👤I wanted to try mountain biking. At my age, maybe I should be playing golf or putting airplane models together. My midlife crisis has changed. There is a I thought this bike would be a good entry level bike for me to ride and see if I like the sport. I had ridden a few times a week for about four months. I had a good record of no falls or near death experiences, I was enjoying the sport, and I found some friends to ride with. The freewheel decided to give up. I was riding with my friends on a moderate 12 mile trail with some decent climbs, a few rock gardens, and great scenery. The freewheel was locked up with three miles to go. A freewheel disengages from the drive while you coast, as you know. Instead of being disconnected, it remained engaged and pushed the chain forward, either onto a different gear or off the gears. I had a gear lottery when I stopped pedaling. I was going too fast down the hill. I had to continue to pedal or lose the lottery. I was applying the brakes and pedaling at the same time. There was a sharp turn when I got to the bottom of the hill. I was in trouble because I was going too fast. I hit the brakes when I stopped pedaling. The chain was pushed off the gears. I needed some power to maneuver through the sand on the corner. I lost control of the bike when the chain came off as I pushed on the pedals. I came to a stop after sliding for a few feet. I had a nice rash on my body. It hurt. It hurt very badly. I had two miles to go. I tried to keep the pedals moving, but it was too late. I kept sliding off the handlebars because of the blood flowing over the grips. I made it to the end of the trail and spent two weeks nursing my wounds. There is a Thanks, Schwinn. I had to spend money on a tool to remove the freewheel, a new freewheel and spacers, and a lemon of a freewheel to replace it, all because the original was too tight. I spent a lot on bandages. I contacted Schwinn to see if the limited warranty would cover a new freewheel. They said it would be some time before they could get to my email. That was a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting. I know you pay for what you get. This is not a top of the line mountain bike. A freewheel should last more than four months. It didn't. I've paid a heavy price. The bike is made for slow rides around the neighborhood. I took some of the stars off for my pain and suffering and the false representation of it being a mountain bike. I'll try it out with the upgraded freewheel for a few weeks and see if it works out. At my age, I will brush with superheroes and my own mortality. One way or another, I may be done.
The shotgun combo is the best setup for a kid on a mountain bike. You'll get the shotgun seat, handlebar accessory, mudguard, and one of a kind'shred til bed' stem- cap too. Share your passion for mountain biking. Your child will love riding SHOTGUN and mountain biking. For children 2–5 and up to 48 lbs. The SHOTGUN Kids MTB seat can be adjusted to fit flat or sloping top tubes. Not suitable for e- bikes, road bikes or older bicycles with cables on the top tube. The SHOTGUN bike seat is easy to fit and remove. Comes with easy to follow instructions. The SHOTGUN Child Bike Seat has full rubber protection for your frame. Don't use low quality alternatives for your frame.
👤I was torn between this bike seat and another. I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt of this seat because there were cheaper alternatives available. There is a The Metakoo Cybertrack 100 electric bike is an excellent build quality, Pleasant, thoughtful packaging, and has a wide top tube that can be adjusted to accommodate both horizontal and down tubed. You still have to remove the foot rests before you can take the whole thing off, but at least this can be done without tools. Kid handlebars are low and in a sudden stop, the child may fly over the bar, making it easier for thieves to steal this Shotgun. The installation manual says to remove the kid's seat when transporting outside of the car as the air turbulence could loosen up bolts and screws and make the seat dangerous to sit on. This is a really good product. It has a high price premium and is my only complaint.
👤Buy from the brand that actually designed the product for you and your kid. The team that created this thing is from New Zealand and they want to get kids on bikes and out of the house. It's different to pull your child in the Burley or in a seat behind you when they ride right in front of you. The Kids Ride Shotgun is a unique way to bond with your little one while riding a bike. There is a For those parents who are more serious about mountain biking, take your child out with confidence. We have ridden many different green/blue trails and had fun. I found that the seat-bolts could become loose over time due to the additional pressure of riding a mountain bike. There were no issues. There is a If you are on the fence about buying the Kids Ride Shotgun, I recommend you to do so because it is amazing and I recommend it to all the parents that ask about it. You will not regret it.
👤I don't know why I waited so long. Been thinking about it for a year. Our girl loves it and it has exceeded our expectations. We go on family bike rides every few days. My husband has a 3 year old who uses the Shotgun on his bike, and I have a 18 month old who is on my bike. I recommend getting this package because the mini handle bars are a must.
