Before wearing, wash separately. Heavy duty construction with extra wide frame folds quickly. Sturdy mounting cups reduce slippage. A single adjustment with progressive magnetic resistance. It is compatible with 26 in. 700c bikes. A bike with a rear quick release wheel is required.
👤I purchased the Conquer Indoor Bike Trainer Portable Exerciser so I could use it to ride my mountain bike indoors on rainy days and when I can't ride outdoors. I opened the package after it arrived and found everything in the box and the front wheel riser block. I put the bike in and adjusted it so that it would ride straight on the roller, tightened the mounting cups and took off. I stayed in the same spot and didn't go anywhere. You get the meaning. There is a The portable stand is wider than other stands which helps balance. I expected some noise from my tires but it's manageable. The front riser stand helps keep the bike level and straight. I give it a 5 star rating. I am satisfied with the product and would purchase it again. It helps to have a 61 year old body with an 18 year old mind and this helps keep me in good shape when it's raining or not. It is easy to fold up when not in use so you can ride on nice days or easy to unfold, adjust the tension and haul butt without going anywhere, and it is also helpful to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's portable so you can take it with you if you go on vacation. A winner all the way around.
👤There are a few things you need to know. I am not a cyclist. I don't own a bike. I am not a good athlete. Let's go on, shall we? I wanted to use the discount store bike to lose weight and tone up in the new year, so I put it in my garage. I found a trainer on Amazon that was inexpensive. The reviews were good. The price was reasonable. Shipping would be fast. There is a When the trainer arrived, well packaged and assembled, I pulled it out of the box, read the directions, and figured I would send it back because my bike didn't have a quick release skewer. kewers are for grilling, are they not? There is a I did some research. I found a trusted website that explained that the rear wheels of the trainer did not need to be taken apart. The cups on the stand hold the wheel in place. Applause! I adjusted my bike seat, put the stand on my bike, and threw an extra inch of board under the stabilizer. I'm happy biking in my garage.
No risk purchase. Bike-trainer parts and replacements are available. If you have a question, please contact them by clicking Contact the seller. Their main goal is to make you happy. There are 6 levels of resistance setTINGS. The bar-mounted remote can be used to model real cycling conditions. SMOOTH & SILENT. Solid performance is provided by the heavy duty stand frame and wide stable base. The feet are adjusted. The rubber feet on the bottom of the unit are designed to prevent slippage and floor scuffing. COMPATIBILITY: The bike trainer is designed for bikes with quick-release axles. Hru-axle adapters are not included. It is easy to release. The front wheel riser and quick release skewer can be folded for travel and storage.
👤This is a great option for an indoor bike trainer. It comes with everything you need. I took off one star because it was difficult to line up properly on the axle and to stay in place. The resistance levels are pretty heavy even on the lower settings, even if you adjust the tire pressure to about the same as it would be if you were sitting on the pavement. I have a wide range of resistance levels that I can change for my ride. The resistance wheel can get hot after a good ride so be careful and not touch it until it cools down. Don't leave the resistance wheel pressed into your tire when you aren't using it, you may end up with a bumpy ride or wear your tires down early. The risk of them coming loose is lessened by the fact that the axle fitting needs to be tightened every so often. Adding a bike computer that is compatible with a rear wheel probe will allow you to put your road bike to use indoors, saving space and money.
👤I bought this for my wife, who is going to have a knee surgery. It's not too loud and offers different levels of resistance.
👤It was easy to assemble but the instructions left some steps out. I looked at the image on the instruction manual to figure it out. I couldn't get a smooth ride. I tried adjusting the tension but still got a jerk on the pedal. I tried to use the shift on my bike, but couldn't find a smooth ride. I did an easy return after packing it up. I watched a few online. It didn't work for me. Maybe I was doing something wrong.
👤I didn't want to risk having a bike accident while I was recovering from surgery, so I decided to stay in shape. I used this for a few weeks after buying it. It works well, but it is not very expensive. There is a I don't need a phone interface to collect data, I just use my phone to monitor my heart rate. It can be adjusted so that it doesn't offer any resistance. It folds up easily.
