her on the bike. There is a After unpacking it, there was a strong rubbery smell but it went away after we let it sit out of the box overnight. The smell went away after our bike ride. It's not that big of a deal. There is a My boyfriend concluded that there is no reason for us to drive now that we have a bike riding solution for our baby. We will be all set now that we have her a little helmet. It's a good thing.
Easy installation. The upgrade mountain bike phone mount is easy to install. There are various types of bicycles, motorcycles, stroller, shopping cart, electric scooter, indoor treadmill, indoor bike. The handlebar diameter is 1.57" (15-40mm). Wide Compatibility Universal bike cell phone stand with thickness up to 15mm, like the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 12 Pro Max Mini Xs. The Plus 7 6s, the S10e S9 S8, the Note 9 8 and the Oneplus are some of the cell phones. The protection is shockproof. Silicone pads keep your phone from being scratched and vibrating, and this one hand operation bike phone mount comes with them. The motorcycle phone mount holds your phone. The cellphone can be adjusted to a horizontal or vertical screen. It's convenient to answer the phone, play music, and use the gps. Sturdy and safe. The motorcycle phone holder has a special shape. It keeps your cellphone out of harms way even on a bumpy road.
👤Works well! I trust my phone to be on my motorcycle. Doesn't move or shake. It is made with strong materials. I would suggest riding a Harley. I was worried that it would be too heavy, but it was built to fit in your phone and be safe. I hope this helps.
👤Over the years, I've used these holders to mount my phones to motorcycle handlebars. Security is important. I've owned several styles, the last one being a RAM X mount. The rubber bands were secured, but the clamps interfered with my volume buttons. Let's face it, the rubber bands are a pain. The Lamicall phone holder is similar to others I've owned but is more elegant. The mount is easy to slip the phone into. There is no need for rubber bands. It is possible to vary from protrait to landscape depending on one's direction of travel. It tilts so that the camera lens are protected from bugs if you are on a naked bike. I like the thing. I bought a second motorcycle so I don't have to swap. It's big enough for an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
👤Stay away from this model. There were two pieces out of the box. The unit is not designed correctly. The ball must be tightened to hold it together. I would not have gotten the ball into the sockets with the tightened nut if I had not owned a vice. The lock nut could not be threaded once the sockets were seated because the threads were not aligned. I use this model on my motorcycle. The phone can slip in the top lock even when it's locked. The Lifeproof case cracked when the unit shook so much. I'm still looking for a phone holder. Don't buy it.
👤It was thrown on a rally. It didn't shake on me once after an hour trip. I can still see the dash if I put a 12 PlusMax in this thing.
👤I dropped my phone while on the trails because I had wasted money on cheaper products. Other products are made of plastic and I have found replacements that don't last. The Lamicall holder is flexible and sturdy. I can switch between my motorcycle and mountain bike. The metal bolt on the clamp creates grip on the handlebars. The springs hold the phone in place and the holder rotates to allow for flexibility. It has padding on the edges of the phone to protect it from debris. Overall very satisfied with the product and price.
👤I used this for my 09 super glide needles and I love it! Even with the sound of a motorcycle. The design is very sturdy. If I need another down the road, I will definitely buy again. I have an otter box with an Apple device. It is easy to get it out. It is my otter box. I have no complaints.
👤The build quality here would never hold up to a motorcycle. The mounting system for a motorbike is made with plastic and steel that feels brittle, and it would break if it were damaged by the speed, bumps, and vibrations of a motorbike. The mounts are bound to wear out over time. The lock doesn't seem to do much to keep your phone in place when you're off-roading. If you want to use this on a street bicycle, then hell. Yes! It will do.

The bicycle cup holder is designed to fit almost any size drink container. They are available in black, blue and red. Their bike coffee cup holder has rubber pads that keep drinks in place on rough terrain. The sleek design makes it easy to get hydration when you need it. The bike cup holder is easy to install with an integrated thumb screw. The mount is great for strollers and bikes. The cup holder for bikes is made with precision molded thermoplastic and STAINLESS hardware. It is highly affordable without sacrificing quality. Their bike cup holders are complete with a limited lifetime warranty, and are in a league of their own. Simply reach out with any questions, as they offer US-based customer support.