👤It's easy to install. Well thought out. Feels good. The packaging has a stem cap that says "shred till bed" and stickers for the kids. It was used with a 2.5 and 4 year old. The bike is easy to ride and not as heavy as I thought.
👤The seat post doesn't fit right and the instructions are horrible. I have been messing with it for an hour and can't get it installed. Look at other options.
👤The kid bike seat is cool. It's so cute seeing our 2-year-old perched up there in front of his dad with his helmet on. The feet stirrups are great. They're long. Two different size little kids were able to sit comfortably on the seat during their separate turns and were safe going around the block with their dad. The seat is cute. It was a good price and it was worth it. I would highly recommend it.
It is easy to install and widely compatible. The bicycle exercise stand is easy to assemble. Most road and mountain bikes with a tire width below 2.75 are compatible with a quick release skewer. Max. The bearing capacity is 300 lbs. SARIS NFINITY TECHNOLOGY recreates motion experienced outdoors. It's compatible with a variety of training configurations, and nearly every trainer is available. TRAILBLAZING: The MP1 Nfinity is a type of riding that has never been experienced indoors. Get adequate. You can put in miles by reducing the pressure on touch points. It's pure fun. A training experience that is responsive, immersive and authentic.
👤Even if it is overpriced, the platform is really nice. The trainer sessions are more comfortable in the saddle than without it. I have a big concern about the platform. The straps holding the trainer down are not industrial-grade. It feels weak and can easily be pulled apart. After receiving the platform asking if I could purchase additional straps to tie down my trainer, I opened a support ticket with Saris. We've been going on for 3 weeks now, and I haven't received a single acknowledgement of my request. I don't believe in Saris and if given the chance to start over, I would hold off on buying anything.
👤Details matter. The design was very good, but the thumb screws amd bolts weren't compatible. I would have expected something so sime to be right for 1200 bucks.
👤A must have for training indoors. It comes assembled. It is well made and can be delivered in 48 hours. I loved riding it today. It is very similar to e-rollers if you are familiar with them. I had no sore knees or feet after my ride. Don't think about it and buy it.
👤DCRainmaker and prior reviewers Negatives - price, some quality, really? 4 were loose and 2 were stripped. There were no T bolts for front rails and no coating on the bottom side of the rails. Is it $89 for assembly? There is no assembly. There is a Positives work well with the Kickr bike. The ride and axis work well. It was easy to setup. It reduces stress on the body. There is a The product was great. Improvements and a reduction in price are needed.
👤I called them for supper and they told me it wouldn't supper my bike. I removed the straps from the front wheel holder and it supports my bike.
👤The thing was very cheap, the straps barely hold down anything, and the motion isn't as fluid as it could be, which makes it hard to get out of your bike.
👤Adding the next level of motion to cycling is a must.
👤The company has been making products for many years. The fastening rails on the platform were not anodized. They have been used for six months and they are all very old. They didn't do anything after they submitted a ticket to Saris. The parts should have been made of aluminum. After only six months of use, no amount of sweat would have caused this oxidation. I don't recommend this product and would advise anyone interested in one of these to buy something else.
The bike is designed with 26 inch wheels and is comfortable for people of 5'4" to 6'2" in height. It is easy to use and maintain a single speed drivetrain. Both front and rear fender help keep clothing clean in damp weather. Wide upright handlebars provide a stable ride and the cruiser saddle absorbs bumps. Easy step-through access can be achieved with a super low, step-through aluminum frame. The bike has a limited lifetime warranty.