👤I thought it would be a good use for my old bike. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I looped the cable in the middle so I could tie it to the bike frame, but it snapped right out of the mechanism after I picked it up. The little cap that held the wire in place couldn't be reapplied, so I dismantled the thing and tried to fix it. There is a It's not worth the hassle to send it back, and I think I can fix it on the weekend. It's pretty annoying.
The front-wheel stand pad and rubber padded feet help reduce the noise of the stand and prevent it from scratching or damaging your flooring. The stand and bike can be stable for safe exercise, sprint, climb, or cruise with confidence if they have a better grip. The heavy-duty aluminum alloy construct is portable. COMPATIBILITY: It is compatible with any frame size bike. Not compatible with 29" bikes. It's great for rear wheel bikes. Wind resistance is a topic. The wind resistance is reliable. You can order now and pay free. They can provide a 5-year warranty on their product. It was made in Taiwan.
👤The product is sturdy and easy to use, will recommend it to friends.
👤This was a good purchase. We have moved to a part of the United States that is cold and rainy in the winter and this is enough to not be able to go out on a bike path.
👤I love it! I can ride my bike in the winter, no matter what the weather is like. Assembly is easy in 10 minutes.
👤It was quick and what I needed.
👤It was fun while it was going on, but then it started making noises and seized up in the middle of a workout. Returned to Amazon.
👤It works as expected. Inexpensive. You can ignore the noise by listening to music. I had an issue with the device because it would slide and open too wide, which made it rub against the floor, and because there were rubber stops which would work better on a hard surface, which lowered the tire to a point where it wouldn't rub against the floor. I used zip ties to hold the two rods together so the tire wouldn't fall off the bike.
👤It was loud and wouldn't stop.
👤If you have carpet, beware of traction burns. It works as expected.
👤A rotation of the hanche suite.
Peradix push bikes passed a Certficate. The materials and designs are safe for kids. It would be a great gift for your baby's first birthday. If you have any questions, please contact the service team. As soon as you start pedaling, the internal magnet creates resistance. Seven levels of resistance are used. The MAG Trainer is extremely light and can be folded down to make it more portable. maximum susceptibility The trainer is one of the strongest on the market. The trainer has extra wide legs and a sturdy frame. EXTRA DURABLE - is made from the finest materials. They back every product they sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is possible to turn your bike into an indoor exercise bike, with easy set-up and quiet operation.
👤It was pretty nice for the price. Once the initial adjustments are made, it only takes seconds to install and remove the bike. It is slightly noisy but can't really see how a more expensive one would be any quieter. The tire on the roller makes the noise. The device makes some noise. The tire and bike noise is the main reason for that. There is a The 7 levels of resistance are a joke. I can't see any difference between 1 and 7. It's not really a big deal. Pick a higher gear on the bike if you want to increase resistance. There is a The non-functionality of the variable resistance claim is the reason for the reduced rating. Drop the feature and suggest using the gears on the bike. Zip tying the resistance cable to the stand will keep it out of the way. There is no reason to attach it to the bike. The bike gets in the way and looks cluttered. It only takes a few seconds to install and remove a bike without the cable. It was pretty happy with it. Good for the price. I would recommend it to a basic to moderate biker. It would have taken up a lot of space if I had to buy a dedicated exercise bike.
👤I need to be able to ride so that my body doesn't have to suffer through the first couple of weeks of summer. The setup is easy and there is a dial to change the resistance. You feel like you've been on a good ride after 45 minutes. The resistance is steady and can be ridden up a 3% grade if you increase it. The first 30 seconds of riding a bike are not like biking in that you have to exert more pressure to get moving. This appears to be a good product. There is a I ordered a wireless odometer. The front tire does not move, so it must be connected to the back tire. The meter had to be mounted near the seat because the max reach was 22.