👤I've tried a lot of drink holders. The heavy duty ones are too inflexible to hold different sized containers, and the more flexible ones can't stand up to large containers. I like how light and inexpensive this one is. The drink container is very flexible. Modern bikes have large diameter handle bars that can present challenges. I had to remove all of the rubber spacers because my bar is large. Without the rubber to help grip, the device tries to rotate. The plastic can break if you tighten the screw. The solution is to put a little silicone or polyurethane glue between the bar and the clamp and let it dry. The drink holder won't rotate no matter how heavy the drink is.
👤Doesn't fit my handlebars. Disappointed. I'm going to try to get a refund. I removed all the shims and still have my handlebars and stem. I ride a road bike to work. It's not intended for that kind of bike.
👤I returned this. I probably wouldn't have kept it if it weren't for the fact that the attachment clip was too small to attach to my Schwinn 3 speed. The plastic holder has a very tight fit. I'm pretty sure it would hold a drink in place, but it was hard to get cups out of the cup and it wouldn't allow you to remove the cup while biking. The rubber pieces that add grip fell off.
👤This is a great product at this price point. I decided to review this product because of the poor reviews. I bought this for my daughter. She didn't have the holes on her frame to buy a bottle holder. She had a beverage holder on her handlebars. I was a bit skeptical when I first saw it. One review stated that it wouldn't hold a bottle. That is incorrect. It holds a standard water bottle. My daughter and I have biked 10 miles each time and held a water bottle. The other day, we went to a donut shop and it held her small cold brew, no issues. My daughter has a vehicle. I'm sure that I could install this on my bikes. If it were in stock, I would order a second one.
👤The bars that have rise and angles are the only places that have free vacancies for cup holders. It doesn't have any points to get an ideal angle. This isn't horrible if you have horizontal real estate on your bars. It felt flimsy, but would hold a beer or coffee. It is limited to that specific use. I will either pass it off to someone that can use it or hold onto it for a future fit. It's a small loss since it's cheap.
👤I like the idea of a cup holder. I needed a drink holder to bring my drink home from Starbucks. It was very easy to install. It's too tight and the lid needs to be removed immediately. We can't use cups that are strong because of carbon dioxide. The rubber pieces inside the cup holder kept popping out when I tried it on my cup.
The new base is designed to fit bars from 1 to 8 inches and has a tight grip to keep your drink upright. The mounting tools are included and it is possible to fit on any bar at any angle or pitch. The one-piece, no-weld construction cup is powder-coated for maximum durability and is available in many different colors. The foam insert keeps drink hot or cold. Can hold cans from 12 to 24 ounces, cups up to 30 ounces, plastic cups, water bottles, keys, phone, speaker, wallet, snacks, or anything you want.
👤I put my Starbucks 16oz thermos in it, Coffee with the thermos in their standard cups, keys, canned beer and etc. No movement, no swaying, no nothing. It's solid. I like the look of it and it comes with two sleeves. I use the thinner one when I put the thermos in and the thicker one when I put the can drinks in. I use it everyday. I travel at least 20 miles every weekend on my bike to and from Vegas, on the same poor streets and sidewalks.
👤This is for my mom's wheelchair. It's her favorite color. I wasn't sure if it would work out because it was heavy and felt like ceramic in my hand, which felt kind of breakable. Mom has a lot of stuff in her chair. There is a The look on mom's face when she saw it made it worth the price. It was easy to install and place at an angle that would allow her to reach cups easily. Two for two! There is a I thought the inside of the cup holder might not fit larger tumblers because they have spill-proof lids and built-in straws for mess-free easy access. We just removed the internal cozy and viola, which was perfect. There is a She had it for a month and it's still in great shape. It's been easy to clean. There is a Mom is happy, her caregivers are happy and we are happy. I'm very happy we found this item.
👤My cup holder is great. It fits large to small drinks and comes with a couple koozie things to help fit different size drinks.
👤It was perfect for my beach cruiser. I was able to tip the drink at an angle that kept it straight and locked it in, because the handlebars are a little bit slanted. It looks rad as well. The inside kookier comes out of the holder.
👤This cup holder is very nice. It fits my cup. It was simple and sleek. It is easy to install and adjust for a variety of different shapes of handle bars. Looks to be high quality. Love it. It's used for my morning tea on the way to work. There is a There is a plastic notch gear mechanism on the bottom of the cup holder that you can use to adjust the angle of the holder. The plastic notch have worn down over the course of 3 months. The cup is no longer upright because of the plastic parts at the bottom. The cup holder starts to slip out when I go over bumps. The plastic parts that hold the cup upright are wearing out sooner than they should. It's disappointing.