👤I bought this bike after reading a lot of reviews. I ordered the bike from Amazon's Warehouse Deals. I paid a good price. I am a 52 year old woman who does not have a lot of mechanical experience, but it was a beautiful day when the bike arrived. I got my iced tea and sat on my porch to figure it out. My husband and son helped me confirm that I did something right. I was able to put the bike together. I'm glad I did, because now adjustments make more sense to me. I know how the parts work. There is a If you're just hoping for a quick experience, you may want to pay a bike shop. I think the bike was a great value and I rate it 5 stars. It seems to be working. For those who read reviews, here are some notes that might help. There is a I read a lot of reviews that said they were hoping for a more blue bike. The bike is silvery blue, not a darker color like Slate, so it should be called "Ice Blue" or something like that. There is a I ordered from Amazon Warehouse Deals and they said the item would be re-packaged. The box was roughed up from shipping, but when I opened it, the inner box held all the bike parts and was frightening. There are dents in the cardboard. I wonder if shipping is really hard on dents. mine was double boxed I wonder if it was returned because of the condition of the box. The box did not seem to have been opened and sealed. I think this is a shipping issue and perhaps unavoidable when you have parts that are easily bent out of shape. There is a I had to look at the diagram, re-read it and think, but I figured them out. I saw a video on the internet of a guy who was mechanical and putting a bike together for his parents and he had the same issues I had. I used after searching. The grease for the handlebar stem is working great. When I adjusted the handlebars, I had to laugh at the smell of menthol. If you don't have a tube of grease they call for, you can use Vaseline. I told a mechanical friend that this will be fine, we're not dealing with high temperatures or huge amounts of friction. I had to bend them into shape to keep them from rubbing, and I had to make sure they were lined up with the bolts. If it is to you, you're warned. If you can't find the stem for the seat, look inside the frame and see if there's a hole that people think they don't have one. It might take a while to get the brakes adjusted. If this doesn't sound like something you want to mess with, then take it to a bike shop for assembly. I didn't mind the changes. This is not a two wheel bike. If you don't remember this, you may think something is wrong. If you learned to ride a two wheel bike, you lean to keep balance. Leaning on this bike will make you feel off balance. You might even want to lean out of a turn. I felt a bit weird on this trike at first, but I took a deep breath and remembered that this was different. As time goes on, it's much better. The road where I live is graded to allow rain to run off so if I'm on the road, it will feel off balance. I only take the road for a short time, then I ride the rails-to-trails near our home. I can work with it better there, as it is graded slightly more for the rain. If the trail is clear, I just take my spot up the middle and my fellow bikers let me know they are coming with a friendly call or ring of their bell and I move over. It's a good thing. Mount/dismount: I whacked the back of my legs with the back wheels. I need to remember that unlike a 2 wheel bike, I have to watch for them. There is a seat. I'm a middle aged woman with an ample middle aged figure. I don't feel bad about looking for a wider, more comfortable seat since I got a nice price on the bike. I only went about 3 miles at a time until I switched seats. There is a If you want a flawless, seamless experience to get up and running, look elsewhere or get professional help to assemble and fine tune. If you're willing to deal with a few small issues, you can get a great trike.
Rain cover and consequential stiffening. You don't need to remove the cushion cover if it's raining because the padded bike seat cover has a rain cover. The reflective strips on the back of the bicycle seat cushion cover will help you ride at night. The high quality material protects your bike from scratches, sun damage, morning dew, rain and dirt. Ultra violet-proof up to 50. Extra large dimensions of 75"Lx30"Wx44"H make the cover perfect for mountain bikes, electric bikes, city bikes and motorbikes. It can fit scooters and certain motorbikes. The motorcycle cover protects your motorcycle against rain, dust, heat, tree sap, damaging UV rays, and bad weather with top to bottom coverage. Lock hole design at the front wheels area allows using a bike lock with the cover on. On windy days, keep the bottom double-stitched elastic hem and special designed Buckle secure. There is a storage bag in the package. It's easy to pack up and transport, making it an ideal tool for most trips.
👤We use a motorized tricycle to exercise our dogs and needed a cover to keep it clean and dry where we store it outside. We ordered this one because our previous one had to be replaced. We were surprised to see a small package that fit it, but we realized that the fabric was so thin and flimsy that it wasn't good for it. We decided to try it. The fit was snug and not straining over the bike. We bought it 33 days ago and it is already splitting. I have to see if I can reinforce the seams to keep it together after it fell outside the window. It is definitely a waste of money.
👤I tried this on my tricycle. It might be fine if it fits. My trike is the same as any other. I measured before I ordered. This thing won't fit. I can see how it would rip when I put it on or take it off. Not worth the trouble. I can't return it for a refund because it has rubber marks on it. I'll get a big tarp and it will be a lot easier to use.
👤The cover was great at protecting my trike. The plastic pieces for where to lock the bike up have popped off, causing the material to rip and not function anymore. I would need four to stay protected at the current rate, so I used a regular tarp as a cover.
👤I got my cover fast. I had to tape it up. Don't bother with return exchange. I fear it will rip easily, so I have to be careful. Oh! It's still to be delivered, according to Amazon.