👤Pictures show what it is. It's easy to set up. The weight and build was substantial. The supplied skewer should work for any bicycle, even if it wasn't needed for my cycle. There is some tolerance for the shape of the cone/dome ends to make this work for everyone. They have a front wheel chock to help keep the bike level. It doesn't take much to tighten this up to the bicycle, the lock down ring and 90 degree flip handle work well. I would suggest that you tighten the knob of the resistance wheel frame so that you can try it out without much effort. I had new, unused smooth tread tires on this bicycle and they transferred a circular winding or rubber about the resistance wheel. I don't know if this will happen with everyone with initial use. I suggest that people with used tires wash off the rear wheel. If the rim shows up with use with the stationary trainer, I think it needs to be addressed. I used a safety razor blade to cut the rubber off of the resistance wheel while someone else pedaled. I'm pretty sure this won't happen to other people because there was only a small amount of rubber loading onto the metal resistance wheel. The solution should work for other people. There was a rubber substance that fell onto the carpet under the lowest curve of the tire. Again, probably due to new tires. The lever which controls the tension of the resistance wheel is best attached to the handlebars because of the cable offset position. I think there is a screw head under the decal plate, but it is not helpful since there is a nut opposite. I think that is a design error. I found that even when I changed gears up, the resistance was still adjusted by the level, even though I set the tire with the resistance wheel. It was nice to run this unit for 10 minutes. The unit is stable with my weight. If you forget, you can get in the way of low hanging fruit if you have your left foot on the floor. You need to use the left foot on the pedal. If you insist on mounting from the floor, you can have a 3-4 inch platform on the floor. The bike is fixed in vertical so you cannot tip your bar toward you during mount. I suggest that you set up a floor fan in front of you to keep you cool. You will be surprised how hot you get. If you're setting up on carpet, or on a cooler porch, or in a gargage, you want to have a mat under it to avoid dripping sweat. I know these are for stationary trainer use. I would put a cyclometer on the rear wheel to give you the information you need for your exercise benefit. I will leave my current unit on the front wheel for a while. I'm not sure if you know any Q's. Happy wheeling! I missed two items. The resistance wheel housing should be held in tight by the strain-relief plastic ferrule. It slips off and down the cable. It would be held in place with a bit of hotmelt glue. There are no cable ties that can be used to get the adjustment cable out of the way. It hangs on the floor because it exits the adjustment lever at an angle to the stem/handlebar. I want to leave this set up for a while so that I can do housecleaning and avoid flatting specific spots in the carpet permanently, so getting the cable tidy would be a part of this. Don't forget your right pantleg clip to keep your sweats from getting greased up, even if you don't use the trainer, because there are still some user preparations necessary. The price has been raised by Amazon in the last 5 days, so they have different suppliers? I tried to get from Mayfair vendor but they didn't fulfill my order one day after I placed it. Avoid them.
Cassette not included. A safe construction base. The ZenRoad bicycle training stand is very stable to assure your safety even during the most vigorous exercising sessions. The front wheel support base keeps you steady. There is a train in silence. Their bike stationary exercise stand has a noise reduction mechanism, which makes it impossible to make noise. You can train at any time of the day. It's ideal if you live in an apartment. Adaptable resistance: The Zenroad indoor cycling conversion stand has an increase in resistance as you pedal. You get a life-like cycling experience when you pedal fast. ENJOY SMOOTH RIDING: The Zenroad bike roller has a road cycling feel thanks to its fluid mechanism. The trainer reduces the amount of friction on the bike. The Zenroad stationary bike holder is easy to carry. Their bike treadmill is foldable and comes with a carry bag that you can use to store it.
👤Even for a heavy person, this trainer seems very solid. I have no doubt that it can handle 300 pounds. I like using it and recommend it. There is a There are errors in the listing. The fluid unit and the magnetic unit are both shown in the listing. There is a The instructions seem to be for a different unit. 1. The "fixed latch" needs to be unfastened. There isn't alatch. 2. The section of the frame that is attached to the bike appears to move freely until the back tire touches the pressure regulator. The frame is not locked into place. You would never know that from the instructions. The bike is moved by the pressure regulator. The rider's weight is putting pressure on the tire. 3. The pressure regulator adjustment knob can be used to move the pressure regulator forward or backward. The bike and the frame move with it. This movement changes the angle of the frame, which causes more or less weight on the pressure regulator. The pressure on the pressure regulator increases when the weight of the bike and rider shift from the frame to the pressure regulator. 4. There are no foot pads on this unit. The foot pads are fine, but they are not the same as the ones in the instructions. They are stable and work well. 5. Being a fluid trainer, it doesn't have 6 settings. A magnetic trainer has that feature. There is a I enjoy using it and like it. I would recommend it. It is very easy to setup. Don't rely on the instructions.