👤Stay put! It's easy to install. It is very versatile for positioning. The rubber tape helps with slipping. It makes a big difference when I install without it. I like the thin cookie and thick liner. They make it to fit cans and bottles of any size. A full newly opened can will loose some beverage when in motion. It seems like common sense.
Wide application. The cupholder is 7'' high and can hold most cups, water bottles, beers and drinks, which are widely used as universal accessories to install on roll bars, handlebars, frames, poles, roll cages, stem, armrests. Made by the same people who made the HydroFlask. The bike cup holder is made of steel. Can be used for cups, bottles, beverages, phones, keys, speaker and more. Your beverages stay cold with foam insert. Mounts are easy to install without tools. This is an awesome accessory for your bike or beach cruiser.
👤A nice cup holder. The mount has a square sockets for the base of the screw to seat, that's a plus, and the mount has STAINLESS hardware so that's a plus. My reason for dropping 2 stars is that the bar brackets are bolted to the cup base and the bolt head is inside the cup. That won't allow the cups to sit flat and flush. If you use a brand like an RTIC, you will get damaged. The top of the cup will chew into the sides of the cup if they fit in the small hole of the large foam cookie donut. The opening will only allow for a soda can or water bottle. I prefer larger containers so I'll be lining the inside with foam rubber and shaving that lip off. The bottom of a foam cup coozie will be popped to cover the difference between the bolt head and the foam cup coozie. This is not the drink holder for you, if you aren't, I'm handy and that's not a problem. The average current phone won't fit in the stock opening, so that's something to consider for most people. Better than a cheap plastic one, but could use some improvements from the manufacturer.
👤This should be ashamed of whoever designed it. The conduit clip used to hold this to the handlebars is made from cheap metal. This product was never tested in the real world because it will not do the job that was intended for. Ever. In any way. I can't believe I spent so much money on this.
👤I took the foam out to fit larger cups and it was loud and the metal banging together made it hard for the cup to support the weight. If you only plan on using 12 oz cans, you will be fine with this product. The cup holder fell over due to my handle bars being a bit shorter. If you have bars that are straight, you will be fine. I would avoid this one if I were you because of the noise. I bought a cloth one after that and am happy with it. I wouldn't recommend this cup holder.
👤This cup holder is what I was looking for. It looks like it was made well. The foam insert that comes with the cup is not included. I will be cutting out the bottom of a foam coozie and putting in the bottom to protect my cup from the bolt in the bottom, but that is pretty simple. It works with my Diet Coke can because it has the foam insert in. I got the black and will decorate it with my own stickers.
👤I put a white sticker on the cup holder. Exactly what I was looking for. I wrapped the handle bar in electrical tape so I could grab on to it. Which is the reason I have four stars. Had to go to MacGyver.
👤The top edge was sharp enough to cut my fingers. It looked sloppy, as though it had been filed with a course grit. It could cause harm to your skin and drink bottles.
3M Scotchlite reflective trim and taillight hanger are required for a safety ride. The perfect size for all your essential items. The bag is secured in place with a strap-on mounting design. Large and Medium can expand. A limited product warranty is included.
👤My experience with this bag is limited, but my initial impressions are that it is an awesome little bag. There is a The first thing I noticed was that the bag is very well made. The stitching is sturdy and robust, and it is obvious that whoever made this bag spent a lot of time making sure that it was crafted properly. If properly cared for, this bag will last me for a couple years. Being seen at night is always important to me, and this bag has 3M reflective tape on the side, which is a pro. The pictures I have attached show how bright that tape is when hit by a light. The bag has a lot of space inside. I have enough space to fit my wallet, phone, keys, tools, and a spare tire. There is a The only con is that the bag wiggles a tiny bit when you're handling it. It's completely unnoticeable when you're riding the bike, but when you open and close it it seems to move a little bit. This one is a stretch, but I couldn't think of anything negative about it. There is a If you're looking for a bag that's sturdy, well made, and thought through, this bag is for you. I could not recommend it enough. If there is anything happening in the next couple months, I will update this review.