👤I have had a previous cover for an adult tricycle that lasted for a long time. I have had this cover for just under 3 months. The cover was ripped right down the center from front to back as it rained. I wish I had taken a picture. It is lightweight, but not heavy duty. If you choose this cover, it would be great for indoor storage, but not sturdy enough to last outdoors.
👤My mom's liberty trike is on the patio. It has kept the trike clean. We like it. It is light and easy to carry. Not meant for a motorcycle trip in the back of a trailer, but it works well if you do.
👤This isn't tear resistant. It tears quickly. It was waterproof. It doesn't have an opening for your bike chain.
👤I bought this to protect myself from the rain. The bike is soaked when I remove the cover this morning because we had a good rain last night. Don't waste your money!
👤The sticker on the outside of my new bike cover says it's indoors, but I haven't opened it yet. I need an outdoor cover against rain and snow, not an indoor cover for my bike. Is there a cover? Can we make a change? There is a It says it is water proof but not inside.
5. There are more size options! The 12 inch bike is suitable for girls between the ages of 2 and 4 years old. You can find a perfect size for your little beloved with their easy-to- follow size chart. The kids height should be taken into account. A single speed with reverse function. The emergency brake system has a hand Caliper Brake. There is a cushioned seat above the ground. There are inflatable tires on the front and rear.
👤My son has had a Mobo bike for many years and it works best for him. We decided to get him a better one for Christmas since he was ready for a new one. My son was very happy to get a new one on Christmas because we got it very quickly. It took us a few weeks before we were able to put it together for him to ride, but we did and he loved it, but then the next day he went out to ride and the spokes on. There is no reason for them to have broken because he doesn't ride it crazy and he is well under the weight limit. He is back on his old one until we can afford new wheels. Very disappointed.
👤It was difficult to connect the front assembly to the rear assembly. It was supposed to connect with the two largest bolts, but one bolt wouldn't thread in. I took it to a bike shop and they told me that the frame was drilled wrong and that I should ask for a refund. I took it home and found a shaving that had been cut out of the thread track. I threaded the bolt from the opposite side because the shaving was stuck in the first track of the thread. I was able to assemble that piece because of this. The rest is still being put together. I looked into the threaded hole and saw a small piece of metal that was not completely cut out. I put the bolt in from the bottom since the adherent shaving was at the top of the screw hole. The bike went together after I knocked out the metal.
👤Don't get on inclines, your going nowhere, major srew up on drive, front drive no weight.
👤The trike is flawed in design, but I like it. I keep sliding out of the hole to the next hole when I ride because the frame is extended. I contacted Mobo, but never heard from him again.
👤Our son has a handicap and we bought this bike for him. He has a safety harness on so he can't fall. He loves it! A previously active 13 year old boy is in a wheelchair. He has been given a lot of freedom by this bike. It is very fast. It has good flexibility. My older teenage boys want to ride it. It is fun, fast, and looks great. He can exercise safety while having fun.
👤This is the second Mobo purchase. We bought the Triton Pro for our child with special needs, and we were happy with it. We bought the Shift when he outgrew it. The rear frame broke four months after purchase. Mobo sent a replacement. The front fork broke. The front frame was replaced. The handlebars have come loose from the frame, and the front fork is broken. There is a The weight limit is not exceeded by him. It has been a disappointment.
👤I searched for reviews on the internet. The reviews were mostly positive with a few negative ones. The bike was purchased for comfort. I like the style and comfort of the bike and found it easy to pedal and navigate. I requested to return the item after riding it for the second time. The bike speed was too slow and I thought it was 5 mph top speed. The bike would not climb the two foot hill from the street up my driveway without the front tire slipping on the concrete, as the center of gravity is well to back of the bike. Adding a gear to the front wheel would be similar to the 3 speed hub gears found on 2 wheel cruisers. If you want to use this bike for exercise or short trips, I don't recommend buying it.
Every purchase includes a helmet, charging cable, wireless remote, rubber bands, and a card. Share your passion for mountain biking. Your child will love riding SHOTGUN and mountain biking. It is not permissible for e- bikes, road bikes or older bicycles with cables on the top tube. The SHOTGUN bike seat is easy to fit and remove. Installation instructions and installation video can help with any questions you may have. The SHOTGUN Child Bike Seat has full rubber protection for your frame. Don't use low quality alternatives for your frame. Mountain Bike Moms and Dads designed From Their Mountain Biking Family To Yours. Premium quality standards for safety and comfort were designed and made.