👤I haven't had a lot of time with my new ZenRoad trainer so this is an initial impression and review. I will update later as I get more use out of it. There is a The trainer showed up on time. The box was used, but that is likely shipping and not the seller. The product was in great shape and well wrapped. There was no damage. Basic tools for assembly were included in the box. There was no directions. The seller assured me that they were working on updated materials and sent me a basic video to help set up. There is a Solid! The bike is locked in. I was locked into the trainer on the bike. The front wheel riser works. Collapses for easy storage. It would fit any tire. There is a Consistency of resistance is a Cons. This is my first experience with a fluid trainer, but it was not as consistent as the magnetic trainer I have. It is not as smooth and there is a lot more resistance. There is a The contact resistance seems to be provided by the weight of the bike and the rider in this set up. If there is another way to adjust the setup, I don't see it. The tire seemed to slip when lighter force was applied. It is a solid product, and further use may provide a better result, but right now I prefer my older trainer. I will update as needed.
You can order now and pay free. They can provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY because they're so confident in their product quality. The tire width can be up to 1.8''. It gives a rise of 1.4". Stable and reliable are the benefits of the front wheel riser block. The design of the skid resistance could keep you safe and your bike stable. It is designed to fit both mountain bike wheels and road bike wheels. There is a molded plastic with no slip feet.
👤I used this riser block along with a vintage Cycle Ops bicycle Training Stand to maintain a nice level bicycle position. It's important that the bicycle is stable on the stand so you feel more secure. It's great!
👤There are a lot of these on Amazon that all look the same, but this one was the cheapest and works perfectly. It's a hunk of plastic, so there isn't much that can go wrong if it doesn't fall apart, but it fits my bike well, doesn't move around, and seems solid.
👤It met my expectation. My bike needs to be aligned with the trainer. If used with thicker tires, it's a small concern. It doesn't seem to accommodate Mountain Bike styles. It is only for hybrid and road.
👤Solid, simple and stable. Does what it needs to do. It works well with different tire sizes and provides a stable platform. It seems well made, and stands up well to repeated sprints.
👤The ad said it was for mountain bikes. The tire does not fit. Don't buy it if you're going to use it for an adult bike.
👤The bike is raised to be level with the Kickr Core. There were no complaints.
👤The item is good to keep the front from moving too much.
A one-month subscription to the Kinetic Fit power-training app is included. The bike trainer can adjust to 8 levels of magnetic resistances, with a bar mounted resistance controller. You can choose your incline from flat to steep. Safe and stable structure. The bike trainer has a dual-support structure. The wide base and front wheel riser block can be reached. Antislip rubber feets will prevent movement on any surface. You can lock your bike in place with the help of the dual locking system, which consists of two knobs on both sides of the bike trainer stand. The locking mechanism is strengthened by a bigger knob outside and safety rings inside. The quick release is used to tightly hold the rear wheel. It's easier to take the bike down. The bike trainer with noise reduction resistance wheel is ideal for apartment dwellers or people with roommates. The materials and tread of bike tires have a lot to do with noise. You should use road bikes. The portable bike trainer stand is easy to carry and store. Mountain bikes with a 700c wheel are not suitable for the indoor bike trainer stand. The max load is 265 lbs.
👤I am pretty happy with this purchase. The build quality is good. The components are well made. Setting up took about 15 minutes. You have to replace your rear axle rod if you want to connect with the stand. The geometry of the stand is very stable when used with a front wheel chock. The ability to change the resistance level on the fly is one thing I like the most. Each click is precious with no sloppy indention, and the cable operated adjuster offers 8 increments to choose from. I used a zip tie to help guide my bike along the frame. The height adjustment leg covers give you a more tailored riding position, and are 5 different levels of heights. The roller noise level is acceptable, but I wear my headphones if I want to work out longer. I really liked it, and if you want to improve your door riding experience, you should watch a cycle training video on TV or computer.