👤I wish I could have found a similar review when I bought it. I am looking at a small saddle bag. The bag is too small. This bag is too small if you plan on putting all of your personal belongings in it. There is a If you only want a full repair kit, this bag is perfect. Is it possible that it's Snug? Yes. The whole point is that. I have enough space in my repair kit saddle. The Portland Design Works CO2 Inflator is the smallest one Topeak makes, so I specify it as the smallest item in the full repair kit. That is a good list. It may be too tight if you want to squeeze in your phone. I recommend going for the next size up. Adding a photo gives a glimpse of how everything fits. If you're looking for a large saddle bag, it's highly recommended. Hope this was helpful. Happy riding.
👤The medium size was ordered by me. I was taken aback by the size of the box when I opened it. I was expecting something bigger. I was surprised how much stuff fit inside when I put it inside.
👤I'm not surprised that this cycle seat bag has such high reviews. The bag comes in three different sizes, for this review I will only discuss the Large size. There is a The construction is solid. There were no obvious defects or points of potential failure. There is ample room. I was able to fit without using expansion. There was space for my phone and car key, but it was not enough to expand it. There are internal hooks and mesh nets for keys. There is an extra layer of security. The attachment mechanism is simple. The thin profile does not stick out wider than a narrow seat. The seat tube strap is too long. If you want it to be attached to the seat post, you will have to cut and sew it. There is a strap on the back. Most lights attach vertically because they go around the seat tube. I had to put my light sideways. An additional strap above the horizontal strap would solve this problem. Bag sways side to side, but this is unavoidable. I don't think it will affect anything. The only way to avoid this is to have an internal frame. The bag will collapse if there is no frame. It's a good idea to cinch down the strap completely and let the bag compress onto the contents to minimize swaying on rides. There is a I would absolutely recommend the bag. I would suggest that the manufacturer include my two recommendations for the future iteration of this great product. 👤There are a lot of bad reviews for this product. I think a lot of people didn't do anything to have amazing results when using this bike rack. I read the directions. I know, right? Weird. I read the directions and recommendations and the rack didn't break my window, it didn't scratch my car, and it didn't fall off while I was driving. It worked. And worked well. I hope the review helps others. The rack is awesome.
👤I put this bike rack on my 2012 Prius V. Amazon says it doesn't fit, but it is verified by the Allen fit guide on their website. It's been on several trips up and down the CA coast, from 70mph freeways to stop and go city traffic, and no problem. It's not easy to put on a car, so bring a friend to help you hold it up and do the straps. I found a few quick tips from other people that worked for me: 1) Wrap the metal strap clips in electrical tape or 2) put pieces of rubbery cabinet liner between the clip and the car. Protects your paint from scratches and helps the clips hold your car. There are two more To keep the wheels from spinning, use bungee cords to strap the bike to the rack. bungee cords never hurt anyone You can put your bikes on the rack. I saw people putting their bikes on. The bikes fit into each other better and the weight is distributed evenly across the rack if they are alternating them. There are four After putting the bikes on the rack, tighten your straps. The added weight on the bikes will change the distribution and forces on the rack so you need to give the straps more tugs. You should have your friend lift the rack while you tighten it. You can tuck away the excess straps in a variety of ways. If you have paint, I wrap the excess around the straps. After a long trip, take the rack off frequently and clean in between the pads. If you keep the rack on your car for long periods of time, dirt will get up in there and scratch or stain your paint and/or bumper, which is hard in the California climate. It's visible on my car, but it isn't bad. Enjoy your bike racks with those tips. I would love to hear about any additional tips you have.
👤I agree with those that say it's easy to open the box and install the rack. Take your time the first time and it will go on quickly. It took me 20 minutes the first time, including looking at the directions thoroughly. The next time I do it, it will take me less than 5 minutes and most of that time will be used to tighten the straps. I tried to use the rack today for the first time to take my son bike riding, but got the rack on the car and put his bike on the first spot, which was great. I tried to put on my ladies bike, but it was not good. I saw some pictures of other reviews that showed ladies bikes on there but it wouldn't work because I couldn't maneuver my bike on there. I was very tired and hot when I gave up. Sorry son, no bike riding today. The directions mention the stabilizer bar for ladies bikes, but this sheet is inside the box. I would have liked to know when I bought it. It's terrible that customers don't know that it's an issue before they buy it. I have to wait for a bar so I can take my son for a ride. If you are going to use this rack for a ladies style bike, you need to buy this thing. Just include the bar and update the price for the extra money. It's called the Men's 3 Bike Rack.