👤The product was very good. I don't know why it's so much money. The product is nice, but not perfect, for example the quick release scratches the pant on the down tube. This shouldn't happen for this price. It is a fine line between too loose and scratching your bike. I think they give tools for instal that is a waist of money. Simple tools would be a cheaper price point. The handlebars should be sold together. There is a My kid loves going on rides with me.
👤The seller is confused about what a quick release is. A quick release is when you can take something off or let it go. A seatpost skewer can be used to adjust or remove the seatpost. A wheel skewer is used to release the wheels. This is not a quick release function. The Shotgun seat is hard to remove. You will have to do the reverse of the installation video and take the whole thing apart every time you remove it from your bike. You don't have to remove the seat and loosen the top bolt if you made it tight. Less secure is less tight. The only thing the quick release skewer does on this seat is give you a little extra leverage in order to help secure the seat a bit more. A useful feature, but not a quick release. A wing nut or thumb screw would suffice, but wouldn't allow you to tighten as much. To remove this seat from the bike, you have to remove the seat, the foot pegs, and the "quick release" skewer, but you also have to take the seat apart, which means you have to remove the top bolt. There is a The foot pegs are a bit difficult to get on/off. To remove the foot peg bolt completely, you have to first remove the frame and loosen the nuts between the foot pegs. I bought this because it said it was quick. I have to remove the seat from time to time.
👤The seat has exceeded my expectations. You have to learn to ride a little different to make this work. It is worth the effort. I use a trailer and it is the best option around. The memories made while using this seat are priceless. It also fits my bike. My 4 year old has been on all day trips and has not complained.
👤The design has flaws. The spacer at the bottom that prevents over-tightening is very flaky and requires a lot of adjustment. If you don't make it tight enough every time, you'll end up with a bolt that's pretty sharp and deep threadng, and you'll lose your rear brake line, as that usually goes under the down tube. There is a There is no way to screw the seat in to a point where it doesn't move. There is a The seat is starting to fall apart after 10 rides. The fake leather is very thin and flimsy. There is a The quality and attention to detail should have been ten times greater.
A hybrid bike is good for neighborhood rides. 700c wheels fit riders of 5 feet 7 inches to 10 feet tall. Schwinn alloy hybrid frame with fit geometry and suspension fork provide a smooth ride. 21 speed shifters with rear derailleurs offer precise gear changes. Extra comfort is provided by suspension seat post, Schwinn hybrid saddle, and ergonomics. The rear carrier has a lot of cargo space, but it also protects you from splashes.
👤I wanted to wait to post a review on this bike until I had a chance to actually develop an opinion beyond the initial impression. A little more detail and background was added. I am a male in my 30s who is getting back into cycling after a 15 year hiatus. I weigh 220 lbs. I am coming from a very sedentary life with four kids and a desk job. I do not have a very active lifestyle. I decided to get back into cycling to increase my activity level after finishing school. Labor Day 2015 was when I started riding again. Over a month. I've put over 200 miles on this bike. I was down on riding for about two weeks waiting for a repair, but it was not bad. There is a Let's start at the beginning. I picked this up on an Amazon Deal of the Day for a great price. I was considering a number of bikes, and this price was the one that tipped the scale for me. The model took less than a month to arrive after it was heavily ordered. When it arrived, it was packaged well and undamaged. The general instructions are vague due to how generic they were, but I assembled the bike myself. It took me about 30 minutes to get it assembled, however a lot of adjustment was needed, as I consider myself to be very handy and capable when it comes to this type of work. When attempting to shift or skip gears when powered into the pedals, the front and rear derailleurs were not setup well. I did both the wheels at the LBS, but at first I didn't know how much trued they needed. The brakes needed to be adjusted a lot and I spent a lot of time tweaking and tuning them over the first week. I would take it into the LBS from the beginning. There is a The assembly was not bad at the beginning, but over the next few weeks it changed. I am happy with the overall features of the bike, but I'm still debating on keeping it orUpgrading, the seat is large and comfortable, the fenders are plastic but effective, and the gears are helpful to get through the various ups and downs. The tires and tubes are fairly low end, but have served me well so far, I only had to fix one flat tire. The brakes are effective and the hand grip shifters are easy to use. The front fork and seat suspension is not very strong, but it loosens up as I ride, so it may be broken in in another 200 miles. I had to adjust the rotation on the handgrips to make my