👤Wow, five stars! 1. It is easy to assemble without reading the manual. When I ride the stand with a high level of power, it is steady. Very quiet. 4. It's like riding on the Los Angeles River Bike Path. You need an electric fan as well. 5. It can be put into a cabinet under the TV set. 6. It's not expensive is the most important thing. 7. Heavy duty material is used on the rear fast release and resistance adjuster. I love it!
👤I can remove my bike in 15 seconds. It takes 3-4 minutes to set up. You don't have to do anything to your bike with a quick-release axle, just align the rear ends into the mounting slots. Sometimes I have to fuss with an adjustment but it's not complicated or difficult. There is a The frame folds easily. I have tile floors and they usually sit on the floor wherever I put them. When a pedal is at the top of its cycle and I thrust down on it, the resistance increases. There is a slight sensation of sticking and releasing at lower speeds, but it's not noticeable at a moderate pace. It's just not the same as normal pedalling. There is a Being able to maintain a consistent level of exertion is the same thing as riding outdoors. I have a smooth street tire and there is hardly any noise. The roller has a heavy, tight, well-machined feel to it, and it seems like they put some money into making it. There is a The resistance controller didn't work before. I think I didn't tighten the roller enough but it worked out fine today. I have a wide range of resistance between that and shifting gears. The high end is enough for me. I'm just looking for exercise, not training to achieve peak performance. I don't really need smart features or classes, I just watch a video on TV and I'm fine. I like simplicity. The plastic mounting slots on the axle mounts got a little chawed up already, and the directions aren't so great (broken English, referring to parts by names without illustrations tying the name to the part and illustrations that are too tiny).
It's suitable for 98% of the size of road and moutain bikes. The item can be found by searching for the serial number: "B089NVTC2V". The Flywheel mechanism creates drag against the tire to replicate a real cycling experience. The materials and tread of bike tires are the main cause of the noise. If you use a road bike, the noise will be louder. You feel like riding on a flat ground when you reach one level. You will experience something like riding on the sand when you adjust the bike trainer stand resistance to three levels. You can set the bicycle trainers resistance level to seven if you have confidence in yourself. It is like climbing a slope. The bike trainer is made of high quality carbon steel and can guarantee at least 330 pounds of weight. portable stand is lightweight and portable so you can pack and go Take the bicycle trainers with you when you want to use it. Don't let the weather affect your exercise. The color is black, the materials are steel, iron, PE plastic, and a magnet. It is suitable for 26'' to 28'' and 700C wheel.
👤The bike trainer is powerful. I'm not too heavy, but it's fine. The noise is not very loud. The noise of the products is not controllable when we ride bikes outdoors. I think the bicycle training rack does a good job of reducing noise. It took me about 5 minutes to use it the first time. The next step will be very easy if you adjust the frame. There is a I can now ride my town in the living room. Excellent, highly recommended.
👤The noise level is what we expected. This isn't something you want to use in your home. It eats bicycle tires. It burns the rubber right off the tire. The smell of burnt rubber and rubber shards all over the place. I don't know if I can afford the number of tires. Well built and easy to use, but not very practicle.
👤Within ten minutes, we were cycling. The instructions are okay. It's easy to figure it out. The wheel bolts fit into the pins. The frame is heavy and has quality front wheel support. I would buy again if you recommended it.
👤I took a half star off for the noise and a half star off for the first one that I had to return. I am not upset by the noise, I read other reviews and I wasn't surprised. I have knobby tires on my bike so it is louder than bikes with less aggressive tread. The front tire stand and quick release bar were not included in the first shipment. I needed the quick release bar for my bike so I had to send it back. I received the replacement the next day, which was faster than they had predicted. It's easy to assemble and adjust the tension on the rear wheel. If you smell rubber burning, you have too much tension. This item does what it's supposed to do, so I would recommend buying it. I worked out on my bike this morning. Don't break the box down until you make sure everything is in the box and that it works. I recommend watching the video to learn how to put it together. It's much easier to follow the instructions in the box.
