One of my favorite things I've read in months - I try to live by a lot of these: 50 Things To Stop Doing Forever. If you only read one thing from this post, read this.

I'm going to check out that stretching link. I should stretch. I need to stretch.
ReplyDeleteI had a dream last night that I was buying a bike. For reals. LOL And no, I'm not going to buy a bike so the dream was bizarre.
Funny dream!
DeleteThanks for the link to the Nicole Cooke article. I read it and then proceeded to read several articles about her career and recent speech.. and then got pulled into reading other interviews and articles relating to Lance. Basically just spent my morning reading about the mess that has been made in professional cycling. It's depressing. I hope the sport rises above. Women's cycling already had SO FAR to go .. and this kind of set back is just horrible.
ReplyDeleteSo true about women's cycling. Very sad!