arms and wrists straighter while I ride because the handlebars are very variable and it took me some time to get the right adjustments. I adjusted my seat height and saddle depth for a more comfortable ride and feel this bike would be a good fit for anyone between 5'8" tall and 6'3" tall. It is worth the time to adjust the handlebars and saddle. There are some great videos on the internet. There is a The main additions I have made are a head light and tail light, handlebar mirror, mini pump, tool kit and patch kit, pannier bags, reflective stickers and pin stripping tape. There is a I am very happy with this bike, but there are two things that worry me. The rating was brought down by these things. There is a The bike is heavy, around 40 lbs. It is not a deal breaker to me. I feel like carrying more weight makes you a stronger rider. This weight is due to the sturdy construction which is where my concern is. The frame tubes on this bike are larger than most and are more round. This means that accessories on the bike may not fit. Something to be aware of before purchasing is not a deal breaker. There is a The quality and construction of the Wheel Rims is the big one. The bike had a double walled 700c x 38mm, 24h alloy wheel rim with 4 gauge steel spokes. The Rim is a standardly constructed Rim and it is light. I blew a spoke at 160 miles/ two weeks in. This is a road miles or paved trails with only a few significant bumps to speak of. I took it into the LBS and had them replace the spoke and true wheel. I blew two more spokes within the next 20 miles, but I couldn't make it home because I blew three more. I had to walk the rest of the way home after the wheel was no longer usable. I was told to buy new wheels after I contacted my LBS. I paid for the bike, but the low end spoke wheels will cost me more than I paid for. This was 195 miles and just under three weeks of use. I was not happy. I contacted Schwinn. They told me that they would send me a new rear wheel for free. It's nice, right? The only issue was that they didn't have the wheel in stock. They asked me to give them a few days to find the wheel, if not they would send me a different model that would work with my bike. I received an email two days later saying they had shipped a package. They decided to send me a set of wheels from another model of the same size to make sure I had a matching set of wheels after they couldn't find a replacement wheel for the Discover. They were upgraded from a 24 spoke wheel to a 32 spoke wheel at no additional cost to me. My bike is back after a full tune up. The new wheels were running smoothly. I just finished a 35 mile ride and was very happy. Schwinn stood behind their product. There is a The tube stem length is the only concern I have for the originals and the new ones. The stem of the tubes is a little bit longer than a standard 32mm stem. My LBS says they can't find tubes with a stem that long. I bought a pack of stem extensions which will allow me to purchase the standard 32mm stem size at my store or on Amazon without having to worry about the extra length or purchase specialty tubes. You could get by without the extensions, but they make changing a tube a bit quicker and easier. I have ridden this bike up to 42mph and it felt rock solid. I haul around 30 lbs of extra gear and groceries in good weather. There is a I think this is a solid bike that is made by a company that stands behind their products. It is a cruiser that is comfortable to ride. The 21 speeds give it flexibility for changing terrain and fitness levels, the cargo rack and fender give it a good look, and it looks good. If you are looking, I recommend this bike. There is a Also, note: There is a If you liked the review, the items I added to the bike have been reviewed as well. You can see my profile for these reviews. I covered up the 'Schwinn' logos on the bike with reflective tape and posted a picture of it. It was due to the fact that the tape should be in an effective location and only be used for anti-theft purposes. Schwinn products have been very good to me. There is an update on 12 March 2015. A quick update... I have about 700 miles of use left in me, and 500 miles on the new set of wheels. Within 100 miles of my wheel change, I broke another spoke on the rear wheel, I had to replace the front derailleur and the cable, with both myself and my LBS attempting to get it set up correctly and dialed in. The chain ring set has become slightly bent from use and I am looking at having to replace it. After the chain ring replacement, I will be into the bike for a long time. I still think it's a good bike for the price, but I would recommend it to someone who is looking to log some serious miles. There are additional recommendations. I patched about 8 times before investing in thick tire tubes, self-sealing tubes or tire liners, but changing a tire on the same day...this obviously depends on where you ride and the conditions that you ride in, but changing a tire on the same day is recommended. My morning and evening commute tend to be into a strong headwind for about 14 miles and I have recently installed a set of aero bars. I wanted an option to get me lower on this ride because my body position is too upright for the headwinds I have been riding in. I will do another update later. I have started saving and looking for a new bike.