👤The delivery was on time and the coupon helped. It was relatively easy to put it together after watching the video. I was on my bike for the first time in years. I am very excited. The TV is heard at normal volume, but the nose level is very low, so it's not heard as much as it could be. If you are on the heavier side, don't bother to buy this.
There is an adjusted seat position. The seat on the stationary bike can be adjusted to fit different body types. The seat allows the body to conform to the equipment and facilitates proper body form. Their bicycle seat cushion can fit over most bike seats, even a wide bike seat. Is bike riding comfortable? The gel bike cushion has soft padding for added protection and comfort. The covers for bike saddles are built to last for a long time. The bicycle seat cover is made with an anti-slip interior surface to keep it from shifting. Still not enough? The e-book has tips and tricks. They are dedicated to providing the best gel bike seat covers with the highest quality materials on the market. The Bikeroo team is available to assist you if you have any questions.
👤If you're new to the place, you probably know how much the seating hurts your butt. There is a The padded seat is the best thing you can do for your body. While not immediately apparent, in time your keester will get used to the extra comfort that this seat pad provides. It fits perfectly on the Peloton seat and is secured with a locking drawstring that makes sure the seat padding doesn't move. The plush seat will make your rides more comfortable. If the seat is padded or not, your butt needs some break-in time to get to it. This seat cushion is very good. It's a necessity for the riders.
👤It has always been a pain in the butt for me when I have started a spin class. It's normal because your weight gets distributed onto tiny bones. I couldn't take it anymore. What is the point of working out if you end up with a painful butt? There is a I found out that there are things you can put over the seat. I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier. I like shopping online. The first place I looked was Amazon. There are many of them on the site. I picked this one. I was sold after reading some of the 1600 positive reviews. This seat is one of my must haves for spin class. The studio that I go to is always loud, so I use the earplugs to keep the instructor and music out of harms way. Is the purchase worth it? Yes! I was worried that the fit would be off since I didn't know how big the seat was. It ended up fitting perfectly. It was easy to install, you just tie a string to the bottom of the bike. It doesn't move even when you're doing an intense workout because of the things that keep it from sliding around. There is a The gel pad is one of my favorite things about the cover. It is very soft and comfortable, which is great for two hour sessions. It makes me feel supported. Some people say that the gel will melt, but I haven't experienced that yet, I have only been using it for a couple weeks. It holds up well in the wash. I wash it by hand when I get home because it gets gross with sweat. It's not sure if its machine is clean. I was surprised that it came with an ebook. I have not had time to read it yet. The company owner made a nice gesture. There is a I wish it came in more colors. The blue is a little brighter than I thought it would be. I would have preferred something like navy. It is not a deal breaker. Maybe they can add more choices in the future. There is a The quality of the product and the price is what I am happy with. There were no complaints about the shipping from Amazon. My butt is very happy that it does what it is supposed to. I would have stopped my spin classes if it weren't for it.
Balance from bike trainer stand is compatible with any road or mountain bike with a 26-28" wheel. Make the switch to working! A must-have for dedicated cyclists is the fluid bike stand, which converts any mountain or road bike into a stable, smooth-riding indoor stationary bicycle. A high-quality flywheel mechanism creates drag against back tire to replicate a real cycling experience. The sky is the limit with power regeneration resistance, which spins inside the wheel's liquid and heats up to increase resistance as you pedal faster. No adjustment is necessary to make roads, hills and intervals life-like. The stand is made of heavy duty steel and has a front wheel riser block and anti-slip rubber pads. The foldable framework is easy to use. The portable stand is lightweight and portable so you can pack and go, it comes with a sturdy bag for easy carrying and storage.
👤Many of you have purchased this item, and you will find no instructions in the box or online. This issue is responded to with a "figure it out, it's easy" by the product reviews on this page. " I needed a second set of eyes to figure it out because the assembly is not intuitive. This is a quick write up of how to put it together. 1. Unbox everything. There are bags with the tools and bolts. The stand is pre-assembled which is nice. The foam container has the flywheel in it. 2. Stand up the trainer, it's facing away from you. You are behind the bike. 3. Remove the knob from the bolt with the spring on it. The spring and washer assembly must be held together. 4. If you oriented the spring loaded assembly to the through hole opposite the front-face of the trainer, it will make sense. 5. You can see a lot of thread on the bolt piece that is not constrained by the spring if you put the knob back behind the bike trainer. 5. The trainer stand 6 has a flywheel on it. While keeping the tension on the bike trainer, you can put a bolt across the bolt area and tighten it across the back of the bike trainer. The tools they send are nice, but I found my sockets set to be more effective in tightening the cross-bolt. Proceed to follow the instructions. I hope they were written correctly. Just ping me if not. I can make changes. Don't feel dumb if you can't figure it out. I was able to figure it out after he gave me some pointers and I thought the assembly wasn't all that intuitive. It wasn't for me. Thanks.
👤My son does triathlons and we were looking for a quiet road bike trainer. The trainer seemed to meet our requirements. The quality seemed good during the setup and we were able to get everything set up after finding the right skewer. My son was very happy with the trainer for the first hour, but suddenly there was a loud grinding sound. The noise was similar to metal on metal and varied in intensity depending on the cadence. There is a I decided to make the trainer work rather than return it to Amazon after setting it up. I used an allen wrench to remove the cover from the heatsink. The oiled filled resistance unit is sealed with a fiberglass plate and an o-ring to keep the oil from leaking out. I lifted the fiberglass cover and found that one of the magnets had come out of the round hole that it was supposed to rest in. There were other magnets in place. The same issue recurred after only a few minutes of use after I reassembled the unit. We plan to return this road trainer to Amazon because the manufacturer does not provide any support for it. We are not shopping for a different product, but this time will make sure that we can get it fixed if we have a problem in the future. I'm reading the reviews. It's more expensive, but parts and support are available in the event of an issue.
The features include wheel on, foldable frame, leveling block, and cooling system that moves air through trainer to keep it cool. Your trainer keeps your bike level. It adds stability to your ride. It can be used with any rear wheel-mounted trainer.
👤The item I received did not have a logo on it. Another buyer noted this. I contacted customer service at Saris to inquire if there had been a product change. The product wasn't theirs and the customer representative told me that. I will return the item. I bought another product for half the price because I wanted a saris product.
👤I was so disappointed in this purchase, because it just isn't high enough and my wrists and arms end up hurting from the downward slant of the bike in the front, when attached to the trainer in the back. I wanted to start riding and give this a chance, but I didn't get a higher one. It does the job and holds the front wheel stable, but I had to place something underneath to make it higher, and that just seems stupid. It needs to be better designed.
👤The item arrived in a bag, but the block does not match the picture. It is black plastic. I have no doubt that it's a "Saris" block, and the lack of logo doesn't mean it's fake. I'm not returning it but just be warned you will probably not get what's pictured, 5 stars for a sturdy product that does what it says for an average of 3 stars, and the 3 star review for lack of logo'd product matching what's advertised, 5 stars
👤It does its job, and feels stable, there is not much to say. These are not included with trainers. I don't notice how low I am in the drops on the road or the riser is. The trainer is very uncomfortable if you don't get your front wheel elevated.
👤The indoor trainer helps keep the bike level. You feel like you are going down a hill indefinitely if you don't. The pressure off the hands is taken. It would have been better if it had come with the trainer.
👤I bought the multi-level climbing block to see if one of them was level. They call it a climbing block because it never could get bike level. This one is perfect, it keeps the front level with the rear when mounted to my powerbeam pro.
👤The bike level was my biggest concern. I feel like I'm a big guy when my body is pressing down without the block. This is a great piece to make indoor cycling better.
👤This is a good basic leveler block, bought two, no issues with either stability or quality of the product, not overly bulky like other level blocks, just wanted something simple and to the point.