The main pictures on the left are for complete accessories in the package. They hope that you can purchase the one that fits your needs, because ZTK offers a range of air pump products. 👤The extra money for the 7 speed gear set is useless because the motor controller doesn't support pedal assist, which is a disappointment after riding this bike for a few days. The motor controller of the EB7 is designed to propel the bike to a certain speed when it senses a pedaling motion. When the controller senses a pedaling motion, it propels the bike to an assigned speed. The ability to use the gear set is ruined by this behavior. This is a critical flaw of the controller, Swagtron should have programmed it differently, rather than re-using the speed-based controller which they use on their other models. The controller has modes where 0 disabling the motor, 1 setting the motor's target speed to 12 mph, and 2 and 3 setting a higher target speed. In 7th gear, a comfortable pedaling cadence results in about 8 mph. If you set the mode to 1, the motor controller won't respect your cadence and will just propel the bike to 12 mph. You can pedal at 8 mph but the motor speed is slower. This makes the gear set useless. If you go up a hill the motor may not be able to achieve its assigned 12 mph, so you can use the pedals to propel the bike. The pedals can't be used if the battery is running out. pedaling in modes 1 and 2 doesn't make sense. Paying extra for a 7 speed gear set doesn't make sense. If you save yourself the money, you can get a non-geared version of the EB7. There is a Imagine you're on a boardwalk that follows a beach, and you don't have pedal assistance. You can choose your speed based on how quickly you pedal, and you can go around the many walkers and runners while you enjoy the waves and all the beach has to offer. This is not something you can do with the EB7 Plus. You're going 12 mph when you start pedaling. You were almost run over by a child a moment ago on the boardwalk. To stop being a menace to society, you need to change the speed controller from mode 1 (12mph) to mode 0 (off). You could keep the controller in mode 1 and use the proportional throttle near the hand grip, but then you ask yourself, why did I pay for a full gearset when I could have saved money on a single gear ebike? I want to pedal, but I can't do it with gears. I can only pedal when the battery is dead and when going uphill. Rats! I wish a reviewer would have told me about my poor buying decision.

👤I've been avoiding biking at night because the neighborhood I live in is shady and there aren't many lights. I bought this after searching and comparing reviews for a long time. There is a This is the best purchase I've made on Amazon. I used it two nights ago and the moment the light came on the signs and the reflectors three blocks down were illuminated by the Blitzu. I kept looking behind me because I thought a car was coming because the road was in front of me. This might be brighter than my car's headlights. There is a The headlight comes off its mount so you don't have to redo it every single time. The lighting package for your bike is worth every penny because of the simple yet effective rear light. Take advantage of the reduced price and get this.
👤The on/off button stopped working after 2 months but the customer service ignored me.
👤The Blitzu 320 was delivered today. It was placed on my Diamondback. It's nice and bright. Powerful. The rear light is bright. Both were easy to mount.
👤The best bike lights! They're easy to fix. The team was praised.
👤We bought this one for our daughter's bike. The first week of February, we charged it. I noticed it wasn't turning on. We paid for the plug in. The blue light went off. It doesn't turn on after a day of charge. I sent 3 e-mails. 2 via Amazon and 1 via the website. There is a one year warranty and customer support. None exists in my experience.
👤My only mode of transportation has been my bike. There are times when I have to ride in the dark. The head light is great for the price. If you want more power, Blitzu has it on their website. The light is waterproof. The product description has the details. If you want to move it left or right, the base is easy to set up, no tools are required. The light is easy to use as a flash light because it is sliding off the base. There are 4 settings. Medium, high blink. There is a button to cycle through settings. The battery has ausb. The battery seems to last a long time. I understand that this is not a good measurement of time. It has a base, light, and a small tail light. This is a good deal. Check it out.
👤When I started working the afternoon shift at my current job, I was unsure as to when I would get the chance to ride the bike. The late wake up in the early afternoon meant little time before work to ride. I looked at some bike lights that were on sale on Amazon. Without a bright enough light, riding at night is a whole different experience and can lead to road defects. The headlight I bought was the Blitzu Gator 320. There is a I used to run a cheap Walmart light with a max brightness of around 60. This light is enough to help you be seen by others, but not enough to light the way in front of you. The battery life is bright. I found that a light of around 250 to 350 lumens should suffice to allow me to train on the roads I know in the Cumberland Valley. I found the Blitzu Gator 320, a light that is capable of spitting out over 300 lumens of light. There is a The Gator 320 has a run time of just over 2 hours on it's bright setting, and I've found it to last up to 3.5 hours on lower settings. It operates in 4 different settings; high, medium, and low, and a one-second strobe that operates on the bright setting. The previous cheap light was not as bright as the low setting was. I found myself on rides that were moonlit and completely dark. There is a If the battery gets low, the light may start flickering, which is an indication that the battery is dying. You can usually get another 60 minutes or so of use out of the light on the low setting, which will help you from becoming completely stranded without any light. There is a It seems like a minimum for riding country or unfamiliar unlit roads at night time. On a cloudy night miles from town, your vision range is only about 15-40 feet. If you plan to log a lot of night miles, you might want to consider a higher rated light. The Gator 320 is convenient. It is possible to charge a bike light with a microUSB wall charging or computer port and it will reach full charge in about 2 hours. Durability and Versatility. The light is versatile and durable. You won't have to worry about water getting into this light, even at 50 miles per hour, with an IPX5 water resistance rating. The quick-release button on the side near the mount allows you to quickly remove the headlight and use it as a flashlight without taking the entire mount off. The mount allows for the headlights to be removed, so you can see the deer on the side of the road with just a push of the finger. In the dark, beauty contests won by this headlight probably won't happen. The front end of the Gator 320 is jagged, but the rest of the shell is smooth, and the black of the headlight feels a bit rubbery. A power button is on top of a rubber cover. When I mount the light on my own bike, this positioning is usually reversed, with the power button on the bottom. The mount is able to hold the light in place in an upright position, which is more than enough to keep the light from rolling over. There is a Those who want to do some short nighttime training rides on familiar roads or those who need a bright commute light for late night rides can use the Blitzu Gator 320. It is affordable to most and is much brighter than those in big box stores.

👤Just needed five more flex ties to fit it to my son's wheelchair. The batteries helped. One wheel to go!
👤The video was very helpful. I would have been confused about how to put on the Activ lites if it were just for the paper instructions. The video shows you how to put on the lights. I love the lights. I don't like having one flashing light on the front of my bike and another on the back. I am able to drive safely in the dark with the help of Activ lites. I would want to see someone with Activ lites. One of the only problems I have with the product is that the part that holds the batteries could be a little bit more secure. When you think about it, there is no safer, more efficient, or more secure place than the on/off switch. When I put the lights around the spokes, I thought that they would slip down the spokes. They work amazingly. They stay in place if you put them on tight. There is a I would definitely recommend the product to others, I think it's amazing.
👤Great lights! I use these on my commute. We're very easy to install. The lights make you more visible at night. I feel more comfortable entering an intersection that I am seen from all angles. I got a lot of comments from car drivers after I turned them on for the first time. It's important that they look cool and increase being noticed. I had an issue with one of the lights. I contacted the seller and he fixed the issue. The seller was the best I have ever worked with and I am happy to support him. Purchasing is something I highly recommend. You should be aware that these work with internal rear hubs. The larger hub could easily be accommodated with extra zip ties. Disco lights from active life are also fun.
👤The bomb is here. The picture is taken in my house at night with my lights on. It was impossible to not ride at night. The bike is nice. Wow. I am glad I did not drop acid today. A dude actually said that. I rate anything less than 5 stars because it has to be amazing. This product is amazing. I bought 4 units and one of them went bad within 30 days, but ACTIV light reached out to me and offered to replace it. Who does that? 5 stars for customer service. I didn't know that these units takeAAA batteries and not AA batteries like every other unit I saw. The battery pack is smaller than AA batteries. I like that.
👤I ordered these for my daughter's 7th birthday so she could ride the bike we bought her. I opened them the night before and installed the first set of lights on her bike, but when I looked at the second one, it smelled like burning and the battery canister was hot, I realized the second one must have a short in it. I changed out the batteries. I sent an email to Amazon on June 12th, but no response was received until June 20. The blue set I ordered for my son is good, but I want to return all of them. I was going to buy sets for my other two daughters but will probably not because of the risk of buying something that does not work again and the terrible customer service. They claim to be a small family business, yet they don't respond to e-mail demanding the urgent need to get a new one for my daughter's birthday present. Still waiting...
